She had found the perfect dress to go along with her mask. Now all she needed was a date to dance with her. "Oh well" she thought and made her way to the festivities. She entered the main area and stared in awe at the spectacular colors of everyone's attire. "What brilliance! What incredible outfits!" she said but mainly to herself.
"Make me an instrument of your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy"

  Lexus' smile disappeared as she heard him speak, just from his words, gave her a feeling he wasn't buying it, hearing his next words puzzled her, though he didn't finish his sentence and the sound of the doors bursting open rang through her ears making her suddenly flinch... more people huh? letting out a cold silent sigh, Lexus turned to face the girl who had run out through the door and into Dark. Lexus seemed more curious as Dark spoke, asking why the girl was in such a rush...why was she in a rush...did something happen? Lexus was started to lose her train of thought again, she seemed to be spacing out quite a bit latly and it confused her slightly, she shouldn't be concerned about any of this, raising her head and smiling at the girl "as long as she's ok i hope nothing happened to worry you" A smile found it's way across Lexus' lips and the two had their conversation, suddenly the smiled disappeared as she heard Dark give Fate a name for himself, it confused her a great deal, notare? Is he using that name, that girl called him dark, flinching as Dark had spoke to her, "oh! uuh sure" forcing a smile back on her face and lifting her hand happily. Lexus was going way off track, getting highly confused, a frown over came her as Rose had now appeared, it was getting too crowded for her with these "IS" and made her feel rather uncomfortable, she just wanted to zap their minds leaving them unconcious, "don't worry, i'll go get it checked out, i'll also get someone to clean up this mess" Lexus wanted to scream but controlled herself and didn't, hesitating she found Dark's hand... "thanks" a kind smile revealing itself as she turned away, making her way to the small patch of trees, which were in the garden...to maybe sit down and sort herself out.

 ‘If souls had a price, I would steal yours’ This was awkward…no this was uncomfortable. It was both. Kimi was defiantly not happy with this dance partner, there was no denying how rigid she had become as the guys hands lowered more and more. She laughed nervously before backing away.
“Come on love don’t pretend you don’t want this” The guy breathed in a rough tone.
“I do not pretend” She replied in a curt voice, before turning her back on him.
Kimi hadn’t gotten that far when the guy grabbed her wrist. She growled at the contact but he must not have heard the feral sound.
“I love a woman with fire in her heart” He cooed. She wanted to gag, his breath was rancid and sickly something that turned her stomach. “Come now, you look like you know how to entertain a man” As he spoke he stepped forwards closing the distance.
Kimi had no idea how he had cornered her. But it was a move he should not have done.
“I wonder if your mouth is a sweet in taste as it looks” Who’s mistake was this? Kimi’s or this over confidant humans? While Kimi’s mind raced contemplating all these questions the man was know leaning forwards about to latch his ugly mouth onto hers.
“Who’s mistake?” She muttered startling the guy
“What?” He replied a few inches from her face.
A grin appeared on Kimi’s face, a dark yet innocent looking smile that baffled the man even more, she pulled her head back and laughed before head butting the guy.
The dull thud was loud and before the guy could collapse to the floor Kimi had snapped the pendant of his neck, the measly necklace had been a pain to get a hold off and there was no way she was going to leave it. Party goers began to stare and mutter, it did not bother her in the slightest, she looked down at the guy wand smiled tilting her head to the side “Who’s mistake? Yours”
“That could have gone a lot better” Kimi muttered while removing her mask, the impact with the guy had caused it to dig in and cut her. “No harm in shedding a bit of blood” She said while trying to navigate herself to the restroom. “Why are there so many damn humans!” She growled, he temper was getting the better of her, her wolf blood was boiling over.
Kimi’s vision seemed blurred, which might have something to do with the blood trickling down her face, “A sight I must be” she said while finally making it to the staircase.

