"Then why not take this leverage he has against you from his grasp, after all, one can assume that he is rather...distracted...by what has transpired this day. It would be all to easy to gain back what he has taken from you." Issildia said stoically.
"Anything...even death, is better than being controlled by one that you despise..."

"Distracted as he may be, I still have no chance of getting Kara back. He has her improsened at an unknown location. If I step out of line, Reinsen will kill Kara, it would not be my death that would be paying the price for insubordination. Though I'm sure that I would soon follow Kara into the afterlife," Zeno slid his stars back into his pockets, and his staff back into its ties. Holding his hands palm up, he walked slowly towards her, in a sign of truce.

Grevious leaned agenst the side of a building around the corner and listend in on Issildia's and Zeno's conversation. Shakeing his head he continued to hide his presence while listening in on their conversation. He looked down at his side at the fallen Azerian and smiled. It was a simple matter to trick him, take him inside, and then kill him after they made it in. Smirking he went back to listening in on their conversation.

~As Akurei began to calmly walk away from the chamber which now housed Nicholas Remos' corpse, Yige and Dagaal following behind. The guard attempted to bar their path, but their efforts were halted once Yige and Dagaal stepped in front of their lord. Their torsoes severed from the pedastal of their bodies as they rejoined their master in their exit. An earshatterring cry of the shadows signalled the end of the battle. The Dailon beasts, who feasted on the inhabitants of Faltora remained, while the Maharan troops and the Horsemen all began the march back to their home in Trenius Sekia.
The City of Faltora now lay in ruin, a shadow of its former glory, as the crimson rain began to pour onto its earth. It did not take long for the beasts to enter the palace and enjoy the last of their meal, which happened to be the guard and the servants. The darkness of the night had begun to settle in as the moon now peeked through the clouds that loomed above the palace. This battle...This rebellion was all a part of a greater cause that would remain shrouded in mystery. A mystery whose answer could be found only in the darkness of the light.~

Sin had made his way to one of the city walls and caught his breath in a small corner of the city. After a few moments he climbed up the walls quickly and hopped over the battlements into the brush and forest below.
'Issilida... I sure hope you can make it out of there ok...'
He headed into the forest, climbing into the trees to avoid confrontation with the enemy.

Name: Niobe Age: 25 Race: Celtarie Gender: F Weapons: A Nine Tailed Whip that, instead of having been forged from leather, is made of a malleable form of titanium cords. It can never break, but it is quite flexible and Niobe is quite skillful in controlling it with the slightest flick of her wrist. It is ALWAYS with her. She loves the damn thing. Secondary Weapons: A Pair of bamboo and steel Nunchaku. Niobe adores distance weapons and the nunchaku are her second favorite. They are not specially enforced like her whip, but if she has to pull out these bad boys, may the afterlife have mercy on you because she sure as hell wont. Powers: Gifted with necromancer abilities from the lord of the dead himself, Niobe can whistle a lengthy, intricate tune to summon dead slaves [beings weaker than Yakayu] to do her bidding. Luckily, Niobe is not fond of this power of hers and prefers to fight her own battles, alone. Allignment: (Good evil or Neutral) EVIL Appearence: Niobe has piercing golden colored eyes that seem to be without pupils. Her hair is the starkest of white and hangs loosely. Her skin is smooth and without flaws, but is unnaturally pale. She typically does not wear much as clothes usually get shredded in battles anyway. Biography: Niobe had a fairly large family at one time, but being the reckless, restless creature that she is, Niobe lost track of them when she was around 11-13, she doesn't remember exactly. Bloodthirsty from the start, family was never important to her. All she remembers of her childhood was that she lived in the Heriden Mountains.

~In the village of Ala'ana within the borders of Trenius Sekia, silence overtakes the area. The Tower that is housed in the enter of this village has taken a darker tone, the night settles in. The moonlight was forbidden to cast is presence among this village, as an fearsome evil has emerged, filling the area in darkness. The inhabitants were all overtaken as the undead beasts that accompanied this evil overthrew their elder, and filled their humble abode with blood and death. Within the largest of the structures, this evil, Azrielle, had taken Sylph Zitara hostage. She lay on the bed of his chamber, bound only by her fear for this man, as Azrielle observed the battle at the window.~
Faltora has fallen.

