Esmene entered the dinning hall quietly. There was a bright smile on her face that lit up her deep blue eyes. She wasn't carrying anything with her except her purse. She had just arrived here a few hours ago, and she was famished. It had been a long trip after all, but she had managed to get here in one piece, if all but a little hungry.
Looking around, she debated on where she wanted to sit. She could go to one of the outside tables, but decided against it, having had enough of the outdoors for the time being. After standing for a moment, she headed over to one of the machines and slid her I.D card through, ordering a chicken sandwich. Pleased with her choice of dinner for the day, she headed to one of the booths and had a seat.

Aia looked at him, her face still showed full of worry but she sighed, whatever the reason he wasn't going to tell her. She really wanted him too though, he was just so...perfect she thought as she glanced at him. But perfect as a friend she thought correcting herself as her pendent glowed pink for a moment but then turned to a light gray color. She smiled as she looked up at him and kissed his cheek Would you like to do something else now? she asked him. As she waited for his answer she glanced outside again, the rain was still falling, and she was glad that was her favorite thing to watch.

Kaji felt her lips on his cheek and turned bright red again. He was stunned. He had to get it off his chest now. "Listen Aia... I dunno how to say this but... Well... I like, like you..." He informed her blushing madly. "That's why I thought you wanted a date... If not I'll just step back in place and remain your friend..." He muttered, his brown bangs shadowing his eyes.

She didn't know how to respond, she just looked at him stunned, the cluelessness was gone from her eyes. Her mind and heart were racing, she was so confused, she didn't know what to do, did she like him too, she didn't know. She didn't know what to do or what to say, she suddenly couldn't move either. She managed to snap herself out of it as she looked back up at him wondering if he really ment what he said.
I...don't know...can we just hang out for a while longer and figure things out, I'm just...confused.... she said. She wasn't lying in the least bit as her pendent glowed a bright orange she pulled him into another hug. She clung to him laying her head on his shoulder, but she didn't know what to do, this hadn't happened to her before.

Kaji held her in the hug as well. "Alright... I'll give you more time..." He said quietly. He hoped that she would feel the same way. He hoped with all he had. He wished it too but didn't know if his wish would be heeded. He just stayed silent as he held her waiting for her answer. He knew he would either face denial or have a girlfriend to go to the picnic with.

After watching a interesting spar at the nearby arena, Jeng had decided to grab something to eat. He entered the dinning hall with his hands behind his back like a gentleman. Jeng was now in an opposite environment he had just been in, the feeling of being overly dressy in the arena soon faded as he felt somewhat under dressy in the beautiful dinning hall. He paused for a moment, looking down at his Gucci branded leather casual walking shoes, then up at the dinning hall's colorful walls.
Suddenly, he was interupted by a low growl in his stomach. Jeng felt somewhat embarassed as he quickly shifted his eyes from side to side, wondering if anyone had heard his stomach growl due to hunger. Luckily, no one noticed, and he walked towards one of he machines. Standing next to a younger girl, he reached into his pocket for his I.D. As he took out the card, he unknowingly dropped a small pocketfit bottle of cologne labelled, "Giorgio Armani Aqua Di".
Swiping the card across the reader, Jeng decided on his meal. He chose an entre of filet-mignon. As the food arrived, he reached into his pocket once again, looking for the small canister of cologne he carried with him. Jeng couldn't feel the small bottle, and looked down at the ground wondering if he had dropped it. His eyes soon located the bottle and picked it back up. He opened it and clicked the nozzl, spraying the cologne on his neck before placing it carefully back into his pocket. Jeng then grabbed his entre and looked about the dinning hall, wondering where to sit.

Aia looked at him confused as ever, but something seemed more clear or at least a little more so. She ran a finger across his lips for a moment before her own lips replaced the finger. Just don't make any plans with another girl Kaji.... she said quietly as she looked down. She was confused, and not sure if the kiss ment something or not, but part of her wanted it too, part in the back of her heart. Her mind was currently controling her emotions however and she sighed she wasn't sure what she wanted at the moment.

