"I am sure only to you I am." Carolyn said with a soft chuckle as they exited the room and began to make their way to the kitchens. The smell of food hit her and her stomach grumbled with anticipation. "Now something smells really good."~~~~~ "It is stuff to clean your hair and body with," Amelia said with a chuckle. "Don't worry I will show you which ones to use for what before I leave you to get cleaned up." As they rounded the corner she caught sight of Merida and Naruto. "Merida, Naruto. This is Kyos. He is going to stay here with us for a little while."Merida looked up when she heard Amelia's voice. She smiled at the other elder and the man she had next to her. He was extremely tall and there was something about him that made her familiar to him. "Well most anyone is welcome here. And those who aren't cannot get in. It is a pleasure to meet you, Kyos."~~~~~~ Cassandra chuckled softly as she walked with Lorcan out of the room. Everything was calm for the time being. The smell of food was already moving through the house, indicating that someone had already begun cooking. "Looks like it won't take us long to get something to eat," she remarked to Lorcan. ~~~~~~ "Thank you, Merrick," Constance said as he brought her another plate of food. She began to eat it immediately, but this time a little slower than the first plate. Rosalyn pushed aside her empty plate with a soft sigh. Oddly enough that had been enough food for her for the time being. "That was really good Merrick...Constance."

Kasumi shrugged as she followed Carolyn, letting her gaze flick up and down the elder's body possessively. She didn't say much, though.
Naruto shifted slightly as he noticed the tall man; the man's aura gave him chills with the sheer restrained energy swirling around him.

Merrick shrugged. "Constance has had more experience at it than I; most of the time I've had rice or something similar... to me this was really going wild," he said with a slight shrug.
Lorcán tilted his head slightly. "That's a good thing, then," he said quietly.

Kýojin chuckled as he slid the other plate away, surprisingly already finished.
Kÿos nodded slightly with a faint smile. "You as well. It is fortunate Amelia was able to release me otherwise several demons would have managed to get to her and I would have been unable to do much short of being able to listen to it," he said quietly.

Carolyn felt Kasumi's eyes on her and she relished in it. Nobody had ever looked at her like that before. Sure people had looked at her with admiration, but how she felt when Kasumi looked at her was completely different. ~~~~~~ Merida looked at Amelia. "You were out and nearly attacked? Why didn't you call?" She frowned a little at the elder witch. Amelia was wearing sunglasses in the house. She never did that. Amelia shrugged. "They didn't show up until after Kyos was there. I didn't see a reason to alarm anyone when the two of us handled it. Actually he handled it all himself. I didn't have to do anything." She looked up at Kyos and smiled slightly. It was then that Merida noticed what was different about Amelia. "Amelia, where is Nala?" The elder witch didn't go far without her familiar. Amelia hadn't noticed that Nala hadn't been following them. "I...don't now. She came back in with us. After that I am not sure."~~~~~~ Cassandra glanced up at Lorcan. "A very good thing." She squeezed his hand gently as the got closer to the kitchen. She heard Constance and Merrick in the kitchen talking. She also recognized Rosalyn's voice and she knew Jin would be somewhere close by. No doubt in there with them. ~~~~~ "Merrick is too modest," Constance said with a laugh. "Anytime I see him cook it turns out amazing."
She nudged Merrick's arm gently as she grinned at him. "But seriously I do love to cook. It takes my mind off of things when I need to just relax.""We all need something to distract us," Rosalyn said with a nod. She looked up at Jin and smiled at him. He had been really quiet the whole time.

Kasumi snickered slightly as she saw Carolyn's stride shift as if the elder knew she was watching and liked it.
Naruto cocked his head slightly.

Merrick snorted. "And sleeping is really relaxing," he sighed, half joking.
Lorcán blinked as he noticed Jin twitching slightly before he looked down at something.

Kýojin twitched as he felt pinpricks poking his skin before he glanced down, seeing Nala staring up at him as she stretched as if strongly considering about leaping into his lap.
Kÿos tilted his head ever so slightly, concentrating. "She is with the winged fighter; he is quite a bit stronger, only rivaled by the demon kitsune," he muttered, unaware that he wasn't supposed to know those facts about Merrick or Jin since his wings weren't immediately visible when he'd come through the kitchen.

"Something amusing sweetheart?" Carolyn asked as she glanced over her shoulder at Kasumi. She grinned at her lover, blinking her eyes slightly. ~~~~~~ Merida raised an eyebrow slightly at Kyos as he spoke. How exactly had he known what the others were like? He had obviously just arrived. Before she could ask Amelia steered Kyos around them. "Food is cooked down in the kitchen. Compliments of Merrick and Constance. We will join you momentarily." Amelia said as she moved around Naruto and Merida. She waved her hand and a bedroom door opened. "Here we go." She walked in and waited for Kyos. "So the bathroom is this way." Amelia walked across the room and opened the bathroom door. "You dont have to worry about anyone bothering you."~~~~~~~ "Oh but it is...sometimes." Constance laughed as her eyes twinkled. "Well, she seems to like you," Cassandra said as she and Lorcan entered the room to find Jin, Rosalyn, Merrick and Constance. Nala was at Jin's feet, looking at him as if she were trying to decide if she should jump up into his lap. Rosalyn couldn't help but grin more at the way Nala looked up at Jin and how unsure he looked. "Yup, she definitely likes you."

