Early the next morning, Kasiya awoke to the smell of something nice. It was breakfast! She went downstairs to find Erika making waffles, and soon they were enjoying a wonderful breakfast. After that, Kasiya called her father to let him know they were safe, and he said he''d be on his way with her stuff in minutes. The two girls walked back to the gym, Kasiya''s Pokemon free and interacting with Erika's Victreebel and Vileplume. Kasiya hung back, looking tired and a bit grumpy, she was still a bit annoyed that Mike had just ran off the night before.
"Why are you looking so sad this mornig?" Erika asked as she unlocked the door to the gym.
Kasiya was reluctant to answer as they went inside. "Just boy trouble," she admitted, looking around. Celadon Gym was an indoor garden! Fresh flowers everywhere, the air clean and sweet. Grass Pokemon of all types roamed free, and Kasiya found herself being greeted by many Oddish, Bellsprout, Hoppip and Roselia.
"I try not to bother myself with them," Erika said with a smile. "Tending to my flowers and Pokemon bring me enough joy as it is."
"That, and you don't allow boys in here," Kasiya giggled.
"That too," Erika winked at her, causing more laughter.

"Lightbulb, Water Gun attack, give him all you got!" Sasha commanded as the Water Pokemon quickly shot out a stream of water from it's mouth, the Geodude dodged most of it, but was struck on the arm. "Duuude!" It yelled, and clenched both fists, slamming them into the ground. A small tremor erupted beneath Lightbulb as it was hit by rocks and gravel, doing quite a bit of damage.
"Quick Lightbulb, retaliate with another Water Gun!" The Pokemon promptly responded and fired yet another aquaitic attack, this one struck the Geodude head on. The Rock Pokemon started to flutter it's eyes and began to glow, preparing to self destruct.
"Oh no, we aren't letting that happen! Yah!" She grunted as a Pokeball almost exploded from her wrist, it connected and sucked the Pokemon in, and was captured with minimal resistance. "Well...that was easy!" Sasha cheered as she held her new Pokemon. "I'm going to name you Granite."
Happy assist in Sasha's first capture, Lighbulb hopped up and down then stopped dead cold, he had and expression of utter surprise as his boddy exploded in white light, soon taking the form of a Lanturn. "Laaan!" Lightbulb chirped as it finished it's evolution.

"Hello Nurse Joy. Are my pokemon healed yet?" Tony asked as he walked into the pokemon center.
Looking up from the book she was reading at the counter Nurse Joy smiled at him and nodded. Reaching down she pulled out a tray that held his pokeballs. "Here you go, all good as new."
"Thank you Nurse Joy." Tony said and smiled at her taking his pokemon back. Waving goodbye to her he stepped out of the pokemon center and released all of his pokemon. Alucard flew around above him, Weed came out happily smilling at him before skipping of to play in a nearby bush. The new Horsea appeared on the ground and looked up at him curiosly. Tony smiled down at it and reached down and picked the water pokemon up feeling its tail curl around his wrist. " Hello there little guy. We need a name for you don't we?"
"Hor! Horsea." It said as it hung onto his wrist.
Smiling down at it he studdied it for a moment before declairing. "Your name is Haku. Do you like it?" The small pokemon nodded its head happily making Tony smile at it. "Ok then I dub you Haku. Now lets get going over to Vermilion city so we can get the next train to Hoenn."

"Hey Mike!" Mitsu said waving her hands. Her eyes then grew wide and she ducked to avoid being tackled by the two Pokemon. "Hey Nitro, Portabello." She smiled slightly.
Karri walked over to the Charmelon poking it''s back. What are these lumps? She asked.

