Poison Cord Assault
Using the poisoned cord that Loki held within his abdomen as Sasori did he would attack with several swift jabs. This attack can be done without any other part of Loki moving and as the cord moves swiftly through the air it could catch an unwary opponent by surprise it has 15m coiled up and can twist and bend similiar to Shikamaru's shadow making it a hard attack to dodge. This attack can also be used to deflect kunai shuriken senbon and various other forms of projectile.

this was never approved, it was just questioned by Ace. Mutational Experiments- this technique allows a person who has succumb to a virus, such as Las Plagus, to be mutated into a new organism with one specially designed technique based on the type. each will have a weakness that will be put into the new technique. such as once so many attacks hit so and so happens. this technique cannot be used on anything outside of a lab. each thing must be fully developed and put into a sleep. (this takes a body(or body parts) and mutates it into a new organism with one specially designed technique that has a weakness for the new creature stated in it.) ===================== I will look it over in the morning. Makes you sort of groggy, makes sound seem like its coming from your left when it actually comes from your right. As for the rain one, yeah, all it is is gathering info.

Bakushinchi (Black Petal Storm): Make it so that only one senses could be effected by this technique per fight and then I am fine with it.

ok klam. and the link is correct. jus so you know the parasite Las Plagus would just basically take the body and eddit it to how it see fit and make a servant basically out of it. i already have my first one ready to be made if its approved. so whenever you can. thank you.

Beastly Transformation
Dante' Ella Dante is a dog and like her human form she wished to change form as an animal. She developed this jutsu in hopes of doing just that.
Using this jutsu a ninja can take the form of any animal if they themself are an animal. Requires no hand signs just like Humanly Transformation 600 sp

Made Up Technique:
Sliver Encroachment
Using this technique, Sliver can call forth one of her siblings, one which possesses a technique she herself already possesses. This technique is temporarily stricken from her known techniques, but she is still able to use it as long as she is within range of her sibling, as what abilities one Sliver knows, they all know.
The number of her siblings she can call forth varies based on her chakra levels.
0-1000: Only one
1001-5000: One every other turn
5001-10000: One every turn
10001-20000: Three every two turns
20001-30000: Two every turn
30001-50000: Five every two turns
50001-80000: Three every turn
80001 and up: Five every turn
Each Sliver, when and if it is defeated, is instantly sent back to Rath, their home plane, unless called forth again. They are also sent back at the end of battle, although occasionally one may stay if Sliver needs assistance with something else.
(When Sliver calls forth one of her siblings, the technique they possess is taken from her list, and removed. It returns when the Sliver is sent back to Rath. Each Sliver present in a battle possesses every ability every Sliver present has, with the exception that only abilities used when Slivers are called forth work for this. If Sliver has Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu, Shadow Clones, and Byakugan, and then calls forth two Slivers, one with Byakugan and one with Shadow Clones, she could still use all three techniques, but the two she had called forth could only use Byakugan and Shadow Clones.)
((Each Sliver that is called forth has strength and energy equal to the sum total of any techniques it possesses. If there are three called forth Slivers, with Byakugan, Shadow Clones and Kugutsu no Jutsu, each would have a strength of 2600.))

You'd have to start simple like me. My original technique only allowed me to fuse with one puppet. Only just a few days ago was I able to fuse with multiple puppets. Its a learning process. You can't just skip from student to master.

Puppet Combination:
((Only can be used on a human puppet))
This technique allows Loki to turn a human puppet of his own into a microscopic width armor on his own puppet self. THis allows him access to all the Keki Genki Techniques that the puppet knows. Aswell as made ups.

Desc.: Jinzo uses his Chidori to make many senbon, making it an aerial attack. The senbon have the same attributes as the Chidori, so it can cut through almost anything the Chidori can. Whenever something is touched by these, a violent shock is sent through it.
Chidori Senkou (Thousand Birds Flash)

Desc.: Jinzo uses his Chidori on his feet to make himself run 10x faster than normal, thus increasing the amount of times he can attack. Whenever something comes in contact with his feet, a violent shock is sent through the body.
Chidori Yaiba (Thousand Birds Sword)

Desc.: Jinzo uses his Chidori to make a sword, similar to the Hidden Cloud technique. This sword however, is made completely of Chidori, so it can cut through almost anything. Whenever something is touched by this sword, a violent shock is delivered through it.

Desc.: Jinzo uses his Chidori to shoot out bolts of lightning from his hands that are made entirely of Chidori, so anything they touch sends a violent shock through it.

Desc.: Similar to the Blue Impact technique, Jinzo combines his Chidori with the Leaf Whirlwind. Adding in the Sharingan, Jinzo can also tell where his enemy is going to be and how they will block, thus finding a weak spot to attack.
