Momentary sidetrack: I clicked to post in this thread and ended up receiving my first trunk in over a year. Hn. Exciting. Back to the main issue.
No matter what I do, I should always be doing the opposite.

Wtf. Seriously. I was FINE until she had to start complaining about having "the single bug" and now I'm lonely as hell. Ugh. I want to go home. I miss my baby sister, especially since she's so excited about the idea of me coming home to spend a weekend with her.

Holy s**t.
A dual-piano concert with original videogame-styled songs, composed AND performed by me and my super awesome friend?

Working for Gaia must be pretty dissatisfying. Spending all your time trying to make things work for a site full of users who not only don't appreciate anything you do, but cut down the job you do no matter how well you've done something.
If you don't release a feature fast enough, you're breaking promises. That feature becomes a "myth". When you give valid reasons for why that feature is taking so long (problems with coding, working on more important features like holiday events) people get unreasonable and tell you to step it up or put it as a higher priority. Because apparently fixing gift credits is more important than the Halloween event. rolleyes
I mean...yeah, the Gaia staff isn't perfect. They make HUGE mistakes, and I'll be the first to admit that. But they provide this service and they work day and night to give it to users for free, and in return all they get is a bunch of complaints and negativity and rarely ever a thank you. Which of course, bringing that up just incites users to say things like "But I donate x amount of dollars every month!" or "Free my a**! Gaia only cares about the money".

Well, I just hate bad coding practices. So when they release bad code they remind me of Microsoft, and reminding me of Microsoft is a bad thing. Besides, I'm a natural cynic and a professional complainer. It's what I do. But a lot of people just don't put the effort into proper complaining. It makes me sad to see my art form so degraded by amateurs. That and I really, really, really wish I had somebody to cuddle with.
