Yes Blast burn has a recharge time, but it's really powerful. It's more of a desperation move though.

Dude! I remember when I was a Kid, I used to love the song that vacation song that u have in ur posts. Now I just love the 1st Pokemon Movie itself, and I usually skip Pikachu's Vacation.

Yeah Blast Burn has recharge time.
But they hit hard so I don't mind using them.
Blastburn, Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant, Rock Wrecker > Hyper Beam and Giga Impact.
Hyper Beam never gets Super Effective hits.. I don't like it D:
