Well that was unexpected. The next thing she knew, her head was between his legs and she could feel his arms snake around her waist as they both collided into the ground. Sitting up slowly, she held hear head in her hand and then realized she was still on top of him. Getting up quickly she rolled to the side and prodded him anxiously. "Are you okay?"

Zanza was still laying in the acward posision on his back when ame asked if he was alright. " what..................the hell?" he asked simply. His body remained motionless as one hand moved to his head, where a small bump was rapidly forming. He now had a head ache on top of all his other ache's and pains, and the fact that he was hot and drenched in sweat did not help either. This unexspected assult was just the tip of the ice berg and Zanza was gonna lose it soon.

Ame smiled sheepishly. "Sorry... Rei told me to practice my sneak attacks... and I already knew he was expecting another from me... so I thought maybe... I dunno... Going after people other than Rei would help out my training a bit. I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry..." She rubbed his head gently, hoping the bump would magically go away... But alas... it did not...

Zanza pushed her hand away and sat up. He Proceaded to stand up and brush himself off while looking away from her. " you could have warned me..." he said, brushing the said out of his hair, only to have it replaced by the wind. He pushed himself back on top of the rock, but when he started to get back on his hands, the hurt one gave out on him. it turns out that hit in the sand opened up an injury from their fight back in the cave.

Houka sense's and trick seems to work, has he followed Zanza track with ease now. But the dusty fog seems to get thicker and Houka wild imagination started to kick in.

Houka was alone in there. In any moment, he could lost is vigilance and lose Zanza's track. This would mean he could be left to wander around this part of the Badlands until he died out food or water. Has far has he could see, there was nothing for him to eat or drink. And the dusty fog could rust is will.

Ame got up slowly, confused. "But... what's the point of a sneak attack if the other person knows it's gonna happen?" She backed away as he continued to go through his own training.. His arm gave out on him and she was by his side in an instant. "Maybe you should rest a little bit... I-" Her words were cut short by a sharp call in the distance.
"Ame! Get back to your training... This is not time to be loitering around messing with your boyfriend. Do you want to make it into the Chunin exams, or not? Now get on it!"

Zanza push himself to a crouched possion. " theres no time for rest right now. I need to be stronger. " he said, replaceing himself in the push up possion. He went down and back up again, and then stood tall. " you better go back to your training too. Before your brother gets mad. Are you ok? " he asked. " you took a pretty bad hit too. "

Ame shrugged and reluctanly turned to go train. "Nah, I'm fine... I pretty much landed on you... so no harm done for me..." Her voice was still a bit sheepish at the thought. "I'll... catch you later then... don't push yourself too hard..." With a weak smile she disappeared... easing slowly around the rocks... waiti8ng for the next opportune moment to strike at her brother... That would be a pleasure to her...

Ame circled around, quickly but silently, to see if there were any openings in Rei's defences. No luck... not that she expected there would be... She just didn't want to attack when she knew there was no point to it. He did, bafter all, tell her he'd trow her into a boulder if he caught her before she caught him... that was enough to scare her away. But she still had no plan whatsoever... and wouldn't go after Zanza again... she'd hurt him enough in her first try to begin with...

Time ticked by.... like the vast amount of sand in an hourglass, dropping one by one every second she wasted searching, planning, waiting... for the cursed opening that was never going to appear to her. She wondered if it was really pointless at this point... or if she should just let him toss her into a pile of soon to be rubble to knock some sense into her. She felt like she was moping around... was she? She better not be... Of course, his words were kinda strong...

Growling to herself, Ame slunk forward and sideways... Rei had to have an opening somewhere... she just had to figure out where it was. Then she could attack... Yeah, then she could attack and escape without getting harmed herself. No getting thrown into boulders... STopping carefully, she spotted a small opening, and took her chance. Racing for his back, she slid and twisted to the side, bringing out the kunai and striking. He blocked with his own, of course, but she was able to jump away before anything else happened.

She was able to bounce back, indeed, from a possible attack from her dearest big brother... Now was another chance to attack. But she had a bad feeling over it... She didn't feel it was a good idea to launch another attack right after the first. It seemed so... predictable... and loud to her... Just like someone who was just attacking head on. It was irresponsible. She couldn't afford to be irresponsible right now... she had to get things done.

A small lump in Ame's troat formed... other than that it was completely dry. She tried moistening it, but to no avail... could this be a symptom of nervousness? She severely hoped not... that would seriously mess up her game here... She had to focus, calm down, remember what her old sensei taught her before they fled from home... Of course sensei really wasn't old... not even in his mid twenties yet and it had already become a habit... She wonder what face he would make if her caught her calling him 'old'.

Ame paced around even more... hiding behind rock after rock. It was getting somewhat annoying ashe would see these split second opportunities and then they'd vanish, being more danger than the others if she took a shot... She couldn't give up though... She wanted to be able to attack skillfully from the shadows... Perhaps if getting thrown into a boudler would help her do it... then she should? The pain from it however, would slow her progress down, rather than act as a good kick in the butt...
