Seto grinned at Nitro. Why thank you, I'm rather pleased with it myself. He looked up at the Ludicolo, and growled, his fangs showing. What do you say we end this, my friend?
"What are you doing here? How did you find me?" she asked, hugging him tightly. She felt tears of her own threatening to spill.

Right on Seto! Nitro roared as he shook off his pain and lunged for the Ludicolo, breathing hot flames right at it's face. Take this!
"I just...followed my hunch." Mike said as he just remembered something important. "Oh! I got your Pokemon back, and Mai said that she'd bring Fang to the Pokemon Center!" He smiled as he handed his friend her companions. "I defeated like...a hundred Grunts to rescue you!"

Seto circled around the Ludicolo, his ears flat against his head. After Nitro's attack, he released a powerful Thunderbolt that seemed to do more than one would have thought. You're going down, the Persian growled, ready for more action.
Kasiya stared down at the Pokeballs in Mike's hands, overcome with excitement. "You're so awesome!" she cried, flinging her arms around him and hugging him again as Nitro and Seto made mincemeat out of the Ludicolo.

"Ok, so maybe it was just three, and one was emotionally beaten..." Mike chuckled as he got another hug, reurning it happily.
Ludicolo, still cringing from the powerful set of attacks the two Pokemon, was completly ravaged by another Flamethrower, this one finishing it off, as it collapsed in a heap..

"Three, three hundred, what does it matter?" she laughed. "You're here! That's all I care about!" Seto came up to her then, rubbing himself against their legs and purring loudly. "You're my hero," Kasiya giggled, happy tears falling down her cheeks.

Mike couldn't feel happier, he played hero and pulled it off. "Now let's go get Fang!" He started to walk then looked back. "Unless we have any objections from idiot 1 and 2?"

The two grunts looked at Mike then at each other. Both slowly shook their heads 'no', leaving them free to leave. Just to make sure, Seto turned around and growled at them, then following Mike and Kasiya with a flick of his tail.

Wanting to get out very quick, Mike grabbed Kasiya's hand and hurried them both out of the Game Corner and into the Pokemon Center. He promptly gave Nurse Joy his Pokemon and Kasiya's, and looked around for Mai.

Upon entering the Pokemon Center, Kasiya let Mike take the Pokemon to be checked out, and she collapsed onto the couch. "What a day..." she murmured...staring up at the ceiling. I can't believe all that just happened! Team Rocket wanted me to join them? Seto evolved into a Persian! Mike came to rescue me... she let out a dreamy sigh, smiling to herself.
"Oh yes, Mike, is it?" Nurse Joy reached under the counter and handed the boy a Pokeball. "I was told to give you this when the two of you got here." She handed him a Pokeball, as well as two silver discs. "And also these. I was told that you two would make good use of these." On closer inspection, both discs read 'TM 27'.

Mike took the three items with limited happyness. "I was hoping Mai would be here, she was gorgeeous." He said to himself. "Hey Kasiya! Catch!" Mike tossed Fang's Pokeball at her, along with a TM.

"Hmmm?" Kasiya looked up as Fang's Pokeball bounced off her forehead, releasing the bat into the room. He flew circles around the ceiling, then perched on the sofa next to his trainer. The TM landed next to them, and Kasiya picked it up. "Return?" she asked, rubbing her forehead. "Oh, that's the move that dishes out lots of damage if you have a good bond with your Pokemon," she said. "It's great to see you, Fang!" she said happily, throwing her arms around him.

Mike pocketed the TM and sat on the the couch next to Kasiya. "You alright? Did they hurt you at all?" His eyes were full of worry, he didn't want anything to have happened to her.

"I'm alright," she admitted. "Let's just say I never want to be bear-hugged by someone who's twice my size ever again," she added with a chuckle. She called Fang back into his Pokeball, gad to see he was alright. She looked over at her friend, and smiled. "Thank you for coming to my rescue," she said softly.

"I would do it again in a heartbeat. I would do anything for my friends." He said, wearing a smile on his face bigger than a Snorlax.
I just hope no one else gets in that trouble again...

Kasiya looked at the ground, and swallowed the lump in her throat. "When you told my father you'd protect me with your life, I honestly had no idea you were serious," she said, feeling that familiar warmth in her face again. "I thought you were just trying to impress him," she added.