Kasiya was helping Erika water the plants as they heard the sound of a chopper touching down outside. "That'd be my dad," Kasiya said, hugging her friend. "I'll be back soon," she promised, "because I need to earn a Rainbow Badge!"
"It won't be that easy," Erika grined. "But before you do go, I have a gift for you." Her smile was sly as she handed Kasiya a small blue box. "This contains one of my own special blends of perfume, made from the nectar of a Gloom. It's a very subtle fragrance, but flowery and sweet." Kasiya looked from the box to her friend, and smiled.
"Thank you," she called, as she exited the gym and climbed aboard the chopper. She was immediately bear-hugged by her father, who had been worrying non-stop the last two days as to her whereabouts. Kasiya had told the whole story by the time they made it back to Vermilion, and she was just finishing up on Mike running off for the train station.
"He just up and left?" Surge asked, leading her inside the gym. "After he'd come all that way to save you?"
"Yeah," she said, looking at the ground. "Isn't it obvious, Dad? He doesn't like me the way I like him. It's either Mitsu or that wierd Sasha girl."
"You're not gonna give up on him just like that, are you?" he asked.
"I don't know," she said. "There's just so much competition, and Mitsu and Sasha are so much prettier tham me-"
"Now stop right there," Surge said, grabbing her arm. "You ain't gonna get nowhere in life with that attitude, be it Pokemon or love. If you really like this boy, get out there swinging! Let him know how you feel, that way if he really does like that Masha or Sitsu girl-"
"You mean Mitsu and Sasha?"
"Whatever. Anyways, you know what I'm gettin' at, right? Plenty of fish in the pond."
Kasiya got her belongings and left the gym. She went straight home, and raided her closet for a change of clothes again. She changed into the old army greens outfit her mother had given her the other day, and looked in the mirror. "I guess Dad and Erika are right," she said, running a brush through her long hair. "I don't yield in a Pokemon battle, so it wouldn't be like me to give up now." She smiled at her reflection, and prepared herself for the next leg of her journey.

Sapphire released herself from her Pokeball appearing around a ring of sparkles like magic. He waltzed over next to Karri observing Nitro too.
Wings? No way! Karri said in amazement.
"Right behind you." Mitsu said. "So what Pokemon are you going to use against Wattson?"

((I thought it was amusing, and very Surge-like to say XD Now, I don't know what to do next! rofl ))
Before long, Kasiya was on her Acro Bike again, making tracks north to Saffron City. She didn't know if she wanted to challenge Erika now, or wait a few days and train some first, but she did know that she was going to spend the next few days thinking about her Pokemon and her career as a trainer. Growly ran beside her bike, his long mane flowing in the wind. Shocker rode on Kassie's head, enjoying the ride as well. Seto and Ariel ran alongside them as well, with Fang flying overhead, letting out a screech now and then.

Yup, soon enough, I'll be a Charizard, a big strong dragon. Putting his hand on his hips, Nitro looked up and smiled, unable to wait for his evolution.
"Titanium, Nitro and Portabello." Mike said as he opened the doors.

Phoenix leading the way down the path back to the house that they had gone through before Weed was trailing behind them and Alucard was resting on Tony's shoulder again since he couldn't really fly through the house and Haku was still wrapped around his arm.
Out of the house Alucard jumped off of his shoulder and flew up into the air above them while Phoenix returned back to walking along side Tony and Weed was just running all around as usual. After a while of walking they passed a daycare center, Tony looked at it for a moment debating to stop by and talk to them. After a moment he decided against it and continued to walk down to Veridian city. Reaching the underground passage he opened the door and went down the stairs and made the long walk to the other side of the underground walkway and went backup the stairs.
Upon exitting the building he found himself in a place with a lot of grass around him. Shurring and deciding that it would be quicker to just go through it Tony walked through the grass suprisingly not encoutering any wild pokemon. Finally he reached Veridian city.

Mitsu says that I will evolve soon too! Karri replied before she was returned to her Pokeball, along with Sapphire.
"You first." She said. "Well after getting threw this puzzle that is." She finished after seeing the crackling electrike walls and the thunderbolt shapped floor buttons. "Shall we take the trainer-free way, or not?"

Going into the town Tony walked over to the train station and looked at the time for the next train to the Hoenn region discovering that one was leaving in an hour. "Allright then I guess I will just have a look around town then." Leaving the train station he walked by the gym and looked inside curiosly before deciding that he wouldn't have enough time to challange it and that he probably wasn't strong enough anyway he walked on past it.
Spotting an interesting sign he went over to it in order to inspect it. "Pokemon fan club eh? Well that sounds interesting doesn't it guys?" He asked his pokemon. Weed just nodded along with Phoenix, Alucard landed on his shoulder while Haku squized his wrist a bit in agreement. "Allright then we'll go inside."

Ryka watched her new friends leave; Sasha went to Diglett's cave and Mitsu got on the train. Ryka just sighed and looked up at the sky. I guess Kasiya's not coming back, either. It was then she noticed a mob of red hair go into a house. Tony.. Bah, who needs him. I'm going back to Cerulean City and beating Misty. I'll prove them all wrong! she found a few people looking at her with a strange look. She figured she must have said that out loud. "Okay, guys!" She said to her hyper Pokemon. "We're going back to Cerulean to beat Misty!" Her pokemon cried in happiness, as they all went north, out of Vermillion City.
