Serika, though her eyes were closed and in a weak state of mind, she could still hear Taqune, though he sounded so far away. She heard something about being taken to a hospital. She didn't have to guess when they were there. Her eyes, suddenly flashed open, to see a white room. She was definately not in her bed, and definately not in the nest. She slowly rolled her eyes to look at Taqune. She knew speaking would be more than enough to take her out for a few hours. Letting out a breath, she manipulated the sound into a whisper. "Taqune...it was only water..."She sent it out to him. Her eyes were hazy and barely opened. She moved her hand slowly towards his.

"Yes I know that Serika but don't try and use anymore energy something is wrong you are very pale and your eyes have lost color." He looked scared, but his sense of duty, compassion, and love showed much more. "They are going to get you set up better something is wrong and I can't fix it with my powers... just rest for now I'm not going anywhere."
Taqune gave the doctors that you better fix her or your dead look. He then looked back at Serika with a faint smile as they rolled her to the room to give her an I.V. and do the rutine blood work done on a sick pacient.

She wanted him to stay with her through the whole ordeal. She was tired of being alone. she finally had someone, and damn it, she wanted him there with her.
As the doctors rolled her into a different room, she heard them talking of how she was going to be given and I.V. She was so weak at that moment that Serika didn't even feel the needle being inserted into her arm. She wanted to say that she didn't want to be moved, but talking was useless. These were doctors after all. They wouldn't listen anyway.

One of the doctors pulled Taqune to the side and began asking question about what happened over the course of the evening. He explained the dinner and the walk in the rain. For all he knew it was just a regular cold but he could have fixed that himself I mean he has never been sick before in his life.
Once the doctors were done, Taqune went back to Serika and took her hand gently and squeezed it. "I can stay by your side for the whole time. Sense I am basicly as germ free as it gets." he chuckled and gave her a smile he wanted to give her some reassurance but he couldn't think of anything to say right now no one knew what was going on with her.

A few moments after the I.V. was put in, her breathing began to regulate, slowly but surely.
"We are going to need to monitor her for a few days. Her breathing is starting to regulate, but since we don't know what is happening to Serika, we need to make sure it continues to regulate." One of the doctors said to Taqune.
When Taqune squeezed her hand, she took a breath and forced herself to speak. "I want..." She took another breath. "...To go home..." She looked at him, and the saddness was there in her eyes. She had been in a lab during her childhood. She didn't want to be a patient again.

He noded to the doctor not wanting to argue, they had already allowed him to stay with her breaking the visiting hours rule. He looked at Serika his heart breaking as she spoke, almost bringing tears to his eyes for the first time in a long time."Serika you can't go back to the tree yet the doctors don't know whats happening to you so they are going to watch you for a few days...I'll be right next to you the whole time they wont do anything without me giving the go ahead first, your going to all right, i promise." he leaned in to kiss her cheek as he did a tear fell from his cheek onto hers.

She closed her eyes, her breaths becoming more normal momentarily. She wanted to embrace Taqune so much, but doing anything at the moment was impossible. She nodded when he told her that she would be here for a few days. When she felt a tear fall on her cheek, and she looked at him, it was her turn to shed tears. Due to her illness, her tears were blue, and dried clear. She really was strange.

Taqune pulled up a chair next to her bed and positioned himself to where his head was next to hers. He kissed her cheek again and grabbed her hand. He could only look at her right now and hold her hand though he wanted to just pull her into his chest and cover her from the world.
"Its all going to be well again." He smiled to her. Get some rest nothing bad is going to happen just rest for now, don't shed anymore of those tears of sadness." He wipped her cheeks from her blue tears and wipped them on his pants. A nurse brought him a pillow and a desk type contraptions that could adjust.
"Its so you can sleep next to her to where she can see you." The nuse bowed then left.
He nodded and set it to his hight, He put it to where he could hold her hand with one hand, stroke her hair with his other hand and rest his head on the arm that was holding her hand. It took him a second to get confortable but he was soon able to just stay that way."Get some sleep love you will feel better if you do."