Luna was shocked to see Cirus's eyes shoot open and to hear him yell. Her eyes went wide and she managed to hiss Damn it! before he had his hand around her neck. The pressure on her neck would have killed a human in a second, but it merely was choking her. At the same time, she went to slit the man's neck, but felt that she couldn't seem to place enough pressure on the blade to get it to move down that final inch... at least not with her throat being squeezed.
She growled and her eyes glowed a fierce red. Simultaneously, her facial expression turned from that of shock to that of confidence. She wasn't going to be giving up this easy on her mission. She grinned and ripped her hand that was holding the dagger away from this man, bringing her hand back to her right side to prepare for any other attack. She then stabbed the dagger up into his hand, while, at the same time, creating a gap between her neck and his hand with her ability to control wind. He would have felt a slight push at his hand, but not much. It gave her the perfect opportunity to slip her head away by yanking it backwards.
Even if her dagger had not been able to make contact with his hand, she would have been able to slip away. Once she did slip away, she smirked and stood a few feet back from the bed. Even if this wasn't truly Cirus, she wasn't planning on leaving without the kill. She stood there, daggers in both hand now, and prepared for anything. She continued to smirk, but decided against saying anything, as she was still trying to catch her breath.

Everything has changed and lost control of rule." Chela Vilixion Rampage  Chela heard him call her something not fit for a younger party, and she actually broke a smirk, which caught the attention of a few yound men. She quickly frowned, and started walking away, to the wall. They followed, and she sighed. She'd have to do something about them. When she was under the stairs, she turned around, and looked at them all with a glare. It was strong enough to make them swallow their words, and she then kicked them each in the throat. They hit the ground, looking as if they had swallowed something vulgar, coughing, and sputtering. "Approach me no more." she said, and walked up the steps, back to her hidden spot on the balcony.
Chela leaned on the rail, and sighed, watching the people half heartedly, thinking of the boy she'd meet. He had no right to get angry with me. He was being obvious, if I hadn't said something to him, he might have alerted the WAS. We couldn't have that, now could we? But still.....I will have to watch him if I were to ever see him again. But he held his ground well, being cold like me. That was.....applaudable at best. Ok, back to watching the crowds Chela. Be sure, and keen. she thought, and crossed her arms on the rial, sighing. Her hair fell forward from behing her mask, and she watched people walking in and out, and took time to nod when a young lady stepped on her partner's foot, before slapping him, and leaving the dance. "Hey take me to nuclear reactor,
I wish to dive into core,

Beautiful."

She wondered if that young man she met before after the arena was at the masquerade. "Probably not" she thought. Just then a man's voice came from behind her. "Well don't you look enchanting! I bet you're the prettiest one here at the ball. Let me guess your name is Cinderella." she turned around almost knocking into the guy. She raised an eyebrow at him which couldn't be seen under her mask. "Excuse me?!" she said getting annoyed with him. "I said you are beautiful, would you like to dance with me?" This time she glared at him. Then placing her finger to her mouth pretending to be thinking she said, "Well let me see.....how about NO and drop dead!" She went to turn away when he grabbed her by her wrist. "No one says no to me!" he said in an infuriating tone. "Back off scum, you don't know who you are messing with!" she flicked his wrist causing him to become petrified until she was able to move away. "Jeez the nerve of some guys!" she said in a huff and moved her way to one of the benches to sit down.

Riddian had found a job with a nice couple as a house keeper and had earned enough money to buy a simple mask. It was plain black and would cover the top half of her face. Against her protestations, the lady of the house had given her a nice dress to wear that had a black corset top and a red skirt that flowed down. The lady had told her that it was only fair Riddian got to go looking nice for all the hard work she'd done keeping their house looking clean.

Grell sat atop one of the many houses in Willbe, he smiled down on everyone. But being a Was, it wasn't the nicest smile, he crossed his legs. Peering down at the people he was trying to think of something he could do to make things fun. Back in London Grell went around killing people as Jack the Ripper, but he didn't think that that would work her.
After the tournament, he didn't know what to do, I mean he was really only there for the men. Trying to think so something fun he could do was hard. It would help if he had an attention span. Willbe was having a Ball, right, he smiled became wider. His shark like teeth showing brightly across most of his face now. But faded as he realized that his only weapon was a pair of crafting scissors.(Punishment for the jack the ripper crimes.)

