What villages are accepting ranks higher than genin?

One of the Mind's Eye of the Kagura's rules is that the user has excellent chakra control. How would that rule affect the user? Does it give any chakra cost bonus or anything?

Does "Without Gates Opened" In the 8 Inner Gates Style count as the first stage? Or, would the first gate count as the first stage?

Augoeides Speed type is there as a Type and Weapon Master and Taijutsu specialist both have an amazing speed skill. Assassins too for that matter. Thank you auggie, when I wrote that I thought Ninja types were gone too. ^.^ Thank you! * Glomps teh Auggie * @ Six Paths god & Cobra: I thought that the insects could already burrow? { In the anime when it explained it, I think it showed a picture of a child laying on an ant den looking thing filled with the insects. } I think, Not to sure.

I think the crew is on free range, so... Any crew member qualified, I suppose. That free range could have changed, though.

On top of that, I wouldn't be able to convert chakra anyway~ Which, y'know, kind of defeats the whole purpose of the clan. So, I wanted to know, is this possible?

Well, on character creation, I suppose you can simply say that you are as Big as you want to be. As far as I could see in naruto, the only Akimichi ability which converts Calories to actual chakra were the Food Pills. Everything else I think was simply treated as Special Hiden Jutsu.
I think it would go without saying that part of being an Akimichi is to eat a lot. Therefore, there should be constant RP reminders that you are doing so (this is just something you should naturally be doing)
If you WANTED to, you could start a food counter... A.k.a the number of posts you dedicate to eating. So something like a snack = 1/2 a counter , A sandwich or rice balls equal 1 counter, a full on meal at a grill can equal 3 counters , etc...
Everyday you lose one counter from your total, two counters if you vigorously exercised that day. In the end, the number of counters you have on your Akimichi will then be converted into Chakra should the food pills be used. this would give you some kind of number which can then relate to actual intensity and strength of your awakened chakra,
Thats what i came up with off the top of my head in 5 minutes. Gregar/Lance can take it or leave it in terms of using it as a system.
