PhysicWater Hey, I've got another question about the Tournament. I called several GameStops, and some of them tell me this: Midnight 10pm 5pm Not sure Does anyone know? I get midnight most of the time, but that's not clear enough for me. It's all up to the manager of said gamestop. Just call the one you plan going to.

Over half of the stages are tourney legal. And how many of the banned stages are actually fun to play on? 4 give or take a few?
No. He knows they're crappy. You're looking at the best Bowser in the world. Point being that the "only top tier" argument isn't really valid.
Simna, Bob Money, T0mmy, T!mmy, The Germ, Azen, the King...
The list goes on...
And playing competitively doesn't change your sexual orientation, just so you know. Unless you play Marth, of course. >.>
why are those stages banned? They are banned because some characters have extreme advantages on them and others have extreme dis-advantages. Also if you know the right tactics with certain characters you can get many free k-os. Such as Luigi on great bay temple. He can back throw you under main platform and well you die. Or even Fox on Final Destination. You can run to one side and laser spam. Then if they approach you simply run to the other and do it more.
Flat Zone's kill lines are unbearable. Just too damn close. Marth, Jiggly, and the Mario Bros. can get unavoidable easy kills here.
And Kirby. If Kirby sucks you up at the edge, you are simply dead.

But didn't the first Flat Zone's kill lines seem awfully close too? One time one of the character got caught by the falling tool repeatedly, and got knocked out all quick-like.

You guys need to go to the wi-fi connection thread where all the wii code posts are, and add me. No one posts there anymore, and I doubt ppl even use it. It's there for a reason! I'm on page 15, so go check it out. If you're adding me, send a PM so I may do the same. I want to have as many friend codes as I can before I get brawl, so I can have many friends to compete with ^_^
