Michi looked up at Kaida and Okaa-san sort of embarrassed, "I'm not that good at cleaning am I? If so thank you very much. Also, since you probably will becaome a geisha before me i would be very happy if i got the honor of haveing you as my onee-chan."((post:32))

Kaid turned and smiled. " Of course you are, I wouldn't have gotten what we got done so fast and on my own! Your a fast learner...So you should get the hang of everthing rather fast!" She said putting her on the back.

Giveing her a small hug. "Yeah, So...What events are comeing up for you Okaa-san?" She asked trying to learn more about the life of geisha. " I would just like to know, So if there is any thing that you would need me to do to help."

Reijin nodded in repsonse. "If it is all right, Luna-san, I think I will stay here and practice some more. I will find you later...perhaps we could have tea and mochi?" With a small bow, she watched Luna leave, then began to repeat the graceful motions Luna had taught her. Stumbling a little, she paused, shook her head gently, then started again, determined to learn how to dance.
It was much later when Reijin noticed that the lack of sunlight implied she had been practicing for several hours. Her dance technique was still a little awkward, but she could dance the entire routine without tripping or stumbling once. Her grumbling stomach reminded her of her promise to Luna, so she carefully made her way to the kitchen, keeping her eyes open for Luna along the way.
((Sorry about my extended abscence...I have no excuses. I'm just lazy and uninspired.))

Luna remained in the back of the garden. She had been sitting for a while and her legs were stiff. Though in that time alone she'd had allowed herself to considder her future. She hadn't shown her emotion though she knew her sadness would one day tear her up inside and she wouldn't be able to do a thing about it. That though, would have to wait, she had to try something and if she didn't make it to a geisha at least she could help another.

Yokome entered the okiya as a geisha for the first time. She didn't feel all that different but was happy now that she had finally made the accomplishment of becoming a geisha!

hieiandkurama Yokome entered the okiya as a geisha for the first time. She didn't feel all that different but was happy now that she had finally made the accomplishment of becoming a geisha! ((Congrats!!))

It was getting cold so she headed in. Both eyes were ta the ground and she didn't have her posture, She didnt look like a maiko had it not been for her collar and her hair. She had a sakura flower in her hair which seemed to suit her well. She noticed Yokome and immediatly forced a smile on her face and stood up straight to show respect. "Congradulations."
She bowed her head in respect to the geisha then kept walking her eyes dark and envious.

Heading past the main entrance, Reijin barely heard Luna's soft voice, but still recognized it, and turned in her direction. She noticed Yokome and recognized her as a maiko who had been apprenticed to Iyasu when Reijin had first arrived at the okiya. Yokome was now dressed in the kimono of a geisha, and Reijin immedately dropped into a bow, her head low. "Congratulations, Yokome-sama," she murmured before straightening. "Iyasu-sama must be most proud of you." Turning back to Luna, her expression warmed as she smiled. "Luna-san, I was just looking for you. I planned to make some tea and rice balls, would you care to join me?" Her tone changed to a much quieter tone as she once again addressed the new geisha. "Yokome-sama, if I may be so bold, you are welcome to join us as well. But if I have forgotten my place, please forgive me."

Luna merely nodded her head. "As you wish." She had a low voice, unlike before. int he garden her voice had been louder, sweet and beautiful now it was simply plain. She motioned slightly. "I will get the tea." She left the Geisha and her friend almost in a hurried manner. Even so she still had the grace of a dancer. Her steps silent and well placed, as if walking on ice.

Yokome bowed to each of the ladies saying, "Thank very much." She immediately turned to Reijin-chan. "Yes, my Onee-san is very proud of me and I'm so happy that was able to please her." She sad with a warm smile. "I would love to join you for tea also!" Yokome gave Reijin-chan a nod with another kind smile.
Yokome was overwhelmed with joy because she was finally a geisha. She took a quick glance at her collar, now white. Things seemed to be changing in her life so quickly.
