Yumi was really surprised to see Shuiro give her some food. It was really surprising. And Yumi didn't carry any ointment or anything like that because Giglamesh had kept her busy during the training he had instructed her with. Yumi accepted the food from Shuiro gratefully. She looked at all that she had given her and was really surprised. "T...Thank you Shuiro." She said somewhat quietly. She opened up the water and chugged it quickly the water felt amazing on her throat. It was about halfway gone when she decided to open the onigiri. She unwrapped the cover of the onigiri and took a good sized bit out of it.

A gleam would suddenly appear in the sky right where yumi should be able to notice it, it was coming from the direction of the sun. Right around the time she would squint to see what it was, if she noticed it, she would he whacked in the head by a heavy hard cover book. The book was labeled "origami and the soul." If she would open it, the first page had a note written in it.

Dear yumi. ...do origami....train mind, then body, repeat.

giglamesh.

Very simple yet clear letter giglamesh had wrote to her, question is how did he know where she was, as well as throw it that far!?

Yumi noticed something directly above her head in the sky, it was something decent in size. Right after she saw it the hard covered book smacked her right in the head. She rubbed her head after the book bounced after it landed on the ground. She still had food around her but luckily the book didn't land in any of it. Yumi slowly grabbed the book, her head hurt slightly but she would disregard it. She read the title of the book, "Origami and the soul." It was a weird title for her to receive even though she didn't know who it was from yet. She opened it to the first page, she read the note and a slight smile on her face. "Gig...lamesh." She whispered quietly. The rest of the pages were blank and she obviously was supposed to use it to do the activity he wanted her too. She wasn't going to ask questions to his methods or even how he knew where she was until she saw him again.

Yumi tore out the second page of the book as to keep the note from Giglamesh preserved. She began folding the page to start the making of the crane. She had the body together as that was the way she thought that you would start to make a crane. The crane that she would think to make was the one where they would moved the neck.

Yumi had folded several pieces of the the paper into the beginning shape of the crane. Hopefully she would have a natural knack for this kind of thing. She was physically exhausted but mentally she was just fine. She was being patient as she just was passing time until Etna either called her to attention again or Roy finished his training so that she could introduce herself. Yumi grabbed her thing of opened onigiri and took another bit of it. With the hand she wiped her hands on her pants and continued playing with the paper now in the one third finished portion of a crane.

She tried to fold it again. And obviously she messed up somewhere because if she were to try and fold it again the head wouldn't look right and the crane's neck wouldn't move. So she completely un-folded it to start over all again on making the crane. It wasn't frustrating to her partly because Giglamesh wasn't sitting there yelling at her, it made it easier to complete tasks when he wasn't there. Although he did have alot to teach her. Like now for instance, he isn't even present and she is still learning somethings from him.

Yumi looked at the piece of paper it was crinkled after having been folded several times. She took another bit of her onigiri. There wasn't a lot left of it but she wasn't going to let it go to waste. Shuiro had been nice enough to go get it for her and she was going to savor it. She looked only slightly puzzled at the crane. It showed in her face but the only reason was because she had never really been much to practice for origami.

Yumi folded the crane in half and then tried to fold it into the rectangle. Then following after that was the folding of the paper into a triangle. It was tough because of how many times the paper had been folded. It was off and she didn't manage to get it close enough to be perfect. So she decided to unfold it and try again.

She was just leisurely folding the origami crane. It was something to keep her mind occupied while she ate and let her body start to feel better. At the same time she was also waiting for Roy to complete his training so that they could move on as a team. She was also curious as to what the next task Etna would have in store for them. It would probably be an interesting one. Yumi opened up the bundle of sweet buns. She bite into one of the savoring buns and enjoyed the flavor in her mouth while she tried to fold the paper crane again.

She folded the piece into a perfect square, then a rectangle just like she had before. She folded it in a rectangle the other direction and then folded the piece of paper into a triangle. That was the start of the process. And even with the worn paper she managed to keep it perfectly symmetrical.

She looked at the piece of white paper that she had folded. It was almost perfect with its appearance. Granted it didn't even look close to a paper crane yet but hopefully it would after a while. It wouldn't take too long for her to complete it once she figured out how to create it. Yumi swallowed the bite of sweet bun that was in her mouth. She set down the piece of paper to unscrew the lid to her bottle of water. She grabbed and chugged down a good gulp of her water. Then she picked back up the piece of paper to continue working on it.

Yumi tried to fold the correctly and failed to do so. Origami was harded than it looked. Like she thought earlier this was going to just be something to pass time and learn something new as she had never done it before.

