And as it being my rpc...I can say however many jutsus I can have without going over the limit, which I haven't. My rpc knows enough to not only protect the village but also be a threat. Like I said before...I will train and learn them in the rp. 15 paragrahps of at least 4 sentences each totaling to 60 sentences per post in order to learn a skill is not that difficult.

Please, dont fight the Profile Acceptor/Vice Captain when he makes a suggestion, and a valid one at that. I'm not doing this just to clutter this thread with revisions, I'm doing it because it makes more sense RP wise. As a kage level shinobi, you would have picked up quite a few tricks in your day. Having just medical, and a few nonelementals, just doesnt seem to fit with a regular Kage's repretoire. Besides, do you really think you'll have a lot of time to train yourself as a kage? No, you'll be helpng the students and genin. Thats another reason we give out autoranked jutsus: So that the autoranks can teach the lower ranks more easily, and to have the kage's actively participate with the students. Besides, its 25 free extra jutsus. When you do have time to train, that gives you an opportunity to work on other jutsus, rather than working on ones you could've been auto-ranked with. Now please, add the 25 extras.
