Gambler tensed. She smoothly danced her way, with Rave closer to the bar. Something in her just went off. It was an alarm. Being a mob boss you had to be alert for things. Being a Seraph made you even more alert and sometimes it could lead to paranoia. Shaking her head, she gripped on to Rave's hand a bit tighter and then made it to the bar. She dragged him with her. Still tense. Something was up. Something was coming.

Casper continued to follow the pair, frustrated. She really didn't want to be on this assignment, and she sure as hell wasn't qualified for it. She'd been sent due to secrecy issues. If I die, does that get me out of paying that guy back? she wondered vaguely to herself.

Gambler stood in front of Rave, and looked at his chest. Just looking. She had his back facing the bar and she was pretty much covering him. Not that he needed to be covered. She was sensing something and gave him a easy smile. It was the kind of smile that she gave to all her crew when usually after a hard hit had to be done. She turned sligthly. Grabbing a drink she sipped it and placed it back on the counter. She looked at the corner of her eye for anyone suspicious.

Casper decided to take an easy approach. From the other side of the bar, she walked up and ruthlessly gave a flirty wink to the barman as he handed her a drink. She continued to talk to him, keeping a mental eye on the two she was following.

Whatever it was that was after them was very close. She stood on the other side of the Rave, her back turned looking at the floor. She wanted to tell Rave that she wasn't crazy but that something or someone was watching them and she didn't want to risk the chance of being heard. She hoped he had some psychic powers because that could be useful right now. It was instinct and she never said no to it.
(hey! anticupid16, I'm going to head off to bed. We continue you this later on in the day? That way Rye can also have a say and so things can get more interesting. ^.^ So later, k? And if your new to this guild try out the other rps me and Rye are in if you like them ^.^ Nite!)

Rave was tense, but didn't let it be seen. He wasn't psychic, but the elf knew when something was up. Feeling something drilling into the back of his head, he figured it was eyes. Looking at Gambler instead of the direction, he raised a brow and shrugged. Anything that went their way, if he couldn't take care of it, then both of them easily could.
At least that's what he hoped.

Her night just went from hell to heaven on a dance floor and back to hell. If the big man up stairs had it in for her then she was really in trouble. She didn't even have a cell phone on her to call the guys over for back up. She didn't even have a gun! Gambler looked up to meet Rave's raised brow and shrugged. "Thanks for the dance. Maybe some other time we could finish it." She said softly. She didn't know what powers or abilities the hunter had. That's what she was going to call it. The hunter. 'So this is what it feels like to be the prey instead of the predator. This feeling sucks.' She thought with a sigh.

Casper knew she needed to wait until they were relaxed, and that could take a while. She wondered if she should just knock them out and get it over with.

Rave nodded, keeping his voice down so that even Gambler could barely hear him, "If you would wish, then we could go back to your place...if you're tired that it..." He knew what it was like to be hunted, and this was the feeling. More than likely, the moment those two let their guard down, they would be attacked. If they left, got out into the open, it wouldn't matter if they were or weren't. Gambler may not have her guns on her, but Rave was an elven mage, the one who trained Dusk.
He could take whatever it was.
Or at least be a distraction to that Gambler could get out, then he could leave and head to Ellwood, which was a few minutes walk away. And with Rave, just a few seconds teleport thanks to a few shadow tricks.

Casper could tell that the two weren't used to being hunted. They were obviously ready to get out of there. Casper was waiting for them to try.

Gambler rubbed her arms. A chill went down her spine as she casually looked around the dance floor. It wasn't that it was cold it was the fact that someone unknown force was after her. She was a very fair mob boss. Honest to God she was. Most respected her because of her being a woman but they respected her more because she has respect for the other lesser bosses in Area 6 and a few other Areas too. So whoever was after her and Rave must have the wrong people. Unless someone was taking her good looks then she was going to have a lecture with that person and a few holes in their head. Gambler adjusted her glasses and nodded to Rave. "It's pretty crowded in here. Kind of getting stuffy." She wipped sweat off her forehead from all that dancing. She waved down her favorite bartender. "Your leaving so soon?" He asked handing her coat back. "I have to. Duty calls." She teased and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. The bartender placed a hand over his heart in mockery. "You just made my night, Gam." "Babe, that's one piece of it. Play your cards right and you might have all of it." She winked at him then looked at Rave. "Shall we?" She motioned for the door.

As the two began moving towards the door, Casper shifted around the bar. She didn't want them to see her following them.
