Casper laughed bitterly. Getting killed is exactly what I've been trying to do for two years.
"I don't even know what's going on. I was given pictures and told not to come back without you two."

Gambler looked over her shoulder at the girl. "Now. That's more like it. I'm still disappointed but that's how you should act." She stopped and turned her body sideways looking at her calmly. "Who is your boss? Is he forcing you to do this?" She didn't want to kill innocent people who didn't have information about a job. That was a dangerous thing but a smart move on any bosses part. No information, no answers.
Gambler didn't like the sound of this. It was just too odd. It sent goosebumps up her arms. "Well then you better put in for a missing persons report because your not going to get me or him or both. Not now and not ever. Since you don't have information that is helpful, your stuck. If you so much as intentionally hurt one of us just to get killed, my dear, I'll make sure you rot slowly rather than easily get away with that." She looked at her fully. "And this is me being nice."
Monty nodded slightly. That was her being nice. When she was mean she a scary look on her face and her eyes were filled with controled bloodlust.

Rave sighed and shook his head. Not giving information to your people was a smart move when you didn't care if they lived or died. And that wasn't something that he had ever done. Looking at the girl, he was confused. Why would someone be after him and Gambler? Gambler, that was obvious. She was in charge of Area 6. Him? Not so much. Unless this boss had something against the elves...then other than that, he had no clue.

"I don't know who the hell my boss is. Yes, I am being forced to do this. I've never worked with him before. And I'm seriously not leaving without you two." Casper tried to keep a monotonous tone, but the panic she felt was leaking through a bit.

Now Rave was disturbed. Not knowing who you were working for wasn't a good thing...and being forced to do this by said unknown boss was even worse. What was going on with this girl?

Gambler sighed. If this girl was being forced into this job with no information then this guy had a serious problem with her that he couldn't take up himself. She didn't personally like cowards and would just walk away back to her life but it was different this time. Rave was also being targeted which surprised her because he seemed to like to keep to himself with no troubles following. "Answer me one more question before I make my decision." She looked at the girl. "Why in the nine gates of hell would you take up a job without knowing what you were getting yourself into?" That was a big question and she wanted to know the girl's personal reason.
Monty knew what Gambler was thinking when she asked that. She was going to do an inside job. That was a sucide mission that none of them would do, unless they were ninjas. Were the hell was Raid or Kyoshi to talk her out of doing that. Yes, he didn't like the sound of this boss guy but this was insane. She could get killed for going in blind. Then again she was the boss and she could do whatever she wanted.

Casper chuckled a little. The question amused her. "Well, when you have a gun pressed to your head, you often do what the person wants. For me, that meant taking this job."

Rave was concerned for the girl, "If it's that bad...why don't you, instead of fighting a battle that you can't win, ask for help?" That seemed like a logical thing to do in his mind...

Rave crossed his arms again and shook his head, "When you do that, and it's obvious that you're not going to win, that's when you call for help." He looked at her, eyes harsh. "But, when you call for help, you need to make sure that you're help comes from the right place." He knew what he was talking about. If this girl wanted him and Gambler, then she was out of luck. That wasn't going to happen, and the little vampire didn't have the power to take out all of them. "Are you still going to try and take Gambler and I?"

Gambler nodded. "Do you know where you met up with your boss? And....you said something about pictures....Let me see them." She said to the girl, with surprisingly patience.

Rave shook his head, but stayed silent, letting Gambler work. If she wanted to do something, then obviously she was the boss, but in his mind, the girl should be killed and then her soul traced and memories taken out by Ali and James and Eldin. That would make things much faster...

Casper pulled the pictures out of her back pocket. Sure enough, they were of the people standing in front of her.
"I was knocked out and taken to the place. When I left, they kept me blindfolded."

Gambler nodded thinking. Who in their right or wrong mind would come after her and Rave? This was just too bizarre. Who ever it was did a good job in making sure this girl didn't know anything. It was soomething any boss would have done. She looked at the girl. She had no choice.
"I'm going, he's staying. Take it or leave." There was no reason for Rave to be targeted. Honest to God she was thinking it was a sick joke being played on them but she didn't find this situation funny at all. Yes this might be the stupidest thing to do but letting this girl continue and die without any legit reason, other than threating, just felt wrong. There was nothing useful about her to Gambler. She was forced to do this job. Shaking her head she waited for the girl to say something.