Kaji let her kiss him. "I pledge myself to you... Plain and simply... I shall love no other..." He told her looking down at her lovingly. He could tell she was troubling herself and wanted her to accept the choice she had made for herself. He took a deep breath and let her stay close to him. He promised he would stay loyal and so he would stay.

Esmene looked over to the gentleman who was just recently standing at one of the machines with her. He seemed to be looking for some where to sit. Still having a friendly smile on her face, she waved to him. "Sir! You could join me to eat if you would like!" Her voice was very cheery and welcoming. It was just her nature, she couldn't help herself even if she wanted to.
Seeing as she had no one else to talk to, and that she wasn't expecting anyone, how would it hurt? It didn't take her long to recognize his clothing, as it was of a very expsensive and dressy nature. She would never be able to afford nice things such as those. It wasn't as if she were slopping or anything. Quite the opposite. Esmene alwasy presented herself neatly.
She hoped that he would join her, seeing as she hadn't talked to anyone else all day. It consisted mostly of her getting settled and knowing where she had to be, and at what time. It was never too early to start making friends, and he looked like a nice guy. To Esmene, almost everyone had a redeeming quality of sorts. Even the worst of people.

Let's not be so serious eh Kaji? she said as she looked up at him giggling and gave a wink. Part of it may have been to hide how she felt part of her may have just wanted to stay happy, she was never one for serious moments. She glanced around wondering what to do, she was pretty much up for anything at the moment but didn't feel like staying here any longer. Can we go somplace else, I don't mind where, but you choose okay? she said or rather asked him. Not only did she not have any places that she knew where to go since she was new. Also she was rather indesive and needed to be told what to do sometimes.

"I dunno where I want to go..." Kaji muttered. "I won't be so serious if you don't want to... But where would you like to go instead?" He asked curiously. He was still thinking hard on what would happen but decided to relax a bit. He sighed and leaned back in the chair quietly with her still in his arms. He was enjoying himself but was actually growing tired.

A soft voice was heard by Jeng's ears as he looked into the direction which they came. His red eyes met with someone's friendly wave. As he took a closer look, Jeng realized that the girl that was just standing next to him ordering food was waving at him and inviting him to dine with her. He smiled at her and walked towards the table which she sat at.
Jeng approached the table and placed his dinner down. Looking down at the girl who was seated in front of him, Jeng gave her another warm smile before sitting down.
"Thanks for inviting me at your table miss." Jeng said, as he took a white linen under the set of silverware and placed it on his thighs. "I haven't seen you around here, but I'm quite new to Ria actually, so I guess I haven't seen a lot of people."

Aia sighed, she didn't really have any place in mind but just wanted to be with him....though more as friends for the moment. Okay let's go to my dorm, we can plan from there, is that okay with you? she asked him curiously. She looked at him, things were really moving too fast for her, he seemed to be close to falling for her. She wasn't really saying no to that she just didn't want to break his heart or her own for that matter. She shook all the thoughts from her head as she waited for him to answer, however he necklace was black again.

Esmene continued to smile as she tilted her head to the side. "It's no problem at all. I'm glad to be able to have some company!" Giving a gentle nod, she un-wrapped her sandwich and put a little ketchup on it. "Really? I'm new here too. I just arrived today." She was glad to be talking with someone, it felt like she had been out of contact forever, when it was really only one day.
"My name is Esmene, may I ask yours?" She was a very polite girl, and anyone could see she had a lot of energy behind her. Lifting up her food she took a small bite, naturally chewing with her mouth closed. It would be rather rude for her to be smacking her lips to someone she had just met.

"Please to meet you Miss. Esmene, my name is Jeng Zangan, I've recently been transferred to Ria, but I've been here longer than a day." He replied, while he picked up a fork and knife and gently cut away at the peice of steak in front of him.
