Lauri was shocked. "A hobby? Toying with women's hearts, just for your pleasure?" She stopped herself. Wait, he didn't do that for love? In many years she had been around not any of the men she had come across had wanted that. A chance? Her long blond strands fell forward in front of her left eye as she thought. Slowly she walked across the beach and looked down at him. there was almost a look of question on her face but also a look of sureness. She knelt down on the bleach so she was sitting on her feet and leaned over Vlad placing her hand on his leg and kissed his lips softly with her eyes closed.

Vlad opened one eye... she was kissing him agian. This time though he couldn't feel any magic, but he was never one to leave things to chance. He snapped his hand out and grabbed the girl's hair, then with a quick tug he flipped her over his torso, sprawling her out onto the beach.
"Let me make two thing's very clear, I do NOT appretiate it when people use magic on me without my permission, espicaly when they try to hide it, and two, I'm tired, if you want to fool around your going to have to wait till morning."
Vlad closed his eye agian and shifted slightly in the sand, makeing a grove in it for him to lie in.

Lauri watched him as he spoke after he had pushed her away. It's not worth it...what am I doing? She quickly pushed away from him and stood up. "Well it was a pleasure talking to you sir, I apologize for the misunderstanding but if you don't mind I will be off." She turned around and her face turned bright red. God how could I have been so stupid, I'm such a slut. Her hair fell over her face as she started to walk away from the man.

Keila stood on top of Kai's feet, still barefoot, her shoes dangling around her neck as she continued staring out at the pier in awe.
"Hey! We're really close... how're we going to get up to the pier anyway?" she looked up at him, smiling. Riding on water. It was like some fantasy. Holy thing. It was wierd to think that he could do it. Of course, here she was, thinking about it after the whole thing had really happened.

He smiles at her and takes a deep breath."simple..we'll walk." He says as he focuses carefully, the large water turtle loses its shapes as they near the pier. Once they come under it the water raises them in a column straight up until they were level with the top most bar of the railing on the pier.
"Last stop..food amusement and dry ground" he says mimicing a conductor of sorts. "Lets eat!" he says smiling as he waits for her to move onto the pier.

She looked around at the pier and then laughed at his conductor's spheal. Curstying politely she hops towards the railing, keeps one foot, and then hops onto the sea-smelling boards of the pier. She turned around, nodding back at him.
"Yes! Yes! Food, food, food!" she said while hopping around. After a second thought about the wood that was the pier, she sat down and put her shoes and socks on, retying them. "Don't wanna get a splinter or something.." Keila smiled. "All righty, then,... do we want to go into town or get something from the pier, huh?" and then she noticed a few odd stares from the people around them and her faced firmed.
Yeah, it was odd that someone could just appear from a pillar of water, but did they have to be so gawkish?

Smirking he steps onto the pier himself and then with a light hop lands on the piers floor, worn smooth by weather and use. He waves his arm out at the pillar of water and it sinks back into the foamy ocean below. Feeling rather drained from the whole ordeal he thinks carefully.
"You pick, Im buying" he says with a nod. He slips on his shoes lightly and looks around...all the food around them seemed to mostly be carnival related...like pretzels and cotton candy and hot dogs that sort of thing. ~A resturaunt migh be nice~ he thinks to himself glancing around feeling rather heavy. He had almost over done it....again.....

She shrugged. "I don't know!" Keila then turned around and around and looked at the carts. "But.. don't we need money? I don't have that much.." she commented with a frown.
Keila put her hands in her pockets and started searching for small bills and change.

He smiles and shakes his head. "I told you im buying, lets goto a resturaunt then...there is suppose to be a fairly good one around here.." he says starting to walk twords the boardwalk. "Lets go!" he says as he takes a deep breath. His head felt like it was swimming.

As ahe walks onto the beach, she opens her eyes wide but make sure to make no contact wiht people, Being shy she just walks around with her backpack and a towel. As she finds a spot to liy down her towel she sits and get her backpark and start to pull out a drawing pad. Diggin threw to ind a pencil she grabs the first ine and starts to draw all the kids, and teenagers playing and messin around

August slowly walked through the deep, scorching hot sands, suffering and wishing she had brought her sandals. She needed to get away today.
Laying out her towel, she pulled off her coverup, revealing a green bikini. She didn't care today about how she looked, it was her only clean suit anyways. She lay on the towel, looking into the clear sky. It was so nice out today.
A tear trickled down her cheek and she made no attept to clean it off, closing her eyes tightly.

Augsust picked up her towel after lying there for about an hour and still neither tanning nor burning. She felt more relaxed now, the beach was so empty and the sun was settting ove rthe horizon. She watched it for a bit, the dazzling colors mistifing her. Then, as dusk fell, she walked slowly up the beach, towards the grass, looking back over her shoulder mor ethan once. She'd be back someday, she knew.

Souno carried August out to the warm sand, there was a light breeze that made the beach a perfect place to be. He layed her down on the sand and looked as she smiled up at him, "She's mine....Hooray!" He was so incredibly happy to be where he was now, a place where he could be himself and he was accepted. Special powers and all. He smiled and flopped down next to August, feeling the soft sand caress his bare arms.

August burst out laughing as soon as she was set down. "Souno, you crack me up!" She said, feeling like she was priceless at the moment. He had carried her all the way here like a princess in his arms. She smiled, looking deep in his eyes and wispered. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me." This is the first time I've ever felt wanted She thought to herself, lying there in the warm, white sand, I never want it to end.