Sin panted hard as he leanded agenst a tree a mile or two away from the city. He slowly gatherd himself and climbed up a large cliff nearby to get a better view. Pulling himself up to the very top of the cliff he sat down on the edge and watched as the the once proud nation was torn apart by forces he didn't even understand. Rubbing his eyes he lay back and looked up at the sky and frowned. The smoke and ash from the burning city was blocking out a large portion of the sky. "Issildia... where are you..." * * * Meanwhile Grevious had slipped out of the city on his own. He had found a few of Reinsen's soldiers fleeing from the battle and followed them silently. If the soliders were cought by Reinsen's still loyal troops then he might be able to follow them to him.

The flickering of cat-like eyes preceded a voice -- feminine, yet noticably rarely used -- from the darkness at Azrielle's back.
"Lord Azrielle?"
Pale legs slipped out from the shadows to reveal a petite frame nearly albino in complexion. The creature stopped a foot behind him. She gave a brief nod of the head in lieu of a bow and looked up at him.
"Now that we have taken this land, what should be done about..."
She gestured towards the girl on the bed with a lingering glare.
"That."
More than a hint of disgust lined her words as she spoke the sentence. She was hoping to hear the words "Dispose of her." so that she could happily oblige.

~Azrielle only turned to look at the creture that had approached him. His voice both cold and calm, as he replied to her question. Slyph, now moving into the corner of the bed, in both fright and disbelief could only watch as she waited for his reply.~
No. I would enjoy nothing less than her blood painting the wall of this room, but as per our goals, she must live...for now. Once we have the girl, in our custody, you may dispose of her as you please.
GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!
The key is to drew them into this village. The Yakayu will take care of the rest of them. Not even the Ryera's can control such creatures, and I am sure Damien will pay a high price in exchange for this woman. That will be his demise.

Hearing a desperate plea, the pale woman tipped her head to the side and displayed what could only be described as a "dementedly tempted" look on her face. A chill ran down her spine. The last person to have ever yelled at her had their vocal cords snatched out. She twitched a bit, fighting against herself to not render Sylph to a similar fate. With a narrowing of her eyes, the woman composed herself and turned her attention back to Azrielle.
"I see."
She doesn't look worth that much
"If it brings us closer to our goals, then I shall be patient. I trust there will be a time when my talents may be of use."
Almost instinctively, her fingers began to caress the whip secured neatly at her hip.
But I shall not be without frustration...

"Damn she got away." Streak thought to himself. He looked around to see the chaos of batle around him. "Oh well, I didn't come her for a reunion anyway."
Streak drew his blade and started hacking away at enemies, mostly receiving as many hits as he gave. Eventually, as the masses of enemy soldiers battered at him, he decided he needed to retreat. He used his shadow form in an attempt to get out of the city, the fight was already lost, no point in getting himself killed for nothing. He managed to get just outside the wall, but he was weakened. He noticed a forest ahead. It appeared empty, apart from people fleeing. "Finally, some luck." Streak thought. He limped over to the nearest tree and began to shimy(sp?) up the tree, using branches for support.
When he finally reached the top, he noticed an archer, who shot an arrow aimed at him. Streak jumped over it, only to find there was nothing under him. Whilst in mid-air, he grabbed the archer and pulled him down aswell. He manged to push the archer under him and, using his draw blade, Streak stabbed the archer and used him as a cushion(sp?) for landing.
Streak began to limb deeper into the forest. It felt like he'd been walking ages, but he was still in sight of the castle. He couldn't see anyone anymore. He continued to limp, until he could limp no more. Streak collapsed, but he wasn't unconcious, yet.
He noticed a man ahead. He was in need of help, and this man didn't look like an enemy. He called out to the man for aid.
((Not the most specific, basically any male RP character who is in the forest can reply to this. sweatdrop Oh wait, there seems to be only one.))
