Ame leabed back against a rock trying to come up with a game plan... Rei had to have a blind spot somewhere... but she couldn't pick it out. It was getting unbearable and frustraiting. She felt as if she should be able to beat him in a sneak attack... even though she was just a genin... sne her was an ANBU. Silently she crouched around the edge of the rock peering over to an alert Rei in the distance... She knew at the moment trying to attack would be murder for anyone else... So she would wait some more...

Ame felt like the one thing she needed the most right now was a good helping of patience... topped off with a swirl of attentiveness, and then sprinkled with chillax... Yeah, that ought to do it for her. She swept aroung in anothe rhalf circle, watching... waiting... and then a small opening was made. Not wanting to take the chance of her moment vanishing into thin air. She crouched and jumped forward, throwing a blade at him from above and then circling around to the side and attacking him from that point. He was able to dodge at the last second, of course... but if it were anyone else... Genin and lower she supposed... She would hat hit.

Ame sighed as she hid behind another rock... She wondered how much more difficult things were going to become. She could feel his eyes on her now... boring through the rock like a burning laser and landing on the back of her neck. It was a time like this that she would normally flee in a battle, but she was supposed to be the attacker here, she was supposed to be patient and quiet and wait for the right move... not run and give away her position... Doing so would be disgraceful and put her whole team in danger if she were ever on a mission...

Ame bit her lip gently, waiting for his glare to pass. Turning around, she peered over the rock again and spotted him through the dusty air. He wasn't looking at her now... but scanning the area. Was he really searching for her? Perhpas her lack of movement before actually threw him off? Or was he just messing with her, making her think that he really didn't know... Crouching back slightly, she caught a glimpse of another opening and almost made a launch for it... but it disappeared before she could blink... Curses... almost had that one...

Ame hid herself again and snuck around to another couple of boulders... Peering over them she watched as Rei's eyes, or the slits in his mask, swept the area... He was so quiet... she couldn't even hear his breathing, or even his heart.. That was something scary right there... There it was again! That split second where she had a chance to attack but yet again was not pre[ared for it... Guess she didn't expect it to hit so fast... She'd be ready next time though... Oh yes... she'd be ready.

Growling to herself that she missed two excellent oppotunities, but she was determined now. She was going to get the next one... She just had to remain clam... don't let her anger with herslef get the better of her... She wouldn't even let it have a place in her head... Remaining in that state of mine, she curled around the rock she was hiding behind and crouched low... He would slip soon, she could feel it... Then it was there again. Taking off at full speed, she made it a bit of a head on attack, as she was too concerned with missing it to change in another direction. Pulling out her kunai, she struck and retreated back, hiding once more... she wnated to get another strike it...

Ame felt the peditor inside her waken slightly... She was now on the prowl, a killing streak loomed in her mind... Just like in the old days. Grinning, she beared her teeth as she circled around, quieter than ever, waiting... hunting... shifting. Rei hadn't caughter her that last time... and this time would be no different! Seeing a small opening at another angle, she kept look and made a run for it... Bringing the blade down to his legs before flippinga roung and shrinking off into the shadows once more... She could get used to this...

Ame was darting everywhere now... In the shadows, behind the boulders, everywhere and anywhere she wished to be at the moment. She was preparing for another spring... He wouldn't think she'd try to make a third attempt after the other two, but she did... This time it was ranged though... Throwing blade after blade at him, quickly finding a new position before he could really locate her. This was becomming a great deal of fun now... Ame was actually enjoying herself. Try to throw me into a boulder now, eh brother?

Zanza sat upon the rock, resting for a moment after his strength training. His wounded arm was tired from haveing been put through so much intence punishment. From the heat of the day, to the weight of Zanza's body, and even the iritation of the sand blowing aginst it, the wound was hurting him, even though it was bandaged carefully.
After a short rest, Zanza felt he wasn't alone. Looking from side to side, he did not see anything near him. Suddenly, with out warning. A large bird, some sort of scavenger no doubt, came swooping in at him. Zanza quickly moved to his feet and jumped over the bird. Twisting his body around to face the beast, the threw a kunia at it with his good arm. It was a solid blow, but it wasn't enough to stop it.

With all the confusion of blades crossing everywhere, Ame was able to sneak in and make another move. This would be the final one for the time being... she atleast wanted to make one more strike after this to proove to herself that she could do it. Twisting and turning, the clang and clash of the kunai with kunai or kunai against the earth covering her footsteps, Ame pointed the back of her last blade to his neck. "Gotcha now..." She whispered softly... before disappearing in the shadows again. It was her turn to win... and she did.

Ame could feel her body settle down now... Calming itself, releasing her from the frenzy she had felt before... Like a shark instictfully acting on the smell of blood... Lucky for her though... there was no blood, or not enough to trigger her bloodline curse... She could now think without the true predator inside her invading her mind. The monster she was was gone... for the time being... Grinning to herself faintly... she slid back behind the rock and waited... biding her time now...

Ame closed her eyes and listened carfully to her surroundings, she was going back to her silent training with this. Calming herself further so her pulse and breath wouldn't give away her position. She would attack atleast one more time... just once more... It was pretty much all she had in her at this point. Hoping that things wouldn't be pushed much further... thiough she knew Rei still had mor eup his sleeve to train her in... It was only a matter of time before he released her from this and set her off on another...

Ame thought she should come up with something that was an actual plan rather than a jump out of nowhere an attack randomly thing... Though those seemed to be working fine for her as of now. Though she figured that she'd been doing enough of those that an intricate plan wouldn't be expected. That's what she was going for... The element of... surprise! Now a few traps might have to be laid out... Eventually though, she'd corner him and strike. That would be an eexcellent moment for her...

Ame still couldn't think of anything that would be really good, in other words, worthy enough to go against an ANBU, as she continued to creep around the boulders... The shadows and dusty air were still her main source of cover... sound and sight wise... It wouldn't be long though... after a few more circles or so... Rei would get bored enough and sit back down... Then he would either be open or not... guess she still had the same chances as if her were still standing... That wasn't a pleasent thought...

Ame heard the soft whistle of a kunai and looked up to see what was going on. She spotted Zanza again, and a bird in the sky... Was he trying to kill it? If so... why? Would he cook it and eat it later? Sounded a little odd, but then again, where else do you get food if you don't kill something first? She shrugged and smiled as she circled around another boulder... this one would be good cover for her next attack... if she could figure out how she was going to do it. She had to be silent, she knew that as law... but she had to have the patience to wait for the right time... and then carry it out...
