Raven noticed Focht and smiled. 'Your just waking up, huh?'

She walked away from the group that was obviously about to start fighting again and sat down on an emty couch by the end of the room. She watched silently, not making anymore smart remarks so she wouldnt bother anyone.

A large buzzer sounded inside Hidjie's head as his threat detector meassured the variables, tested the possiblities of a counter attack and one solution. "s**t!" Hidjie was struck by the wraith blood spray out of the gaping wounds as the cannon discharged, still locked onto the beast's face. A sharp blue beam of energy fired out of the plamsa cannon. Should it strike the beast it will explode in a bright orange light with a mixture of plamsa and fire.

Shadow laughed at 9's words but said nothing. He had prepared his contingencies some time ago. He watched the wraith attacking Hidjie

The Wraith shreiked again, lower this time, as it felt the blood usher forth from Hidjie's wounds. It took the blast full in the head though and seemed to arc backwards as the explosion shone brightly, seeming to have done its job. The Wraith began to fall towards the floor then, but stopped perhaps three feet from landing. It shreiked again and within the blink of an eye was upright again and thrusting its right arm towards Hidjie's chest, a blinding blueish black light lancing forth and forming into a dark blue almost black sword, aimed for the mans chest.

"El"

It was only one word, said lightly, but with enough malice in its grating voice to have shattered stone.

Ravens eyes shut and she flinched, covering her ears as the creature screamed. She whimpered; Her ears still ringing. She stood up and growled, her nose creasing at the brige as she exposed her fings. 'That thing cant die from physical attacks can it..?' She knew it couldnt and she sat back down on the couch glaring at the thing. "too many people are running around.. hurting people for no reason."

The energy shell seemed to pass right through the Wraiths torso and its sword lanced forward still towards Hidjie's chest with unnatural speed. There was something about the blade that suggested that you didnt want to be cut by it let alone impaled with it.

Shadow decided it was almost time to get back to his lab so that he could finish the latest modifications. He stood slowly and picking up the half of his sub that was still left held out his right hand and began to draw energy from the souls in it. once he had drawn enough energy he allowed the souls to be reabsorbed to his core. His hand was now glowing with dark energy as he looked on for another moment. He was debating whether to hit the wraith with the blast or not but felt that it would be poor manners to attack just before leaving. He looked on for the moment.

Shadow called to Raven. The fool shouldn't have threatened it. Maybe it was here to deliver a message and him getting ready to attack it was the provocation.

She sighed slightly and smiled at him. "Well you know me.." She tugged at the corner of his jacket and sneered. "Hey Ill take it back if you dont need it currently." she said jokingly then leaned back crossing her arms and her legs, keeping a close eye n the fight. She didnt want Hidjie to be harmed and she would try her best to help if he got in a bad situation.. even though she would probably try to act more of the decoy part than anything. She at least realized she couldnt help him much.-
