You'll forgive me if I have my suspicions, given the company you keep.
You have no qualms with working with and for known members of the criminal fraternity? Do you really think you have the spine to handle what goes on around here on a daily basis?
And, for that matter, what position are you looking for? Receptionist? CEO? Somewhere in between?

Why would I have a 'qualm' with it? The Initiative was just as bad. Covering the Death of MVP, depowering Amory and attempt to depower Spiderman and all?
Handle it? At least here if most of the time I WON'T transform and even so do you guys care if I do?
As for Position.. Does it matter? Choose one. As long as I'm not Greeting people at the door, or cleaning toilets I'm fine.

The Initiative had it's sinister aspects, sure. But you're dealing with cold-blooded mass murderers, rapists, sadists, genocidal aliens and the like, most of whom genuinely enjoy their work. You're in the big leagues now, boy.
No, most of us don't particularly care if you transform. The others will probably attack you viciously, though. That's not what I meant by "handle" though. You worked for SHIELD and the Initiative for how long? We're not good people. We don't do good things. I just don't want you quitting after the first week due to moral differences.
And you're going to have to be a little more prepared than that. If you were really serious about this, you would've thought about what, exactly, you want to do around here.

Being the son of Nightmare, I don't think this would be big problem with me. He's half of what you already said.
What I want is The destruction of the Initiative for trying to tame me. You do realize they tried to depower me as well. Because of My differences with them.

Shame. I actually just made a deal with Pym to back off the Initiative in exchange for their isolating themselves from Tony Stark's SHIELD.
Of course, I could send some operatives in with you. Strictly off the record, and not official, mind you. Like I told him, what my operatives do in their time is their own business. But you will be the one to face the repercussions if you fail.
As for your position... Hmm... I'd recommend staff Psychiatrist was the position not already filled. In fact, if you can put aside past differences, I'd recommend your seeing him. He's somewhat of an expert in the realm of fear, and could probably help you with the problems you've been having lately. I suppose we could bring you in as a "security consultant," though we already have a surplus of those. stare
