“Ursa didn’t mention the kids and I think something about her message didn’t indicate we should just yet. I just don’t know if we should, plus she did warn us not to try and enter the fey village. For now let’s do her bidding and return to the werewolf village and give Morte his meal.” Helena said this as she looked at Tanis clearly distraught about having to leave Shinn behind, but it was all they could do. Her eyes even showed it as she looked at him and began swimming for shore away from the fey village.
“Shinn would you like to play longer with Anna while I wait for the message from Morte saying that your parents are coming to pick you up?” Ursa would ask this while hugging both Shinn and Anna dearly in her arms.

"Can you communicate with her? Maybe it is alright by now." Tanis said coming up behind Helena and wrapping his arms aroudn her. He placed his head beside hers and kissed her cheek. "It was just a thought dearest."

Kayla nodded as she slowly began to remove her clothing. As the clothing fell from her body Kayla held her arms in front of her embarrassed to be exposed even to the one person she truly trusted. She moved toward the tub and slowly got in showing her back to Shera. It was covered with a large complicated intertwining symbol that spanned her back.
Celeron and Jin were already on the way out of the village heading to their destination. The thrill of the hunt would be upon Celeron once more and he was excited by not having to worry about Shera getting injured.

Shera would note the symbol on Kayla’s back but not ask about it. Private matter but knew to ask Celeron about it later as she committed the symbol to memory. For now she would begin to undress as her clothing would slip to the floor, her body then would unveil the many scars she had acquired from being hunted down by demons and people that wanted her for her powers. “I’ll wash your back.” Shera would say this as she stepped into the water of the tub next sitting behind Kayla and beginning to wash Kayla’s back.

As Shera's hands touch the symbol it radiated magic and altered slightly as Kayla's back was washed.
"Thank you." Kayla said as though she was not aware of what was happening on her back as it was washed.

“There all done.” Shera would remove her hands from touching Kayla’s back but suddenly would feel weird. Not like herself at all. She wondered what it was about as she looked about. She was starting to feel sleepy as she fell forwards in the tub coming just past Kayla on the right side landing with her face in the water. It seemed that between the symbol on Kayla’s back, the water, and the lack of a good night’s rest Shera couldn’t keep up and she passed out.

"Sh-Shera? Shera!" Kayla cried out as she desperately pulled her face above the water level. Kayla desperately tried to keep Shera above the water unaware of why she passed out so suddenly. Kayla began to cry as she desperately tried to help Shera stay out of the water.

Shera eventually did wake up only to sputter a little bit as she choked on water. She’d push herself out of the water and start coughing as she put her arm over the side of the tub to hold herself up. She could only cough and mutter her apologies as to what happened and hug Kayla. She didn’t know what happened at all.

Tanis nodded, "I understand." He said softly, "Are you still feeling sick? Is there still danger in the village?" Tanis asked swaying slightly from side to side, and taking her with him. His arms were wrapped around her waist, and he held her loosely.

“The danger has been quelled. I don’t sense it anymore for some reason.” Helena would look at Tanis gently as she held his arms in hers. She could feel him pulling her to shore so she decided to help him by kicking her legs. She didn’t want him to tire himself by pulling her all the way to the shore.

Tanis smiled, "Are you sure you are not just telling me it? Dear I don't want you to use up anymore of your energy." They were now within standing distance of the shore. Tanis stood and guided Helena closer to the shore.

“I’m not just telling you. I don’t sense anymore danger in the village. It seems peaceful.” She smiled as she still had to kick a little bit being that she was shorter than Tanis and couldn’t stand up yet. When she finally could stand up in the water, she would as she leaned against Tanis. “I won’t needlessly waste my energy.” Her eyes looked at him gently as she knew she had already used up some just using the spells she had and the transformations.

Tanis nodded, "I understand, and I believe you." Tanis lifted Helena into his arms and carried her the rest of the way to shore. "So shall we get back then, and see what is going on, and what happened? I am quite curious."

Helena giggled a little when she was hefted up into Tanis’ arms. “Yes let us head back to the village. I want to share the news that we have decided to be married there at the village.” Helena smiled as she wanted to share some good news before finding out the bad news. Her lips would move up to kissing his cheeks before slipped out of his arms to stand next to him on the shore. “Shall we also take Morte his meal?” She’d pick up the basket of food, which she held gently in her arms.
