She jumped as the door was snapped shut, slightly surprised by the sound. She had a feeling that Cameron was angry...though she did have an idea why. Sighing, Odori looked over at him, an apologetic smile on her lips. "You don't have to stay here, ya'know? I'd be just fine on my own..."

Henry decided not to press the matter. He pointed up at the loop of rope. "Kind of bizzare, don't you think?" he asked Rain. He stood up and stretched, wondering if he should try climbing up. Exercise wasn't his favorite thing in the world - one could tell from his slim but otherwise unfit figure.
A flash of sadness showed in Ayumi's eyes before she regained her senses and spoke. "It's getting to be sunset - we'd better hurry and get to doing something before the cookout begins." She glanced in the direction of the lone quad. Her curiosity made her wonder if that would be any fun. She knew she didn't enjoy driving much though... that's why her mom had taken her up to Blackwood.

Isabella shrugged. "I guess," she said. "What do you have in mind?" She followed Ayumi's gaze to the quad. Belle didn't have much experience in 4-wheelers, or dirt. She wrinkled her nose a little. The thing was already caked in mud, and she had seen how much dirt was kicked up by Cameron and Odori. It certainly wouldn't be something that she'd want to do.
Cameron noticed the sigh, and the apologetic look in Odori's eyes. Great, now she thought he was mad at her. If anyone, he was mad at himself, or possibly Alex, though he was only trying to be a little friendly. "I want to stay here," he said. "It's my fault your hurt, and... I don't want you to be alone." All the anger disappeared from him, and he bent down next to Odori again, smiling a little sadly. The last thing he wanted to do was leave her.

Rain finally noticed it in the tree when he pointed it out before a smile crossed her face. She knew a lot of people would want to climb the tree herself but she didn't know about Henry. Looking to him she grinned, "So are you heading up there or am I?" Though she wasn't the most athletic person in the world riding and breaking/ training horses had kept her muscles at least toned.

Vic nodded and took a step forward. He was feeling better, and he agreed with them when they said they wanted to do something. It would get his mind off of feeling sick, and have a little fun. He didn't know what he wanted to do either, and he didn't really mind all that much. Anything fun was good enough for him.

Miranda looked out the window as the bus came to a screeching halt. From her careless expression she was tired and very much bored from the all-day trip to Blackwood Camp.
"So this is the place huh? Looks like a complete wasteland to me..."
She picked up her bags from under her seat and got up with a breathy sigh. Walking down the asile of the bus Miranda completely ignored the bus driver as she went down the stairs and out the door.
Soon after, the bus driver left the camp grounds and Miranda was left walking in the darkness. Ahead of her, she saw three...no...four buildings. For some reason, she felt very uneasy just being present in a normal-looking camp. Or maybe it's just her imagination?
"Hello? Anyone here?" She hesitates. "Um...I just got here and I..need some assistance."
She looks around cautiously, making her way to the middle cabin with her baggage at hand.

Odori hesitated for only a moment, before smiling again, though she was curious as to the sad smile. She wondered what he was thinking about, but decided not to worry about it. Besides, if he wanted to tell her about it, then she would wait for him to do so. "And it's not your fault, so stop saying it is, okay? I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, that's why I crashed. So don't worry, okay? Promise?"
"We could always just walk around and explore," he said, at as much of a loss as the others in regards as to what to do. He stopped suddenly as he caught site of another bus and saw another kid coming down the steps. "Think we should help her?"

Ayumi glanced over at the girl after hearing Alex's question. "We should probably go and talk to her. I don't see Miss Perky anywhere." She nodded at Vic. "Or that other guy who met you." With that, she walked in the direction of the newest arrival.
"You," Henry said without shame. "Do you really think I can climb with these noodle arms?" He held them up and laughed.
A security camera locked on to Miranda. The nurse checked her roster to see who it was (she had an additional computer in her bedroom), and then minused the window to check out where her counselors were. Benji was in the cafeteria, probably getting things ready for the cookout. Clarissa was in her room, and from the way she was standing still, she assumed she was in the shower or something. She picked up the walkie-talkie and said, "Ben, a camper just arrived. Assign her to a cabin and make sure she doesn't go wandering off by herself."
Benji stopped searching for the hotdogs and hamburgers in the refridgerator when he heard the crackle of Christina on the radio. "Okay, I'm on it," he said, a little irritated. As brilliant as she was, he didn't like getting bossed around by the nurse. He ran a hand through his hair and headed out of the cafeteria. When he reached the door he saw Ayumi alread going to greet... He checked his PDA. Miranda.