She didn't want to sleep, for fear of never waking up. No matter the situation, things always went wrong in hospitals for Serika. Something malfunctioned, or she was misdiagnosed with something. She kept a hold of Taqune's hand tightly, never wanting to let it go. Closing her eyes, she thought of getting better, and being able to leave this terrible place. She just wanted to go back to their tree, and sleeping somewhere where she felt she wouldn't die at any given moment. She opened her colorless eyes once more to catch a last glimpse of the one person who cared about her, before she finally fell asleep.

Taqune could see that she wasn't in the mood to do anything of the sort but soon enough she was asleep, the events must have drained her emotionally. He sat there holding her hand and stroking her hair. He wouldn't sleep tonight, he wanted her to be relaxed that nothing bad was going to happen.
"Serika I love you... rest I'll keep watch over you, if you have no angel I'll be your angel. I'll keep your hope alive." After a few more tears he sighed and settled in for a long night of watching nurses and doctors pass by and check in on her. They all looked at him as if he was crazy for not getting sleep but they could understand, if it was their loved one in the bed.

While Serika slept, visions like no other flashed in her mind. Men in white coats had restrained her, and put leather cuffs around her wrists and ankles, to keep her from thrashing around. Serika couldn't get a good look at their faces, but they looked rather scruffy. One of them had a needle, and it was filled with a blue liquid. She didn't know what it was, but once injected, it stung. The sensation was so bad that it was worse than getting beat several times across the back. She would have rather bled that day then get a shot which caused so much pain. I thought shots weren't supposed to hurt. Though restrained, she could still move her torso. Though it was moving of it's own accord at the moment, she still had some, even if minimal, control over her body.

OOC:Alyssa and Hiro are finally gonna rp together!!
After what seemed like months of recovery, the vampress was staring at the white room that she was finally allowed to leave. Apparently, when Hiro had attacked her it had disrupted her normal healing abilities causing her to have to heal just like any other human; very annoying in Alyssa's opinion.
However, all was well between the two. In fact, it had been some time since they had spoken to one another; both were moved to separate rooms for different treatments. Alyssa had missed him constantly, and would ask countless times to go visit. The doctors told her time and again that he was still recovering and not able to speak. The vampress would tell them over and over they had a telepathic connection; orders were orders.
So, Alyssa was stuck alone in her room with nothing to comfort her but the thoughts of removing herself from this hospital bed. That goal was finally reached. She had not stood in almost two months, and wasn't expected to be able to stand; especially due to both legs being severely broken by Hiro. The vampress, being her stubborn self, fought the urge to believe them. She sat in her wheelchair and waited for the doctor's permission to give it a go.
"Go ahead..lets see how mobile you are." The doctor called gently, sitting in a chair across the room from Alyssa. His eyes glimmered with hope as he stared at the now healed vampress. He had been taking care of her ever since Celeste healed her, and was astounded at what Hiro had done. "He disrupted her powers....he made her unable to heal!" The doctor would think over and over whenever he checked up on Alyssa.
She nodded at his allowance, and, for the first time in two months, rose to her feet in an attempt to stand. Her legs felt like jell-o; numb and wobbly. Alyssa released her grip on the chair and leaned forward to put her full weight on the two limbs. To her, and the doctor's surprise, her body could withstand her weight, which had dropped tremendously during her stay.
Alyssa smiled with a relief, staring down at her feet. A surge of happiness went through the vampress at the thought of showing Hiro, and helping him as well. If he hadn't been walking already. With a difficult breath, Alyssa lifted her foot and dragged it across the floor, setting it down not too far away from where she stood; Alyssa could walk...finally.

