Shera nodded as she looked at Celeron. She’d stay in the inn. “I’m staying in the inn with Kayla. It might be safer to stay here. I don’t think it’d be safe for us to wander outside.” She didn’t want to take the chance of being attacked again as she hugged Celeron back. She’d kiss him upon the cheek before smiling at him gently.

Azrael looked at Dureil with a vicious fury, but one brought on by sadness rather than anger. "I loved you Duriel. You were my brother, and I wanted the best for you... I wanted the best for all of the pack." He said through hot enraged tears. "But you... You are no longer my brother! My brother may have had jealousy, and he was hot-headed. But you are not my brother. The monster that stands before me using his body could never possibly be him!" He exclaimed.
"I'm doing what's right! You are weak brother! The pack needs what I offer them, and with the lands that I've gotten us, we don't need to stay in these hovels and spend our winters shivering, barely getting the food needed to feed cubs! Think of your son! Don't you want a better life for him." Duriel was in a feral fury, barely containing himself, but he wasn't getting through to his brother, and was getting desperate.
Azrael snarled darkly and looked into the wolf's eyes. "I do want what's best for my son. And your way is not what's best. We are wolves! This is the life we have been born in generations before us! And don't you dare try to take a jab at my family, be it my wife or my son. If I recall, you attacked my son simply because Izalia wasn't full blood. You've no right to claim wisdom on it!"
Duriel was not getting what he wanted from him. He matched Azrael's eyes, but his brother's gaze bore into his thoughts, while his own couldn't even pierce the surface. He looked away and snarled, he would take the pack by force, and prove to the pack that he was dominant. He leaped at his brother, claws extended, fangs bared.
Azrael leaped at Duriel in the same instance, and they were tangled up in each other clawing and biting fiercely, the husband and father trying to protect his family and ideal, the prodigal brother for what he demanded was right.
The dog-eared creature knew that Duriel was not paying attention and the chain was slack. He went up to Miluiel in this opportunity. "My daughter... why are you in this place?" He asked. "I hope that you can see through the bestial guise that I am imprisoned in... put it is in fact I, your father, Talithan." He said to her.

Tanis looked up, he sensed the feeling inside her, but couldn't help his answer. "I don't want you to go, let us help sooth the children, especially Little Shinn."
Miluiel looked into her father's eyes. "I know it is you father." She said softly. Slowly she lifted her hand to the side of the dog like creature's face. "I knew it was you from the moment I saw you."
Miluiel looked at Azrael and his brother, just at the moment Durel jumped forward in attack. She gasped, rising to her knees. With red burning eyes she wished she were also a werewolf, so she could help Azrael. Miluiel held her hand, clinched tightly in a fist, over her heart. "He saved me father, when I came looking for help guess what I found. But now is not the time to talk about it. Azrael will pull though! When we are all safe I swear father I will tell you everything!" Until the fight was over Miluiel never removed her burning eyes from the fight.

Morte remained where he was to protect Miluiel incase of the worse possible situation. He might have been a fairy, but he was strong enough to take out a werewolf.
Ursa continued her flight towards the fairy village till she landed with the children in the village itself. She’d float over to the house that belonged only to the chief of the village and open the door bringing both children within. She’d send a message through her powers of the wind to Helena and Tanis. ‘I have the children, but please stay out of the village for now. I will safe guard them here, watch for me things outside the fey village. Also, enjoy yourselves as well. Guards will be posted in the fey village for the time being to prevent anyone from entering that are not allowed.’
Helena received the message and shook her head at Tanis. “It seems right now we’re not allowed in the village. We are to remain outside the village and stand vigil, but to relax as well. I believe in Ursa’s ability to soothe the children since she is a mother. I will help by making sure no one enters the village that should not and we can enjoy ourselves here as she requested.”
“Momma, will Shinn be okay. I still feel sick, but will Shinn be okay?”

Tanis nodded, "Well then, do you think you can still rest even with this going on?" Tanis sat beside Helena. He wrapped an arm around her protectively. "Helena would you like to discuss something to better get our minds off this incident?"

