Although they are the high priest and priestess of this cult in this legend I'm studying, I've learned that they are actually puppets of the cult's leader, and are forced to perform sacrifices by being put in a trance, and eventually, they become sacrifices themselves. The priest is curse with blood red hair, crimson eyes, and crimson tattoos. While the priestess is cursed with blood red eyes, crimson hair, and blood red tattoos. The priest and priestess are sacrificed by their successors when their successors turn 13."
