I CONCUR.
I tell myself on occasion that I'm never getting married,
that's it's not worth the possible wreckage,
and that it's more for financial reasons than love anyhow.
I guess that's the rational side of me.
But ever single ******** time I see a cute married couple I want to have my own hubby.
AND WEDDINGS ARE A DISASTER.
I love them.
Problem is, my options are pretty much limited to dying an old maid or getting married. Because my family would have a fit if I "shacked up." No sex before marriage and all that. Despite the fact that if you really look into it... sex = marriage. It's why a marriage isn't even considered one until it is consummated. At least in the Biblical sense, which is all they care about. The financial s**t... bah. And I've never really wanted to get married. Although... I've always wanted to have a period wedding. Heh. Can't we just have the party without the matrimony? Anything can be hid, you just need to hide it well. But man, I'm actually a bit surprised that you care what your (seemingly) bible thumper family says or thinks. And if you change your mind on their opinions, you got my number. biggrin

What the hell am I going to do for my birthday which is in 20 days?
Normally, I just go out and have dinner with the family and have a lemon gelatin cake and call it that. sweatdrop
But since I'll be turning 20 I feel as if I should do something more, but I don't know what.
But since I no longer have any friends left living here I feel as if I'm in a slump for my birthday. crying

... Are you sick of me already? We went without talking for almost a week, so I'd imagine you would want to talk more than just the little bit we did yesterday and the night before, but... Everytime I try to talk to you, it seems like you're irritated at me. Did I do something wrong? ...Would you tell me if I did..?
