Devi shivered for a reason unknown to her, the knock came and she whispered. "Jusaku...get the door...quickly." Her face was almost emotionless, she hurried in the door and locked the backdoor behind them all.

"Devi! Run!" He untied is sword. "We don't have time to talk to Angels, state your purpose." He began to chant softly. If the angel came in, Jusaku was going to be ready.

Elgarez sighed. Great, he thought, amateurs. He turned his neck, which gave a loud cracking noise. "I'm here because I was told to come here. Now, open the door or things will get very unangelic." A longsword manifested in his hands, surging with holy power. He listened closely and heard the chanting. Elgarez immediately recognized it and began to laugh. "Your chants will do you no good!" His face expression became one of anger. "You have threatened me before I have even entered! My patience is wearing thin! Open now!"

The_Cuteness_Cat "Jusaku heal!" Devi held her dagger. "Lower the sword till we know if he is friend or enemy." She stood behind Jusaku, her hand on his back. "Devi, he is a Angel. I don't think we can trust him." Jusaku said, sounding very serious. He turned to her. Holding her hand. "I dont think this is going to end well. I just know."

She gripped Jusaku's hand and let it go again. She opened the door wide and stood still, seemingly unafraid, her heart pounding. "State your purpose with me, in my forrest, in my castle. Immediately. Who sent you and what are you here for?" Her voice was harsh, stern and commanding.

Elgarez rolled his eyes. "Who do you think sent me, genius? I'm an angel for crying out loud." He cursed under his breath. "I was sent hear because there have been rumors of disturbances around this area, mainly this castle. Something about a vampire." He paused for a moment and stared the girl in the eyes. "You smell pretty damn dead to me. You must be the little blood-sucker." He looked her over once more. "The worst part about you vampires is that you're always so good-looking. I guess you need something to help offset the fact that you are undead, blood-sucking abominations." He awaited an answer, knowing that his divine might gave him leverage over the vampire.

Solomon Marquis Elgarez rolled his eyes. "Who do you think sent me, genius? I'm an angel for crying out loud." He cursed under his breath. "I was sent hear because there have been rumors of disturbances around this area, mainly this castle. Something about a vampire." He paused for a moment and stared the girl in the eyes. "You smell pretty damn dead to me. You must be the little blood-sucker." He looked her over once more. "The worst part about you vampires is that you're always so good-looking. I guess you need something to help offset the fact that you are undead, blood-sucking abominations." He awaited an answer, knowing that his divine might gave him leverage over the vampire. Jusaku looked at the Angel in complete disgust. "Rumors are rumors." He said. "The only thing that is dead around here is a demon from another group who tryed to kill us. I would leave now. Post haste."

Devi smiled, twisting a bit of her hair in her fingers. Her fangs showed in her smile. She decided to try a new approach. "You say abomination like its a bad thing....Come inside." She glanced at Jusaku. "Take the others out of the room. Come back only if you will behave yourself." Devi led Elgarez to the parlor, empty and alone.

Ignoring the man, Elgarez followed the girl into the parlor. Once they were alone, he caused his wings to disappear, and began to levitate, sitting in the air. "Now then, why the isolation?" His senses were ready for any sort of ambush or trickery. Thanks to his age, his power had grown beyond most of the natural abilities possessed by powerful races.

"To talk without interuption..." Devi smiled, sitting down on the large victorian couch. "Forgive me for my bad house mannors, my new guests are here on a mission as well. Now am I in trouble here or are you another protector?"

Elgarez shook his head. "No, you're not in trouble. I'm just supposed to investigate this place and slay anything within it that is evil. So, if you are evil, what would mean that my first comment was a lie." He gave a smirk. "Nothing like catching your enemy by surprise and smiting them."