Isabella shrugged her shoulders. Ayumi seemed a bit impulsive, always wandering off without asking if others wanted to come. She walked after her, calling to the others to do the same. "Come on guys!" Walking backwards, she looking back and Vic and Alex, her head cocked to the side with a white-teethed smile.
"But I still should have been there," Cameron mumbled in protest. Still, who was he to tell Odori that she was wrong, even if he thought that she was? "I don't know if I'll be able not to worry, but I'll promise to try not to," he compromised. How could he looked at her lying there and not worry? He had been there, no one else had. Already he was breaking his promise. Trying to forget seeing her unconscious on the road, he looked at her and smiled again, happier this time.

Miranda saw a young asian girl walking towards her, and not far off behind her was an older guy.
'Hopefully these two can help me. This place is creepy enough at night.'

Rain laughed while as she looked at the tree. Though she was laughing her eyes were cold with calculations as she took a few steps back. It had been a while since she climbed a tree and though it was ussually to escape this was just as fun. Running at the tree she jumped pulling her feet up toward her chest before pushing off the trunk to go higher. Her hands scraped slightly as she swung on the branch already taller than she was off the ground. Swinging back and forth for a moment she swung a leg up before pulling up the rest of her body. Looking down with a sigh Rain she spotted Henry and smiled, waving as she got to her feet. The rope piece was still above her so she took on a plan on attack taking on another branch she pulled herself up when she heard a sickening crack of the branch she was on. Looking for another limb the closest one she could get to was above her and the branch was already protesting her weight. Holding on she slowly pulled herself up before it snapped. Going into free fall for a second she didn't scream. She was not afraid of pain or death. Her breath was forced out of her when the limb below her collided with her spine and her head slapped the hard surface. Going limp for a second she tensed up to stop herself from rolling off to the ground before the thought of the branch made her turn keeping a careful a grip as she looked to make sure the broken limb hadn't hit Henry.

Henry's blue eyes went wide in horror and he jumped back out of the way of the falling branch. "Rain! Are you okay?" he asked as soon as it hit the ground. Without waiting for a response he hopped over the fallen tree limb and tried to find a way up the tree, his heart thudding like the energizer bunny against his chest in panic.
Ayumi caught up with the new girl and with a wave and a smile simply said, "Hi, I'm Ayumi. What's your name?" It sounded silly to her. Like something a kindergartener would say on the first day of school to another little kid that seemed nice. Ayumi was rarely clever in her speech, even when she was trying.
Benji sat back a while, watching Ayumi and Miranda talk. Eventually he supposed one of them would see him and call him over. He didn't want to interrupt them getting to know each other. His eyes glazed over slightly as he thought. He really hoped the teenagers would all eventually like each other. All they had was each other here.

"Hey, I'm Miranda." She gives a simple wave.
Miranda took a quick look behind Ayumi then back again. The young man that was behind her stopped in his tracks. She pretended not to notice him.
"So are you new here too?" She asks Ayumi.

Raising her hands to her face, Rain moaned before jolting almost falling off once more when she heard Henry's voice. Twisting onto her side she looked down to him and though she could only imagine how many twigs and leaves were in her hair as she called down in a winded tone, "Been better. Been worse." Spotting him below her she sat up on the branch and her back felt bruised but she wanted to make sure, "Are you ok? The branch didn't hit you did it?" Genuine concern was in her voice as she watched him.

((Meh. I have no idea what to write...))
Alex followed after the girls, dragging Vic along with him. He watched silently as the Ayumi introduced herself, laughing inwardly at the childish way they words sounded. He kept walking until he stood beside Isabelle and Ayumi, before offering up a small smile. "I'm Alex."
Another smile lit up her face as the anxious one left her features. Good, now he wasn't going to worry so much. Now, what to talk about. As nothing came to mind, she looked to Cameron for suggestions.