Alede OOC - Kÿos was born somewhere around 5308 BC, but he isn't going to outright say it. Kasumi tilted her head demurely, looking innocent. "I don't know, is there?" she said innocently. She knew that Carolyn would know she was joking.
Naruto glanced towards Merida. "Interesting guy," he said quietly.

Merrick grinned, knowing very well what Constance was referring to.
Lorcán snickered at Jin's uncertain look.

Kýojin glanced up momentarily towards Rosalyn. "I have no idea why the heck she's looking at me like that," he said wryly.
Kÿos tilted his head as he listened to Amelia. "Looks quite different from what I recall, though I'm used to baths," he said quietly. "Last I recall was a large city was just starting construction," he muttered.

Kaosujin Ryu ah, okay...sorry would have replied earlier but for some reason it didnt register on my alerts that you had replied Carolyn grinned and laughed as she shook her head. She knew it sounded childish, but it was nice to not be so serious all the time. She felt great with Kasumi. ~~~~ "Yeah, he is," Merida said as she watched Amelia and Kyos walk away. She turned and continued to walk with Naruto. Her stomach grumbled a little more and she chuckled. ~~~~~ "Bathrooms have changed quite a bit over time." Amelia said as she moved into the bathroom. "This is the shampoo," she held up the bottle for him to see. "And this is the body wash. Body wash isn't too hard to figure out. It's to clean off your body. The shampoo is to clean your hair."~~~~~ Rosalyn chuckled softly as she stood up from her chair. "She wants you to pet her." She walked over to where Jin and Nala were. She bent down and scratched Nala behind the ears who purred with contentment. Constance winked at Merrick before turning to watch her mother and Jin. Nala had taken to the man her mother had brought into the house. She finished her plate of food and pushed the empty plate away. Cassandra shook her head with a small smile on her face as she pulled down plates for herself and Lorcan.

Kasumi twisted a strand of long, crimson-gold hair around her finger with a faint, playful smile. "I can think of a few things that would be amusing," she murmured.
Naruto rolled his eyes. "It's no wonder why you're hungry; magic tends to burn calories just like anything else," he murmured.

Merrick tilted his head fractionally, watching Constance rather than Jin.
Lorcán exhaled. "It's clear that Jin, the girl you healed, and the 'new guy' are a bit less social than the rest of us," he murmured.

Kýojin shrugged slightly. "I wouldn't know; never had an animal show interest in me... other than to try and rip out my throat," he muttered.
Kÿos shifted his gaze over the room with interest, though he seemed focused on Amelia as she spoke. "Interesting. It seems humanity has recovered well considering some of the past incidents between immortals have pushed life to its edge," he said quietly. A faint, playful smile flickered at the corners of his lips. "You know there are places that aren't easy to reach short of being a contortionist, so I'd be grateful for any help... knowing my luck I'd slip and end up with one leg in the drain; it's happened to me before... though the drain was barely large enough for my leg to fit down. Thankfully my knee stopped it, giving me just enough leverage to get it free... though it split half the bottom of the tub in the process and the women around me got to see much more than they expected," he said quietly with a slight shrug.

"Oh, so could I my dear," Carolyn said with a grin as they reached he kitchen. "Hmm, smells good in here," she said as she saw the others. Cassandra looked up when the door opened as Carolyn and Kasumi entered the room. She hadn't seen them in a little while and she had an idea she knew what they had been doing. She turned her gaze back to Lorcan. "Yes, so it would seem. But I am sure they will get plenty of practice being around us."Constance looked up and smiled when she saw the others. "There is plenty of food on the counters if you want to grab some.""Well this one does like you," Rosalyn said with a chuckle as she reached up and grasped Jin's hand. "Here, like this." She pulled him down and placed his hand on Nala's head. The feline closed her eyes and purred. ~~~~~~ "Well it wasn't just magic use that made me so hungry." Merida chuckled as she ran her hand lightly up and down Naruto's arm. She grinned widely as she ran her free hand through her hair. ~~~~~~ Amelia was setting down the stuff when Kyos spoke again. The shampoo bottle slipped from her hand and dropped to the floor. She bent down and picked it up, setting it on the edge of the tub. "That is not something I get asked everyday from a man." She pushed her hair back behind her ear. Her cheeks and flushed slightly. Why was she feeling like this all of a sudden? Nobody had had this effect on her in a very, very long time.

Kasumi snorted softly, fighting back a laugh though she knew what Carolyn was referring to.
Naruto shrugged. "Trust me, hungry wasn't the only thing you were, honey," he said with an unrepentant grin.

Merrick was quiet for the moment, thinking.
Lorcán shrugged one shoulder slightly, well aware she was right in that fact.

