Archer saw the beasts arise, felt dark and foreboding auras-the auras of the horsemen. He split the building he was standing on in two, one half controlled by either hand. He made a small platform himself by a piece of the brokedn building. He clecnched hid fists, and the stone begun to compact, rolling and becomingh denser. It made an oidd spectacle to those who were fleeing, only to die.

"Very well, though you should know I am no novice." Her attack was expected, though her dissapearing act wasn't, but upon hearing rocks crunch behind him he realized where she was. In a quick motion he fell to his knee's, turned on his feet, twirled the staff in his right hand to knock her blade wide, and finally ended by using the golden dagger in his left hand in a wide arc to stab into her side. ((Beware that dagger, Crow. You can dodge anything else that Zeno throws at you by turning into shadow, but that dagger cuts through it. I don't doubt that you'll find a way to parry it though.))

(((Indeed Ru'ni...though shadow is not the only element she is able to manipulate.)))
Instantly Issildia drew a kunai knife to parry the dagger, then in a sharp upward motion she shoved back the dagger, giving her the time to twist around and ultimately launch the kunai at him, this action giving her time to retreat back and put some space between them.
"Tell me are you blindly following orders, or do you actually have a reason for being here." she questioned.

Using the tip of his wing he knocked the knife out of rotation and away from his body. Standing slowly he readied himself for her next attack, standing with less balance but more ability to turn on a dime. "I blindly follow order to pay my debt, Issildia. To me you are nothing less than a target, something to be planned for and obtained. Your move." In a blur of motion his hands drew three, four-pointed stars from a pocket on his left side and slid his golden dagger into a hidden sheath in the side of his pants. ((So can Zeno, he just hasn't shown them yet. *evil laugh, cough*))

~Within the confines of the Palace, Akurei continued to battle with Nicholas. Their metals clashing, the intensity of their battle could be felt as Yige and Dagaal had finally made their way to the very chamber in which the battle was taking place. They remained outside the door on guard, as their orders were to allow no one to interfere with this battle. In one devastating strike, Akurei had sent Nicholas's blade plummtetting out of the chamber, and sunk his blade deep into his abdomen. He ripped the blade out of him and watched Nicholas fall to his knees. As he turned to walk out of the chamber, the grunts of the wounded Lord caught his attention as he slowly got back to his feet.~
You refuse to surrender? Surely even you are capable of sensing your own death.
Do not...patronize me...this is not over.
You just do not understand. I have what i needed from you. *raises his hand to reveal his palm covered in Nicholas's blood* This is all the information I need.
Akurei....you will become the author of your own destruction. You...have...no....you can't
There is no one left to stand in my way. Your death shall mark the beginning of a new era. A new world order. Your soul shall remain in limbo, confined to these very ruins, just as Matier's shall remain within the confines of Anier. Both of you cursed to spend an eternity haunting the very ruins of the Cities you once ruled.
WHAT!? Lizzera's...No...she...can't be...
Oblivion would be a blessing that shall never find its way to your souls. twisted
You shall join us eventually, Akurei. Before you die, you will come to terms with the errors of your ways.
Namaarie, Nicholas Remos. (Farewell, Nicholas Remos)
~With his final statement, Akruei turned and just as soon as Nicholas could take the first step, his torso was impaled by Akurei's blade. The tip of Izayoi tearing through his heart and exitting though his back. His body grew limp as the blade slowly slid out of him. His aura could be felt just as clearly as the horsemen as it faded from the battlegrounds. He slumped backwards, and fell to the ground, his blood forming a puddle around him as Akurei sheathed his blade. He held the blood of his enemy stained on his hand to his face, as it began to assimilate itself to his skin. He closed his fist, and gave his fallen foe a Trenian salute. As he exitted the Chamber, the guard outside had stopped in their tracks, realizing the obvious...their emperor had fallen.~

"I once followed such orders, I was even of the same profession that you now strive to carry out...though that time has long since passed." Issildia briefly noticed the four pointed stars that he had drawn before she extended her left had outwards, there was a subtle hiss of sparks as six small shards of light with jagged edges darted forward from her outstretched hand toward her opponent.

"I am bound to do as Reinsen wishes, for if I don't those that I love will die." Zeno simply avoided the shards by side-stepping them, while launching the three stars in rapid secession. "Your father is ruthless, Issildia. You, his own daughter would know that better than most. I have no choice but to do Reinsen's bidding."

Over a Northern ridge, Kuchane and Zeo became within eyesight of Kierdon. The screams from the city were like music, though unexpected. "Master, it seemd we are a day late." Zeo frowned. He had thought to bring his army, but thought otherwise, hoping Nicholas Remos had not yet been sieged by Larovia. "By a feww days I would think." Zeo finally replied. "It was foolish of me to leave my army behind, but now it would not be of much help anyway," Kuchane furrowed his brow. "Master, my gole-" "Two hundred against two thousand is not a very probable chance, Kuchane. Now, two against two thousand may be more fun, but we must wait till they are gone, understand?" "Aye, sir" Kuchane whispered. Obedience was such a pain. How he would like to rend a head from its spine right about now. He had suffered from stir-crazy for long enough, and his masters orders to wait only made him perturbed.

End Saga I ~Origin~
~Rememberance is not granted to those that still carry the breath of life within them, nay it is only given to those that are bound by the cold grasp of death. This day both great rulers of Keirdon and Anier have fallen; the impact of their deaths will echo throughout the halls of time for eternity, granting their memory everlasting immortality.
Now a new era decends upon the realms, leaving little time to mourn for all that has been lost or to give thanks for that which has been found.
Knowledge has been granted to those of fell intentions and now those that still remain must brush aside all that has transpired to once again stand against fate.
"Fear not that thy life shall come to an end, but rather fear that it shall never have a beginning..."
~~~~~~~~~~~
Begin Saga II ~Rebellion~
To whom goes the spoils of the war? The victor, he whom so destroys his enemies? Or the fallen, he whom is destroyed by his enemies? To the noble, whom so vanquishes the vile in the name of justice? Or perhaps vice versa? But whom is the Noble, and the Vile. Who is just, and who is not? The true victor of the war are those whom act from the darkness. Those whose influence affects the actions of the combatants, both the Just and the Vile. Which side will you choose? What fate will your actions lead you to? Death, Prosperity? Or perhaps something in between both? Only time will tell, and time is of the essence
"Yes I know him well enough to tell you now that whether you follow his orders or not he will destroy those that you love to finish off what bit of free will you still posses." Issildia countered before her form seemed to phase partially into that of shadow as the three stars passed harmlessly through her, as soon as they were clear, her form suddenly returned to the physical world.
"So you would rather place your faith in Reinsen than in yourself, you would have him rob you of that freedom as well."
As she stated this Issildia drew a duo of kunai from their sheaths and launched them at him, their tips burning with a pale silver fire.
Sin slid to a stop and looked about. There was fire and chaos everywhere and it all looked the same.
"What? Where am I now? I take one turn and I get lost? crap... now where am I? I was just at the western gate... aww hell... this is why I should never let Issilida out of my sight..."
"Reinsen is evil, I have and always will know that. But what choice do I have when my freedom is worthless when I can not share it with the only one worth sharing it with?" Zeno unfolded his wings, wrapped them around his body and knocked the knives from rotation again as they neared his body, both landing point down in the dirt. "As long as he holds captive that which I hold dear, I will be but a pawn to use for his will."