 "They are just markings, Fate.They aren't going to hurt me, or anything are they? People wear markings sometimes to determine tribes. It's like having fangs." He added, turning and opening his mouth to reveal his fangs. Dark's weren't exactly big, compared to the young demphyr Zero or other demons. In fact they looked like simple human canines, only sharper. That was just about the only 'proof' he would have that he was Draconian. That and his blood. He closed his mouth. "So don't worry about it." He was being overly nice, something that was completely out of character from him but he couldn't stand it when others get depressed over trivial matters such as markings. Once Lexus finally allowed him to look at his hand he turned his attention back to her. But before he could pull out any shards another guest joined them. The voice was familiar. He turned and blinked as another female, dressed in a blue dress approached them. Her hair was pinned up, and with her mask covering her eyes it was hard to tell. But her voice said it all. That was Rose. "..What a change." He said, turning to look at both Fate, Rose and the other (Lexus). He knew how Rose looked with normal attire, so the drastic change was astonishing. She looked nice and he wouldn't lie; but he also wouldn't grace her with words. But he didn't know how Fate looked in normal attire, or the other female. If he ran into one of them outside this festival he might not even recognize them. He felt the Lexus's hand find his, and for he slowly turned to look at her. She was smiling, but it seemed so fragile. He wanted to have the ability to read minds like Rose, but..that was impossible. The lady departed from them, leaving Dark to scratch at his temple before turning to both Rose and Fate. "It's been.." He paused, looked to the side and thought for a while before looking back at the girls. "..eventful." He had wanted to say annoying but something told him it was the wrong idea. "Rose, this is Fate. Fate, this is Rose." He introduced, gesturing to the other as the situation called for it. His hair was still down over his eyes and it was becoming troubling. The mask he had brought was off and held on his right hand. Another voice then rang out, and Dark turned his attention towards the boy who leapt into the air. "..and that's Zero..Yo, KID!" Dark called, now adjusting his headband on his forehead to keep it in its usual form. He even put his mask back on. "..*sigh* The night hasn't even started.." He muttered. I have yet to find a single WAS..maybe they aren't coming. I should leave..this place does not suit me."

Lexus had bumped into something and grit her teeth, rubbing her forehead as the pain seeped into her head "uh crap, i'm so off track today" it was then it actually made her wonder what she had bumped into, reaching out a hand, she traced her delicate fingers over the bark of an old tree. letting out a sigh and laying out her dress, she sat down, Lexus started to dig the glass shards from her hand with her fangs as she licked up the trailing blood, soon wounds slowly healing, the pain told her exactly where the shards were, flinching in pain for shard she removed. "i can't do anything if this keeps happening" she growled slightly, a tired feeling washing over her, the last time she layed down was when she was forced unconcious, she still hadn't rested since then, a lace of her hair falling over her face as her eyes meet the moonlit sky again, though they became heavier as her eyes began to close.

 Shin nodded at her "Its fine i forgot about my eyes i should had made the mask cover them more.This thing with the Is and Was well the Was are just about anything with powers that hate the huamns.They attack the town all the time the Is was made of people who have pwoers but like the huamsn so they fight to protect them.Thats why people don't like us.Also i am a Was i do hate the huamns but its for different reason then the most of them and i don't go around killing them.I am a full blooded demon thats why i can do what i do.I mostly cover my eyes because the humans see me with my eye sor my wings or this tail now and they get scared without even knowing who i am.I hate that the most becaus eits the same way they treated" he stopped himself.His eyes still closed "I won't go that far let's just have fun tonight" he said.Shin got up and in the blink of and eye he was gone and back with a drink for Nila "Don't worry its just punch and i did not put anything in it you can trust me you know" he said.Shin though that nowshe knew what he was she would be scared of him too he hoped not but there was nothing he could do.