Yumi felt kind of bad for Roy as she watched Etna-sensei devour all of his food. She had eaten her onigiri mostly and the sweet buns. She left the cup of ramen, and would hope that it would stay warm for him to eat later. Her stomach was mainly full anyways. She unfolded her piece of paper. Looking at the paper and how torn up it was she decided to get a new piece and start over. She crumpled up the paper in her hands and tossed it in what would be the start of her trash pile. Yumi grabbed the book that she mysteriously received from Giglamesh and tore out a new page.

Roy looked over to the side… food? When had that gotten there? Either way it didn’t matter, his hands were covered in dirt and he was in the middle of this. He couldn’t very well stop now. Even as he looked down to the food, he was starting to get hungrey. His knee began to drop a little when..

“If you touch that food before you finish, boy, I’ll make sure you’ll never taste it or anything else over again.” Etna hissed. Strangest thing was, her eyes were closed… how did she know?

“And not a drop for your sensei? I see, I’ll remember this Buster Bra…” Etna opened an eye and glared at Shuiro. “Nevermind, I’ll take what I want.” She walked over to Roy’s food and used her claws to rip the food open and began to feast upon it. Here eyes caught the note but gave no notice of this except for to rip apart the riceball after one lick, “ACK! You were cheated girl. This rice is stale.” Nothing but shreds were left.

Roy only sighed, what a waste… of course, at least someone was eating the rest of it… his stomach growled a little but this was only an annoyance. This made him want to be done even faster. He began to focus again on the task at hand.

The growling was doing a lot more than he originally thought. He was loosing focus thanks to this but he had to get it back. Even through the slurping and annoying vocal admiration of the food, Roy had to focus. He had to get his mind set back on task so he could be done… and get something to eat. Closing his eyes, he began to focus again, flooding his mind with various thoughts and ideas and the like while not focusing on any of them directly. He was in his own world now and it was a world of information and ideas, he couldn’t be bothered with outside influences.

Shuiro rolled her eyes. Of course... you can always count on her to make things go wrong. "My apologies... I figured you wouldn't want anything I bought... and If I had you wouldn't have eaten it." She watched as Roy continued his work... she'd save some of her onigiri for him then... Damn you feline... "Besides... the fish in the market were already rotting... and... well I'm curious now..." She'd watched as Etna bit into the riceballs. "Can you even eat rice and stuff? I thought felines were just carnivorous... " Thinking about this lightly, she pulled a piece of chicken from the lumps of noodles in her cup of broth. "I'll go back if you want... Just tell me what you want bought..." There was no insolence or sarcasm in her voice, for once, just simple curiosity...

He was really bugged by the display of wanton destruction on his food. He could almost have cried. It then struck him, when had he opened his eyes and looked again? He growled deeply as he realized that he was loosing the battle too hunger and that was just too damn annoying to contemplate. He couldn’t really phathom what was going on in his mind. He normally had better control over himself than this but then again, hunger did strange things to people so he just chucked it out his mind as best he could and continued to focus yet again.

”Enough boy… move on.” Etna said as she slurped down the last of her noodles. A gulp followed… she had already devoured the entire meal but rice was scattered everywhere, as was the paper with the hint on it.

Etna then walked over to Shuiro and looked at her food. “No, this is fine.” Without even asking, Etna began to eat and paw at the food that Shuiro hadn’t finished yet. “I eat what I like. I’m not a normal cat you know.”

Roy sighed. He looked to his hand. There were a few stones here and there but nothing solid like what was resting in his pocket. He sighed and dropped the attempt as the cat had instructed him to. He moved over to the bag of sand collected another helping. With fresh sand came a new resolve. He had a determination now to do this and get it done immediately. He gripped the sand with both hands and began his focus anew.

A good start was always a fresh start. He had read that somewhere but didn’t know where nor did he care at the moment although the thought clouded his mind which aided his focus. He kept his eyes closed this time around as there was no food to eat for him again. With the distraction gone, he was able to focus entirely on the event at hand. Gathering his chakra, he moved it to his hands like normal. The chakra split and spread into the shifting sands within his hands.

Shuiro opened the wrapping for the sweetbuns to make them more available to Etna while curiously watching her eat. She put the riceballs in her pouch though. If she thinks they're stale then she shouldn't be bothered by me keeping these... Then lifting the cup of ramen to her face again, she finished it off. "So your whole digestive system is different from normal cats as well then?" She stuck her chopsticks into the empty cup and grabbed a sweetbun for herself. She atleast wanted one of them before they were devoured...

The sand shifted over and over in Roy’s hand. This was obviously a result of the chakra he was putting into it to mold and form the sand into a stone shape. There was a distinct shape taking form in his hands as he focused. Even the distance between his hands began to dwindle ever so slightly as there was less sand everywhere and more focused in one location. He was getting this down fairly well.
