[galley]

Alexandria absently twirled her spoon and stared off into space for a few minutes. She had to make sure to enjoy these relaxing moments as she had found out there were to be few aboard such a ship.

She looked up as the newly re-made 'broken' clank as her mind was still calling it carefully entered the room.

"Hello!" She said brightly, "Do I get to know your name yet?"

[Galley]

Penelope thought about Mis Alexandria's question as she made tea for Mr Green. As she returned to the table with it, she noticed a sullen looking fellow take a seat in the far corner of the galley. "I'm here for the adventure." she decided, setting down the tea. "My grandfather always said I should experience the world, so here I am. Um, i'll be right back..."

Curious about the man staring out the window, Penelope wove through the tables and sat down in the seat across from him, sure that she was in his field of vision. "Hello. Would you care for some stew?"

{galley}

he gave a short nod, "thank ya miss Penelope." he took a deep inhale of the sweat aroma steaming up from his cup. slowly he took a few sips, closing his eyes as the tea roused memory's of old.

After noticing her, Dominik immediately left whatever imaginary world he was in and responded to Penelope with a moderately choppy response.
"I'm sorry, what was the question? Stew? Yes, please. I'd love some stew, if that isn't a problem, or anything."

[Passenger Deck]

"I'll take number seven, then, if it ain't already occupied," replied Nick brightly.
He gave the large, amorphous clank a wary glance and hurried on down the corridor to 7, at which point he stopped and glanced back at Myles.
"Taken?"

Myles opens the door.

"Nope. Hasn't been taken yet. Tris, please set the gentleman's baggage in here?"

The golden clank does so.

"Sweet. Thanks for the help . . . now, if you could send me on my way to the galley, you'd have my most profound thanks"

"The midships stairways on either side of the deck will take you to the galley. I was headed there myself, I'll see you up there."

And then he heads to the nearest stair, the two clanks following.

The oddest parade climbs up from the passenger deck.

First, Myles Million in the black tailed jacket and kilt ascends.

Then, a pile of spare parts seems to gush outward from the portal and congeal into the great human-shaped bulk of Naught.

Finally, the glittering golden feminine shell of Tris climbs stately upward.

"Something does indeed smell good."

"Thanks. I'll just follow you there, I guess. . . "

[Galley]

Nick stepped into the foodery, his bandana pulled off to the side so he could take in the scents.

"Delish. . . " he muttered, and scooted over to claim a table for himself.

"Oh, there wouldn't be any problem at all." Penelope jumped up, full of energy as always, and zipped to the kitchen. She was pouring some stew for the man when Mr Myles, along with his golden clank and behemoth clank, and another man entered the galley. As she passed them to take the bowl to the man in the corner, she flashed a grin at them. "I'll have some stew out for you in just a moment."

The cook set the bowl down beside the sullen man, along with a spoon and a hard roll. "Would you like any tea or coffee, sir?" she asked him. It occured to her that she should have asked before going after his stew, and she hoped that she wasn't annoying him with questions.

Nick grinned back at her, full of sunshine in spite of the dented goggles obscuring the top half of his head.
"Stew sounds great! Been living off spoiled vittles fer nie a month now. . . "

Twisting around in his chair, Nick glanced back at the cook as she waited on a rather dismal looking fellow in the back. The sight of him greatly brighteneed Nick's day. With his optimism, he was undeterred by pessimists, and usually got along with them quite well.

Dominik smiled slightly.
"No thank you. This should be enough for me."
He then waited for the stew to cool down, making him appear reluctant, even though he really wanted to wolf down the entire bowl.

Penelope's smile didn't diminish. Her grandfather had always said that some people couldn't be pleased, and she knew not to let it get to her. Still, it worried her a little that someone would be displeased with her cooking. "Just call if you need anything else."

She flitted off, back to the kitchen, and emerged with a bowl of stew hand hard roll for both the begoggled man and Mr Myles. Setting the bowls down before them, Penelope produced two spoons from her pocket. "What can I get you gentlemen in the way of drinks?" the term 'gentlemen' was used rather loosely, but that never really mattered much to her.

"Thank you Penelope." He goes to sit at a long bench, but Naught precedes him, forming into a chair at the end of the table, with the flat top of the metal trunk as a seat. Tris takes his shoulders and guides him to it. "Our orders are to attend you."

Myles takes the seat with a bit of confusion and annoyance. "Miss Bruno's priority orders again, eh? And now there are two of you to protect me like some Fabergé Egg. Well, I'll put up with it for now."

He breaks the hard roll in two and softens a piece in the stew.

After watching her leave, Dominik sighed slightly. He inspected his bowl and took a spoonful of stew after being certain that it was not going to burn his tongue.
"This is magnificent," he thought after eating his first spoonful.