㊋ The assassin of the deep ♦ — ϟ Merciless One ㊋ Aideen noticed Zero's appearance and also noted his company, from some of the things she guessed, he was an Is, she looked at his company and decided her target. She began a quick, yet easy stride towards the company and crossed her arms. That guy, he doesn't exactly look like he's here to dance, I guess I'll kill him for Mal, maybe mount his head on a wall if I find the time... Aideen smirked and walked over to the group, playing innocent. "Sorry for intruding, but why is everybody grouped hered instead of enjoying the masquerade?" She asked, step one of the whole night was finally in action.

She smiled when Shin mentioned having fun, and was very surprised when he seemed to quickly appear and then reappear in front of her with a drink. "Oh! Um...thank you." she said, taking the drink in her hands. "Of course I trust you.

She watched as she disapeared thinking to herself, Something tells me that she really dislikes me. She was the one that hurt me in the tunnels, I didn't even touch her. Not even to shoot pain through her head, which was a rather unpleasant suprise. Rose simply shook her head, not really caring what other people thought about her.
Rose turned to Dark and the other girl that were there and smiled. Looking closely at Dark for a minute, it didn't exactly seem like he was having the best of a time but decided not to comment on the fact. As she heard Dark introduce the girl named Fate, Rose turned to look at her and smiled as she extended her hand towards the girl for her to shake if she chose too. "Nice to meet you, Fate." She turned towards the spot that she sensed Zero coming from and waved to him saying, "Hey, Zero!"
She frowned when she caught Dark's thoughts, while she wasn't exactly tuned into him, Dark and Zero had become so familiar to her that she would unintentionly hear some thoughts from them if she would think them slightly troubling. As she watched Zero walk over to them, she also noted a girl (Aideen) follow him over, by the way she walked over to them she didn't exactly give off a friendly manner, or so Rose thought. She tuned into the girl's thoughts for a minute, curious as to what she might be thinking, but just to catch the last bit of what she'd said --'Kill him for Mal, maybe mount his head on the wall if I find time.' Whether she'd caught the whole thing or not, what she'd heard was enough for her to tell that this girl did not mean well for them.
She stiffend slightly at what the girl had thought, Rose's fingers tightening ever so slightly around her glass that she still held. If need be, she still had her dagger strapped to her leg underneath her dress but she wasn't going to get it if she didn't need to, she'd actually rather not. In fact, she'd let someone else fight this one out, she wasn't going to join this time, nor did she feel like it anyways. Her whole body was still tense and she tried to relax, but found it impossible to do so. For a brief moment, she thought about telling Dark, but then she thought to say something else first. Why do you want to find Was so bad? she asked him mentally, then thought about something else. She'd heard Aideen mention the name Mal, which she assumed was a nickname and added saying to Dark, Also, do you know someone who could go by the nickname of Mal? Rose thought to keep the bit about this girl going to kill them to herself, at least until she figured out why Dark was actively seeking the Was out, and then she'd tell him. Still, her stiff posture might give her away anyway but that was something that she, apparently, couldn't help. As Aideen spoke, Rose forced a smile onto her face and answered, "I a a poor dancer. I just came to talk and enjoy the company of the people that are here." What she had said was the truth, she really didn't dance all that well and would refuse anyone who tried to make her, which had luckily been no one so far. Either way, she made sure to keep her words in check so that she wouldn't let anything accidentally slip out about what she'd heard the girl think.

Riddian adjusted her mask and smoothed the skirt of her dress. The lady she worked for had only sons, and had happily brushed Riddian's hair until it shone and pinned it up into a simple bun. So, here she was at the ball looking nice for no one. Feeling somewhat unsure, she entered the ball. Her first impression was of the several variations people had placed on masks and outfits so that they could look alike but different. Her second, was of the soft music being played. Feeling slightly uncomfortable, Riddian hovered off to the side choosing to watch and observe rather than take part.
