You know your a band geek when;
You get pumped when your gonna play a fast song,
You use cork grease as lip balm,
Your band director sometimes calls you his daughter's name,
When people start naming the first chair, "your chair."
When you have atleast 9 band groups your in at one time,
You wear your instrument at all times.
I'm WAY guilty of all of these...lol!

And then, we other people can`t do it, you start clapping and|or counting for them?

You know you're a band geek when-
1) You have a great dislike for cheerleaders, but none of them have ever really done anything to offend you.
2) You sleep through your first hour just so you can be awake for concert band second hour.

cant read through all the pages but...
if you not only name your instrument, but everyone youve played in your life!! ive named my flute, three of the school owned instruments, and secretly my friends clarinet(her name is joe, you didnt see anything.....)

YOU KNOW YOUR A BAND GEEK WHEN ....
you walk in the halls of the school or in like the mall or someplace and everyone is in step with eachother. and even if you get out of step on pourpose you fall back in step later.
also when you hear a song and listen more to the beat then the song itself.

you know your a band geek when:
you ignore your math teacher when he calls on you three times because you are singing ...in your head
you randomly start tapping your band music without relizing it
you get yelled at at home for wistleing your band music
after getting yelled at for wistleing your band music you "ta" it with your tounge.
you practice instead of doing your homework

When you've found a way to make your director THINK you're practicing when you're not.
(I just tell him I'll start on it tonight, and he actually says I didn't mess up as much the next class. XDD)

1.you know you are a band greek when you stay be hind to see if you'r firend in steep on the way back to the band room.( i do it alot)
2. when you put you mom affter every thing...
3. you realy know you are a band greek when you start desing a house after the band room. ( so we got to the point where are dictor came in and said that we kneed a new life. )( sometime ting that we mack me woulder)

You know you're a band geek when....
1. You don't need the instrument repair shops anymore. You can do it yourself.
2. You've ran electricity to a tuba locker so you can live in it. LOL I think I'm gonna try that. Just to see my BD's reaction.
3. You use your band locker more than your regular locker.

sorry i keep posting more, but i like this.
you know your a band geek when you skip classes to go to the band room, and sign in there. you can't get marked for cutting because you just tell your teacher the next day that you had a band lesson and forgot to give her your pass. we do this all the time. so fun!
ok last one. you know your a band geek when your band director actually evicts you from the practie rooms. e just did that to me and my friends, and he was serious. we had to move all of our books and crap out, no more using the computer in there, no more free time, no more lockers. jeese he took our lives away. we can't even come down during study halls anymore unless we are practicing.
