Being still in the great hall, and keeping an eye on things, Kushina had seen Ana over at Madiir's table, and also how distraught Ana turned towards the tail-end of the short fortune reading.

"Hey, hey, what's the matter? Honestly, if you want help with dating tips, doing a fortune really isn't the way to do it. On no fault of yours, of course, Seer," Kushina said loudly as she let an arm fall around Ana's shoulders as she walked over. Nodding to Madiir, she steered Ana away, towards the large doors.

"Now. Since I'm so amazing at guesses, it was dating you wanted to get a feel for, if it would turn out well, wasn't it?" smiling brightly Kushina raised an eyebrow as she glanced down at Ana, carefully appearing to look straight ahead to let the girl have some time to collect herself.

((Nothing like the help of a woman! xD; Otherwise known as "Kushina to the rescue! ... even though she might make it worse! :'D"))

"I... um..." Ana quickly wiped at her face with her hands, using the long sleeve of her uniform to dry it. "Yes," she said reluctantly, turning a deep shade of pink, "I, um, I'm supposed to meet... someone tomorrow. I wanted to know how it would go." She wiped her eyes again, vaguely uncomfortable under Kushina's arm. This was the Blue Dragon Officer!

"Take advice from someone who's old enough to have dated a lot of times, and do yourself this favour; don't go asking Seers about it. They have talent, yes, but..." Kushina coughed as if embarrassed and shook her head, lifting her arm to just walk beside Ana instead.

"It's just better to dress in something pretty and that you feel comfortable in, and then hope for the best. Trust me, that's the best way to do it. This probably hasn't helped you to actually feel better about your upcoming date, but I thought I'd try and give some advice," shaking her head, Kushina wasn't sure she had made anything better. But she just couldn't help not to try helping when she saw people that were distressed. It was just part of her charm!

((XDD;; *pats Sujika* Don't be sad. Some of us have never been on a date (not that we mind). ^^ Haha.))

She fidgeted slightly at that, not really sure how much she wanted to go into her own backstory. "Well ... to be honest, it doesn't really matter much where I was born." She glanced down at her hands, even as Hayate looked up, and placed a small clawed foot on her leg.

"I left. A long time ago." She offered a slightly pained smile. "I didn't fit in ... very well. So I've been on my own for quite a while now."

"Ah... I see." Micoi rubbed the back of her head lightly, glancing down at her lap before slowly lifting her head again. "Don't be sad, Midare," she smiled warmly at the faerie. "There's always a place somewhere in this world where a person fits in. There's always a place that you will be able to call home," she said and placed a gentle hand on the other's shoulder, the light from the candles dancing in her golden eyes. "And as long as you have people who care for you and are your friends, or more, you'll never be truly alone."

"No, thank you, that, um, that's good to hear." Ana didn't think she actually owned any clothes she felt comfortable in and that looked good on her, but she would have to save that thought until she was in bed and needed an anxiety to keep her up at night.

"Thank you," she attempted a small smile, more out of politeness than because she felt it. "I'll try to remember what you said." Excusing herself with her heart beating rapidly -she had just been spoken to, not commanded or greeted, but spoken to, by one of the Officers-, Ana returned to her quarters, trying not to panic too badly about the upcoming night.

Before she went to sleep, however, she retrived a carefully kept sketchbook from the stand at the side of her bed and flipped through it, pausing on the few pages in which Liozu stood amoung several other members of the Dragon Tribe.

Meeya made a muffled squeaky sound in the back of his throat, one of his daggers instinctively clutched in one hand as the magic rose, cool and slightly ticklish-like over his limbs.

In a way, it felt like water, even though it was mist; but it was magic, so any regular senses couldn't really be trusted. The hazy swirled up and around, for a moment fully covering Meeya before it receded, dancing at Meeya's feet before dispersing fully.

"Whaa...?" Staring, Meeya's black eyes went wide. He'd been stripped naked and changed! Well, all right, he'd never noticed or seen himself get naked, but his clothes were all different, so he'd had to! Meeya was now wearing a wide-collared robe-like thing that didn't have any sleeves except for the folds the collar made around his chest, and it had slits on the sides, wide and flowy at the bottom and pure white. Under that he wore a wide-sleeves turtle-neck with clasps over the side of his chest, partly visible from the wide collar of the outer part of the outfit, and the embroidery on it was the same colour as the lighter streaks in his hair.

The mosaic under his feet felt cool, but smooth.

"What the..! What did you do? Where're my clothes?" Meeya didn't exactly shout, but that could be because his voice was mostly choked up from the surprise.

The Stewardess blinked surprised once and then smiled, eyes laughing at him silently. "Your majesty, worry not," she smiled at him like a mother who was watching her child put on his first robes for a feast and saying "I can do it on my own". "They are not gone, nor are they destroyed. This whole royal palace is actually not down in ruins, what you see is a powerful illusion of sorts. Down in the inner sanctuary, which can only be accessed by the King or Queen, lies the power source that is keeping this magic stable and intact. You can go down there now and undo the illusion... or wait until you come back from having awakened the others," she explained.

Celia headed back to her room, smiling slightly. She had for the most part considered this to be a very good evening....And honestly, if it hadn't been for the incident durring the party, the best parts of it probably wouldn't have happened...

'What are you thinking about?'Asked Kahaku, tilting his head slightly as they approached the door.

"I don't know....Just....That I'm very glad with the way the night went,"She replied, trying to put her thoughts into words, rather than the jumbled mess they had been in her mind.

'As am I....That sword is kind of cramped,"said Kahaku as he streched his wings out just a little, before folding them back up

Celia laughed a little, and said, "Sorry about that...."

He nodded in acceptance of her appology.

"The others?" Meeya felt a bit lost, and shifted nervously where he stood. Make that "felt very lost". Lun flew over and settled in Meeya's hair, right in front where the ponytail was joined at the back of his head. What others? Was he supposed to feel this nervous and frankly scared of his new position, and not elated? Well, had he been someone else, he might have felt more excited by all this... This was simply not his day!

"Ah yes, I am sorry," the faerie smiled apogetically. "The others... the Eastern Faeries, the Spirit Tribe of Arinas, woken up by the first Queen of Arinas AR who chose to serve the royal family to whatever end. They are the protectors of the land on the Royal Family's behalf, but upon the King and Queen's departure they sealed themsleves away again. Please... won't you awake them? They're asleep in the Water Realm of the Eastern World, for the sake of their safety all entrances throughout the land were sealed and leaving only one accessable... it lies in the north connected to a temple put there by the Royal Couple during the Resurrection," Fen-Lil told Meeya. She couldn't... be meaning Kanak and Micoi's temple building, could she?

Midare blinked slightly, looking up at Micoi. Then she smiled and returned the gesture. "See ... when you say or do something like that ... that's when I know you'll be a good Queen," she replied. And she really could. That sort of compassion for other people was exactly what she thought a ruler should have. At the least.

Then she surprised herself with a yawn. "Mm ... sorry. I guess maybe I should go and get some sleep, s'been a long day." She offered another smile and started to draw back and get off the bed.

Micoi gave a short laugh before nodding. "Yes, it has... and I guess it's way past bedtime, in some ways at least." She had to confess, because of guarding the grounds of the temple she had grown up in all her life she was kind of used to twisting and turning on the hours to no end so she wasn't sure if she would ever have a defined "day" and "night". Smiling at Midare, the dragon stood up. "Sleep well, Midare. I'll see you tomorrow, probably," she said with a light wave of her hand as the faerie made her way towards the door.
