Slowly Nero opened the door. He did it slowly so no one would know he was aboard. He looked down the hall. No one.
" What the hell is up with this." He slowly stepped out and headed in the direction that he looked. He kept alert just for safety.

Oricai typed in the consol different codes causing the four gattling guns on the roof of the lab to decline into the hull. He then typed in a few more codes and the front of the lab extended creating a drill. "Every one Hang on." Oricai yelled as the Cruiser crashed into its location. The force of teh crash caused the lab to break loose from its constraints and slide to aside of the ship. The drill's tip stuck into the metal interior. Oricai stood up and reloaded his pistols and walked to the entrance.
"Don't start drilling until I'm back with the survivors." Oricai opened the door and locked it from the outside. He wasn't afraid his men were the best as well as his security system. He quickly ran toward the corridor looking for the two. "Gerard McGraw!" Oricai shouted throught the empty spaces.

Underneath the ship, Lurker struggled, until the lock finally broke. Bellowing, he smashed the final hole in the hull, and the ship began to fill with water.
"I have freed you!" The sea captain said. "Now spare my life, as I have gave you your!" The zombies paid to attention to him, and grabbed him with cold hands, as their teeth sunk into his flesh. The captain screamed as the zombies fed on him. Jake spied the helicopter and decided he would have to follow it. No doubt they would shoot him before they even got a chance to speak. Jake got a funning start, and hurled himself into the ocean. He landed on Lurker's head, and the waited it out as Jake's head kept and eye on the shore.
(( I figured that would have been a good reason for the captain to let them free. Stupid him. Zombies feel no mercy. ))

[RPC: Gerard McGraw, Ex US Operative; Location: Government Cruiser, outside of cargo hold}
Gerard was with Jake, who was trying to get a sniper shot at an enemy. He held up his handgun; it was going to be useless after a few more shots.
"I know this is a tense situation Jake," Gerard said while the cruiser shook with violent tremors, "but I need two things: some nine millimeter ammo, and a cigarette."

[Okay, here's what's going on. The Lurker has breached the ship hull, causing water to rush in great amounts. The ship will not just sink, but it's slowly losing engine power. The cruiser has crashed into rock beds that bound the island beach, giving off large tremors. It is in everyone's best interest to get off the ship.]

Lutz finally unlocked the ships controls to well control it. The emergency seals were holding back the most of the water but he didn't know how long they'd last. He then put the ship into the highest speed it could go to hopefully reach land before it would loose power. First the left motor blew out and then the right engine. Lutz then said "Evac the ship! Go go go!!!" They then rushed out of the bridge from the height of the lower deck. They then went to the stern of the ship trying to signal the chopper down.

Jake looked at Gerard and handed him a cigarette. "That's all I can do for you." He said, handing him the lighter. He then stood up and looked out the ocean at the landmass approaching. "Maybe if we're lucky my motor boat will still be intact attached to the ship. We can reach the island on it."

Gerard took the cigarette, setting the end on fire with the lighter.
"Thanks. Well, we don't want to be sitting ducks from those bounty hunters, or whatever. Which side of the ship is your boat on? Left or right?"

Jake pointed to the ocean next to them. "Left side, down here by a ladder. Watch over the side for it, you can't see it from here." Jake began to walk down the edge of the boat, gripping the rail well. "Gerard, for what it's worth, it was nice to see you again."

Gerard nodded, and smiled out of the corner of his mouth.
"Same here. Having a pistol as your only friend can get somewhat boring."
He climbed over the rail, gripping it tightly so as to not fall off due to the violent shaking of the cruiser.
"What do you suppose this is all about? What are you even doing here in the first place?"

Jake smiled. "Oh yea, we never got around to that." Jake looked over the edge and saw the ladder and his boat. "Well thankfully the boat's in one piece. Anyway. My good friend and contact aboard this ship had given me some important information. I thought he was lying but it turns out this ship was carrying a couple hundred living specimens from Ground Zero, as well as some surviving from the laser. I don't know what they were going to do, but I was coming here to sink the ship. My friend supposedly had explosives on board but he was going to tell me once I got here. I had no contact from him since the ship left port, so I got worried and came. So here I am." Jake pointed to the ladder. "You first."

Gerard obliged, and grabbed the sides of the ladder, sliding down to the awaiting boat below.
"Hurry it up, Jake. We don't want to be close when this ship hits another rockbed. It'll stop eventually, but it's the obstacle that's strong enough to stop the ship from moving that I'm worried about."
[What kind of motorboat is it? A description or perhaps a picture?]

(If you've watched Sci-Fi channel and seen Raptor Island, it's the small Zodiac boat the team used I'm talking about. It fits like 5-6ish people, I think it's inflatable? It's also Black, kinda like an oval tire look. This i guess. Boat? Except without the steering column, you steer from the motor) "Your right." Jake slid down the ladder. "I'm a little worried though. There were some tremors before we hit the rock bed, what do you think caused 'em?" He asked, starting up the boat. He began to speed towards the island. "Watch for any rocks." (Wow, Mozilla Firefox doesn't find Raptor a real word....)