[Whoo xD]
Hiro was lying in his bed, staring almost dazed at the ceiling. He'd come to hate this place during the time he'd had to spend here. He couldn't stand not being able to go outside, mainly to fly around. And, he couldn't stand being unable to see anyone. He wasn't even entirely sure of Alyssa's condition. Those damn doctors wouldn't tell him, and had evevn hinted that she might not make it. Hiro's fist clenched tightly at the thought. Despite their agreement not to blame themselves, he still couldn't help thinking it was his fault she ended up like that. After all, there was no one else around for him to blame, and he certainly wasn't going to place it on Alyssa. And why the hell had Yuki not checked up on him? Were the doctors not allowing her in either? He frowned, and closed his eyes restlessly. His wings were still in somewhat bad shape. They didn't really hurt anymore, as it'd been reduced to a dull ache, but he knew he wouldn't be able to fly. The very thought pissed him off, so he tried not to think about it.
But, at least the oxygen mask had been removed. It had really irritated him, knowing he couldn't even breathe on his own. It was the worst feeling of helplessness he'd never experienced, so he was glad that part was over. He was extremely tempted to start shouting and demanding to be let out until the doctor's finally listened. And to see Alyssa...
He breathed out slowly and sat up, gazing out the window for a second before swinging his feet over the edge of the bed. He paused for a second, watching them as they touched the ground, and then took on the weight of his body. He trudged over towards the window, leaning against the frame as he stared outside. His semi-crumpled wings were tucked against his back, currently unusable.

OOC:*does a dance*
"Very good Alyssa!! Now...continue your progress and I'll bring you back a something you've wanted for quite some time." The doctor smiled mischeviously, rising to his feet. He brushed back a few locks of dirty blonde hair before wheeling around on his heel and strode out of the room. His step was quick and impatient as he made his way to the other wing where Hiro had presided for a long time.
He had a feeling the young man would try and strangle him after all the lies; it was for the sake of both him and Alyssa. The nurses and he had both decided that if they had known both were fine then they would focus on one another more than their own recovery; this would be a fatal mistake for both of the students.
"Hiro...would you come with me please?" The doctor demanded softly, peering through the door slightly; only his head was visible in the room. "I have a surprise for you." He had an odd jittery aura as if he had stolen the cookie jar and gotten away with it. The doctor carefully opened the door and led Hiro to Alyssa's room. Before entering the closed door, he turned sharply to stare down at Hiro. "Be good." The doctor winked and opened the door to show Alyssa slowly taking her time waking around the room.
The vampress wasn't paying attention to anything but her walking abilities. She found every new step to have a sharp pain filter out through her leg, but ignored it. It was becoming natural to her as she made her way to the window and sat. Her large brown orbs scanned the campus; she felt her stomach flip with excitement.

[Bwahahaha. <3]
Hiro leaned forward, banging his forehead lightly against the window and resting it there as he stared out over the grounds, but mostly towards the sky. Then he glanced over his shoulder at one of his wings and ran a hand through his hair, pausing with it still on his head.
Then he heard the voice of a doctor and he stared at him with an irritated expression. "....fine," he muttered, and slowly walked towards him and followed him down the hall. Hiro had his hands behind his head, staring at the ceiling as he went. He honestly had no idea what to expect, and was pretty excited, but he didn't show it. He just wanted to see what it was, that seemed to have the doctor kind of excited.
He came to a halt as the man turned to face him and tilted his head slightly, blinking a couple times in confusion. Be good? "Uh, sure..." Hiro replied slowly, eyes upon the door as it slowly swung open. His purple eyes widened instantly as he saw Alyssa making her way around the room. Then he turned sharply towards the doctor, his hands clenching. "Y-you....!" he began, then gritted his teeth, baring his fangs. So he'd been lied to all this time! Alyssa wasn't dying! He was so tempted to punch the doctor in the face right now, but he took a deep breath and his fingers uncurled from his palm. "Thank you," he said simply, as he strode past him and into the room.
Hiro's eyes followed Alyssa as she crossed over to the window and took a seat there, and a grin spread across his face as he approached, walking almost silently up behind her. He decided against tackling her into a hug though, and gave a small pout at the decision. Instead, he stepped beside her and glanced at her from the corner of his eye. "Chasing away birds again?" he asked suddenly, grin returning.
