I think I can put an end to this discussion of good and evil (as far as Bleach is concerned, at least).
Good guys - I fight for my friends. Stereotypical protagonists.
Bad guys - Rawr, i'ma eat you/explain how evil I am to you. Stereotypical antagonists.
The story itself has Shinigami vs Hollow. Good guys vs bad guys. Sure there are Vizards, but they're still good guys, at least as far as story is concerned. Like...you would say Lord Voldemort is a bad guy, but you wouldn't say Harry Potter's the same just because he wants to kill him because the story makes a clear distinction between protagonist and antagonist.
...And my point is, that's what I was saying when I said good guys.

Even then Stark fought for his friends and Mayuri explains what evil scientific things he's going to do to someone when he's about to kill them. That's really not accurate. >.<

I know you got my point, so I won't bother explaining...
...Okay, I lied. Here's the short version - Stark fought on Aizen's team, making him a bad guy. Bad guy is very general and doesn't nitpick, as is good guy.
...And as for Kurotsuchi, he's my favorite Captain and is too awesome despite his unfortunate contraction of the "Sick b*****d" disease. But, again, he's on the Shinigami side, and is therefore a good guy. Again, very general.