Kýojin tilted his head slightly, carefully shifting his fingers slightly to rub the fine soft fur. "She is quite beautiful," he murmured, thinking of not only Nala, but Rosalyn herself.
Kÿos shrugged ever so slightly as he shed the duster jacket, revealing deeply tanned skin. "Meh. Most people that I've heard talk over the years think that using extravagant words makes women's hearts flutter. I don't do extravagant or subtle, really; never been all that skilled with it," he said with a slight shrug. He knew of the twin indigo-blue Chinese style dragons with silvery highlights that curled around his forearms though the last third of the dragons were hidden beneath the clasps of his gloves which he unlatched with practiced flicks of his fingers.

Carolyn grinned at Kasumi before moving over to where the food was. It all smelled so good and looked even better. She picked up a plate and piled it high. "Here you go," she said as she held the plate out to Kasumi. Constance nudged Merrick slightly. "What are you thinking about," she asked him softly. Cassandra pushed her hair back and pulled it up into a ponytail. It was nice to have everyone here, eating together. They didn't get to do this often enough. Rosalyn looked up at Jin with a soft smile. "Nala has been around a long time, just as Amelia has." She had the feeling that Jin was not just referring to the feline, but to herself. ~~~~~~~ "That's what some people think. But more times than not it is the simple things that make a woman's heart flutter and make her feel special." Amelia turned on the water and adjusted it so it wasn't too hot and yet not cold. She stood up and dried her hands off on a towel before turning around to look at Kyos. ~~~~~~ Merida laughed softly as the came closer and closer to the kitchen. The smells were getting stronger, making her stomach grumbled some more.

Kasumi did the same as Carolyn, smirking slightly.
Naruto tilted his head as an idea came to him. "What if there was a café or restaurant that witches could use to recharge?" he murmured.

Merrick shrugged slightly. "Just random uninteresting things," he said quietly.
Lorcán heard Naruto's voice and suggestion and oddly liked the idea.

Kýojin shrugged slightly. "Well, she's like a fine wine then, though frankly I have no desire to taste her," he said quietly, joking about Nala though he was also teasing Rosalyn.
Kÿos had shed his boots, pants, and shirt as well as his gloves, leaving him in pale gray boxers that hid very little to the imagination as well as showing he was well endowed. "I get the feeling people think because you lack one simple thing that you are to be underestimated, yet I sense that you are wise and powerful as well as quite beautiful," he said quietly.

Constance looked up as Naruto spoke. Her face broke into a smile. "That sounds like a wonderful idea." She looked over at Merrick, ideas already forming in her head. "What do you think? Could we do that? After all of this is over?""That is a good idea, yes," Cassandra said with a nod. It was a shame that they hadn't thought of that sooner. Carolyn moved to the table, sitting down just as Merida passed by her to get her own food. She began to eat, sighing softly at how good everything tasted. Nobody cooked this good at her coven home. She could get spoiled on this excellent cooking. Merida grabbed a plate as she looked at all of the food. She recognized Constance's work and she had to smile. The girl had obviously been busy. ~~~~~~~~ "Ever since I was born...I have been unable to see with my eyes." Amelia said slowly as she watched him. She had to admit he looked really good in all the right places. She reached up and took off the sunglasses. Before her eyes had been milky, but when she had regained her sight the milkiness had gone away. Her eyes were an ice colored blue. "Just because I cannot see doesn't mean I am slow or weak. Even though I have been blind all my life I see more than most. Perhaps that is why most men shy away from me. It has been a very long time since I have had anyone call me beautiful."

Kasumi moaned slightly as she began eating. "If they were able to mass produce this... it'd be the ultimate in AWT," she murmured to Carolyn, half joking. AWT meant 'Anti-War Technology'.
Naruto did the same as Merida and quickly piled food onto the plate, slight purring growls slipping from his lips as he shifted his weight.

Merrick chuckled. "I don't see why not, a chain of those restaurants would be good," he said quietly. "It'd be good for several reasons: we'd be able to come up with dozens of new recipes and have a steady source of income that people would very swiftly recognize... with your skills, you'd run Gordon Ramsay out of business," he murmured, teasing Constance.
Lorcán tilted his head in a slight nod, looking thoughtful.

Kÿos chuckled. "Sounds like most men have lost their balls," he said bluntly, joking. "Besides, if someone actually thinks with something other than this," he said, cupping himself shamelessly, "then if they don't call you 'beautiful' then they're so blind that they make a headless demon look like an eagle," he said with a faintly joking smile.

Carolyn chuckled softly as she ate her food. The food was to die for. This was part of the reason she was jealous of Merida's coven home. The excellent cooks the woman had...but she would never admit that. Merida ate quietly as she looked around at everyone. Constance was getting excited. To be able to cook and have more people enjoy the food was a dream she had. "I really don't think we would run him under the table...the man has so much experience and money. But it will be fun."Cassandra smiled at the excited look on Constance's face. It was good to see her excited about this. Naruto really did have a great idea. ~~~~~~~~ "Well a lot of men think with that only unfortunately." Amelia said with a small shrug. It was refreshing to have someone talk to her normally. "The water is going to get cold if you don't get in," she said as she looked away from him. "Cold water when you're trying to clean is no fun."
