kai_tora "Ah!" he placed his hands close to his body but the palm of the hand outward, trying to make a shield around himself. He made the shield grow hot so if it started manifesting back into flesh it'll let go of him quickly.

He made the shield grow hot so if it started manifesting back into flesh it'll let go of him quickly. Sapphire whimpers at the shield around her and the dark beings. She then pauses. "We must fight his evil with good feelings." Sapphire beigns to sing a song of light, full of joy and happyness. Putting her heart and soul into the song, she hopes to bring inspiratition to Kaen and Asphiel, and despair to the being outside.

He kept the shield over him as much as he could. At some tiem he started to feel tiredsome, the light in his body leaving him for the shield and not being able to use the one around him. He knew if he continiued the shield for much longer he might become ill. He removed the shiel and with the last of his abilities he conjured his sword, "I won't become shadow."

((**snicker** do you realize how odd that sounds, klutz? sapph's being a true bard!))
"Asphiel!!" Kaen had reached the top of the stairs and watched, feeling completely helpless. "If only there were something...." Suddenly Kaen understood what had to be done. She ran to Kai's room and found his stack of books, quickly going through them to find what type of creature the horrors downstairs were.

*The dark energies faultered and the laughter in the room ceased as Sapphires song and tone became loud enough to be heard. When the shield came down and Asphiel manifested his sword, none of the 13 moved toward him. Instead they locked their gaze upon the singing Sapphire and channeled a blast of the dark energy at her.* "Stop that." *The voice bellowed.* "No more."

gundamwarrior13 *The dark energies faultered and the laughter in the room ceased as Sapphires song and tone became loud enough to be heard. When the shield came down and Asphiel manifested his sword, none of the 13 moved toward him. Instead they locked their gaze upon the singing Sapphire and channeled a blast of the dark energy at her.* "Stop that." *The voice bellowed.* "No more." Sapphire voice falters for just a moment as the blast comes at her, but as she continues the song, a large sheild of light forms around her encasing her and her song in it. The light begins to spead across the room inhabiting everyone in it. She keeps singing her voice rising more and more the longer she sings. ((Eh, whaterver, have to go now, once he leaves, Sapphire will collapse, so somebody put her on the couch.))

((She wont find anything that matches him directly, only things similar to him, being the demon that he was "made" from partially. Also, that demon should never have been powerful enough to do the kind of things he does. Those come more from the human spirit being tied to the darkness.))

Kaen threw the fourth book away from her, letting out a growl of frustration. "Nothing!!!!" Tears streamed down her face as she stormed out of Kai's room and stood again at the top of the stairs. "STOP IT!!!!" she screamed, though she knew it would have little real effect.

He felt the light around him and he stretched his hands, bending it to his will and trying to push the moster away from Sapphire and himself. The energy was so grand that his wings started glowing and his eyes gave sparks.

Kaen wont find a demon that matches him directly. The closest the books would have are the demon that they used to make him, and that demon is just the anubis warrior form, no wings. Also, that demon is quite weak compared to others, and shouldnt have the kind of power that Torret has. His powers come more from his human spirit being tied into the darkness than from the demonic essence in him.))

PhoenixFirecat ((wait...the boy...would kaen recognize him? assuming he is who i think he is)) ((No, Kaen wouldnt recognize him like this because she never saw him take this kind of form or use his energies like this. His aura was mostly humain tainted with the darkness back then because he was always containing it, but now it is almost a pure demonic energy. As for the metal issue, he hasnt actually gone inside yet so she couldnt feel that. And the boy was too young to be Torret himself, although it might have been him when he was 9 or so.))
