I never realized how... short you are Damian.
Nathan shrugged "its a great stress relief, I've handled a few hunting rifles but I mostly do handguns. My dad has a pretty sweet collection let he lets me take out every now and then. Keeps me busy when he's away... which is most of the time."
Nightmare groaned "Nate... why don't you give Lois some space" he held up a black notebook.
Nathan looked up and froze at the sight of the notebook "where did you find that?"
Nightmare smiled "under your mattress."
Nathan slowly stood up "Nightmare... hand it over."

Red reached up gingerly and lifted Mira off of him "I'm not used to people climbing on my back, much less a girl touching me."
Nathan chased after Nightmare "gimme back that book!"
Nightmare ran, dodging over furniture "maybe if you stop trying to hit on my friend's friends, nobody will learn about your hobby."
Nathan jumped over a chair "I swear if you tell anyone about what's inside there... there won't be enough left of you to fill a shoebox."
Nightmare flipped open to a random page and read out loud "Lois laid back against the silk sheets as the Captain entered his chambers to find his amply dressed guest."
Nathan screamed and lunged at Nightmare, missing and skidding across the floor "I will murder thee!"

Red just stared at the Miras, his jaw dropped.
Nightmare slipped the book to Lois "its pretty saucy."
Nathan's face turned as red as Nightmare's scales "I don't know what you're talking about."
He has a small writing hobby, and if the military super soldier saving the world thing doesn't work out, he wants to be a novelist.
Nathan's face grew even more redder "its nothing... I just scribble stuff down in my spare time."
