This is a co-ownership agreement between Eranas and Ririka for Marika



::Sig and TeePee Rights::
Both owners hold equal sig and TeePee rights.

::RP Rights::
Both owners hold equal in character and OOC rights. Should one want to enter Marika in to a RP related contest the other owner should be contacted for notification.

::Life Changing::
Anything that would have an important impact or change to her, like skinwalering, lifemating, impact hitting RPs, ect, will have to be discussed between both owners, or all parties know what is going on with Marika.

::Breeding Rights::
Both owners hold equal breeding rights when it comes to Marika.
Ririka will have rights to the first breedings, but may pass it on to Eranas finds a possible mate/fling before her.
Eranas has the rights to the second breeding, but if a pass is made with the first breeding, the second breeding will belong to Ririka.
The third breeding will be discussed when the time comes.

If one owner is to vanish without word for 3 months + then the active owner may hold Marika as if they are the full owner. E.I; because the second owner is not around they may choose to wait for the other owner to come around, or do as they please RP and breeding wise, but may not take the inactive owner off as the co-owner.

Ririka

This is a co-ownership agreement between Eranas and Ririka for Marika



::Sig and TeePee Rights::
Both owners hold equal sig and TeePee rights.

::RP Rights::
Both owners hold equal in character and OOC rights. Should one want to enter Marika in to a RP related contest the other owner should be contacted for notification.

::Life Changing::
Anything that would have an important impact or change to her, like skinwalering, lifemating, impact hitting RPs, ect, will have to be discussed between both owners, or all parties know what is going on with Marika.

Eranas has the rights to the second breeding, but if a pass is made with the first breeding, the second breeding will belong to Ririka.
The third breeding will be discussed when the time comes.

Kiareii has the right to choose any mate for her breeding and does not need to discuss it with Kuro-Mizuki beforehand.

In the event that either Kiareii or Kuro-Mizuki finds a potential lifemate, they will discuss it with each other beforehand. The same with skin-walkering.


In the event of Kiareii disappearing for 6+ months, ownership of Disheartened will be transferred solely back to Kuro-Mizuki and vice-versa.
