His shadowy assistants worked rather heavily for a good 10-15 minutes and the room was awash with a black mist of activity. They cleaned everything from the spots in the room to virtually stripping the varnish off of the counters in the bathroom and the tub. All the while, Cap kept his eyes closed and seemed to be lost in some sort of wonderful orchestration he was conducting.
Soon thereafter, his eyes flew open and the slightest tinge of silver seemed to fall from his eye like a tear and the shadows at once vanished. He did a long hard look at the room and gave a satisfied nod before heading back downstairs. He smiled knowing that few would even know what he did.
At the base of the stairs, his disc vanished and he now walked over to the chair, sent his wand away, and then went to sleep in his chair. To the untrained eye, it might look as though he didn't move at all.

Ben woke up with a happy smile on his face. He looked over and saw Synge sleeping next to him and was even happier when he noticed that she had agreed to not wear her patch. He didn't know why that was important but it almost felt like she was fully comfortable with him when she was willing to do this.
He thought long and hard about waking up and moving around but decided he would rather lay awake while she was sleeping, that way he could just hold her without any interruptions or delays. He knew that he had a tavern to run but he just wanted a moment with her.

Ben can't stop smiling either, the smile was true and bright. He gently looped your hair over your right ear (the one opposite to him) and seemed to look at your face for a good few seconds before speaking.
I agree...it makes such a difference...you know...just waking up with someone like you near me...Thanks...

Ben noticed you blushing but didn't really know why. But then again, you tended to blush quite often so he was rather used to it. He just didn't know what for this time. But in his mind, Ben couldn't think of any more beautiful time in Synge's day then when she first woke up with her glowing face in the sunlight. He was sure that no matter what happened he would always remember...and cherish...times like this. Outwardly, Ben's face just seemed to be looking at you calmly.

When you lean in to kiss him he tries another move to roll the dice. Using a quick nudge, he pulls you on top of him. Your feet sliding to the sides of his knees and almost laying on top of him. In a way it seemed a little awkward but the closeness is what he yearned for. When you kissed him, he kissed you back, cupping your face in his hand and gently running his fingers across your face. It was close to the eye but not enough to be too close.
When the kiss was complete, you found yourself almost laying on top of him and he let out a soft laugh.
I am...getting used to this whole natural thing...

*Synge felt herself being pulled on top of you and she didn't resist. It was a strange feeling for her, but she couldn't think of it as she was too drawn into the moment with the kiss. For her it was a wonderful feeling. When the kiss ended she could fully realize that she was on top of you, and she felt a little nervous. She set her head down next to the side of your face, so that she was hugging you closely, and so her face would be hidden. She didn't want you to see her nervousness.*
Heh, yeah...you are very good at it. It makes me really happy to here with you, just like this.
*She hugged you a little tighter for a moment, feeling your warmth all around her.*

Ben could feel the excitement and nervousness from you but the fact that you didn't resist him was even more of an assurance that you wanted to be with him. When you leaned in to hide your face, he ran his fingers through your hair and down to the small of your back.
It gets easier...each day...with each thing you let me try...the more natural this stuff becomes...you should try it...
He paused moving his hand a moment and pulled it above your back to where you could no longer feel it. He leaned in to your ear and whispered.
One thing...you fell for my secret weapon. This pays you back for being mean to me...
A grin came over Ben's face and he took his attack of opportunity. Placing one finger just above the heel of your right foot, he gently moved his fingertip up the back of your leg to your knee. He hoped this would send a tickling sensation to you but was prepared in case it didn't work.

((It isn't really New Year's Resolution if it was made in April! haha Anyways...H^1 was an awesome nickname, clearly!))
*Synge was enjoying everything about this moment, she was happy to feel you running your fingers through her hair and down her back. She was confused to feel a tingling sensation as he did so, but she enjoyed it and didn't say anything. She was becoming more relaxed in this position.*
Hm, I think you are just ahead of me on being natural, heh, for now at least.
*She felt herself smiling. When you whispered in her ear her face turned red again, but this time it was because she enjoyed feeling him so close. She was about to say something back to your comment but didn't get the chance. She felt his finger and soon she was squirming around on top of him and laughing.*

*She continued to laugh.*
