We didn't have school today, and being the computer geek I am, I was on the internet all day. But, I practice while I'm on the computer--it would give me more time than I would get otherwise. Does anyone else do that?

LadyTwilyte LegolasGreenleaf RinoaHeartilly Flash_flood Hi, I just joined the guild, and I thought I'd post here. I play flute in concert band, and piccolo in marching band, 4th year playing. Nice to see other people in the section. Welcome to the guild! =3 My school does the same thing with the flute=concert band and picc=marching band. I'm glad we have piccs. You can't hear the flutes too well over the rest of our band. That's what I say but my band director doesn't take suggestions. Same here. HE said that more than one piccolo on the field would cause horrible intonation

Lord of the Rings: all 3 piano books and the flute solo book (includes concerning hobbits, LadyTwilyte) cats: jellicle songs, old deuteronimy (major misspelling), skimbleshanks, ad-dressing of cats, mistoffoles, jennyanydots, bustopher jones heart , gus and maybe one or two i forgot sound of music two or three disney books disney princess collection piano book phantom of the opera some irish music that's all i can think of right now, but i'll check and let you know what i forgot

Ooh, I'm interested in Concerning Hobbits as well. Heh...if anyone wants anything from Aladdin, The Lion King, or Les Miserables, those are the only ones I have.
Is anyone going to any concert band competitions later this year? My own band will be performing in Toronto the last weekend in April, and I'm looking forward to it. It'll be my first band trip, considering I'm a freshman...and then the Monday we return, we'll have to compete at NYSSMA. x_x That will be a tiring weekend right there.

I'm a flautist. I now go to a tech school that doesn't have a band. The school rocks, but the fact that it doesn't have a band sucks. Now I have nothing to play but old reruns of the stuff that I used to play in middle school. And not even the good stuff, cuz all the really good pieces they collected back after we performed it.

Concerning Hobbits would indeed be awesome. I am forever indebted to you. =)
I'm not asking for this one, but Colours of the Wind is one of my favourite Disney songs ever. I used to love that movie and Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King and Mulan and...oh, hell, I still like all of the older Disney movies. Whenever I'm at my friend Sam's house, we end up watching one of them. However, the newer ones and the unneeded sequels that they're coming out with lately are pure and utter crap that should be BURNED. >(
No, I'm not bitter!
Anyway. If you could upload Concerning Hobbits for me, that would be awesome and, like I said, I am forever indebted to you.