“I just don’t know what to think on right now…I just wished this wasn’t going on most of all right now. I wanted Miluiel to be happy. What’s worse is I sense her father the one I made the oath to. I sense a change in him too. I promised him that I would protect Miluiel with my life. What would I do if she were hurt…?” Helena buried her face in Tanis’ chest as she felt turmoil now and couldn’t even remotely rest as began to cry.

"She will not be hurt. Helena, please calm yourself. Stressing out never helped anyone." Tanis wrapped Helena in a tight hug. "Please, no more tears. Miluiel will be alright, her father will be alright. You will be alright my dear."

Helena continued to cry even with Tanis’ urgings to stop. It was hard not to cry as she would have her tears dry up. She’d keep her eyes closed however as she reverted to her elven appearance in Tanis’ arms. Both her hands would be at either side of her face as she managed to push her face up to look at Tanis closely. He was right though. She’d lean up with her tear-stained face and kiss his lips more as a thank you for telling her what he did but did not break the kiss. Just held it.

Patiently Tanis soothed her. "There there Helena." He thought of another approach, her tears may be her stress. He now wanted her to cry if she needed to. When she kissed him Tanis kissed her back, softly. He would let her decide how she wanted it to go. He held her safely in his arms, and tried to calm her flaming emotions.

Helena held the kiss moments longer as tears again fell but this time because she couldn’t help it. She’d place her head on Tanis’ shoulder as she tried to get a grasp of her own emotions that seemed to be moving as swift as the lake. Before long she knew she would have to leave the springs as hot as her emotions were, so was her body. “We should enter the lake again soon. I’m beginning to get too hot.”

Shinn was still shivering. "I don't like him..." He said. "He's a meanie..." He said softly. He was trying to calm down, but it was clear that Duriel's condition had upset him in a different way than it did other creatures.
Azrael eventually threw Duriel off with his powerful legs. Azrael had a bite in his shoulder and it had drawn blood, but Duriel had gotten worse than Azrael had, and staggered. He had no internal injuries, but his leg was either severely strained or broken. Duriel howled in pain and anger and reared to prepare for another attack. "Its useless Duriel. A fight wont prove anything between us!" He told him warningly. "Don't make me do something to regret this day."
"SHUT UP!" Duriel shouted and reared up, making another weak leap toward Azrael, but found himself intercepted by Shana and knocked aside. "Stay out of this sister!" He warned, but she responded with a slash of claws. Duriel pushed her off, but his injured leg put him at a disadvantage against the agile, and well trained female.
Shana leaped behind Duriel and snapped at the back of Duriel's uninjured leg, snipping off hamstrings. Duriel collapsed on his side, and howled in pain. Taking advantage of the opportunity, she shoved a piece of silver into his open jaws, and massaged his throat so that he would swallow. Duriel's eyes opened wide and he convulsed, as if in a seizure and howled horribly.

Tanis picked Helena up into his arms. "Promise me you won't leave me if we go to the lake?" he asked in a joking tone as he climbed out of the water. Tanis carefully carried Helena in his arms to the lake. Tanis wiped away her tears with his lips, despite the awful taste that now covered them. "I swear to you Helena, everything will be alright."
Miluiel's heart raced. She felt something similar to physical pain with the injuries both parties received, especially Azrael. The howl of Duriel caused her to flinch, but she refused to look away. Miluiel stood up, watching the fight. She swayed a bit dizzily, but kept her ground. "Be careful Azrael!" She said softly, but with the power of all her heart.

“I promise.” Helena’s word was her oath. She couldn’t back out of it. She did not fight him either as he carried her back to the lake. She just kept her arms in a position that would allow her to keep from falling out of his capable arms while tears continued to fall from her now reddened eyes.
“There there, it’ll be alright. I’m sure of it. He won’t reach this village. It’s protected by other fey that won’t let him in. Want to help me attend little Anna? I think this affected her too. It made her sick. It might help you calm a little as well if you two played together a bit while she recovers and you recover while I stand guard of you both. Morte is back at the village protecting your mom with your father.”
“Miluiel, whatever you do. Do not call Helena to here. Understand? No matter how much you may want her here, do not call her to help you. This might be too much, even for her at the moment. As much as it might tear her apart.”
“Shinn…” Anna’s tiny arms would hug Shinn much as she felt sick. Her skin even was pale as she hugged him. She felt her momma’s arms then hugging the both of them with a warm embrace.
