Akemi watched as the leaves of the grove swirled around him. "Huh .. what?" The sound of hooves clapping against the dirt came from behind him. He looked at Batsu (fake) in front of him "Shhhhh ..." He turned as the giant white horse snorted and began to charge. Akemi leaped to the side to avoid the changing unicorn, admiring its beauty and horror as it rod past him, wings trailing behind it as its silvery horn charged towards the tree and into Batsu (fake), tossing him into the air as his body fell lifelessly to the ground. "BATSU!" He watched the limp body. "BATSU! GET UP YOU ******** p***y, THIS ISN'T THE TIME TO TAKE A NAP!" He swung his sword ant the unicorn (real Batsu) and struck a hit. He ran over to Batsu's (fake) body and looked down, kicking it. "GET UP YOU LAZY s**t!" He looked down and realized he could see the ground through the hole in his body. Tears began to stream down his face. "You shall be avenged." He stepped over Batsu's (fake) body and pointed his sword at the unicorn (Batsu). "Your going to die for killing my friend." His face was a combination of rage and sadness

Natsumi had gathered kunai and a target for Batsu and was not too far away from the grove. s she continued to head towards her destination, she saw too smaller ninja fighting within the wooded area. One of those was her own student, Batsu... and it looked as though he was badly injured. The woman dropped the training components in her hand and rushed to stop the fight.
Upon reaching the two boys, Natsumi grabbed the Hoshigaki by the shoulder and started scolding both of them. "You two, this is unacceptable. There is no reason for you two to be fighting like this." The female then took his hand off of Akemi's shoulder and asked him to leave. Anymore of this fight and someone would die, and by the looks of it it would be Batsu.
Batsu was by far disappointed across the board. Akemi had proven too be just as reckless as he had been before he claimed to mellowed out. ... and now Batsu was bleeding profusely due to it all. He wanted to continue fighting, but he did not want to disobey his mentor. So Batsu did the only thing he knew to do. He stepped away from Akemi and headed off to the infirmary. He knew one thing was true now... Akemi didn't trust Akemi now... at all.

Upon Natsumi's touch Akemi turned around, dropping his sword and pushing her back as he held his head, "Another unicorn!?" He looked up and saw Natsumi and decided to focus more on his headache. "Ahh thank go your here, there are giant unicorns in the woods, one of them killed Batsu, and I just about had it, but it took off towards the village, we have to stop it!" He rubbed his temple furiously. "Have such a headache now ..."
Natsumi looked at the boy as if he were delusional, but then thought of the possibilities. "Would you mind telling me what happened up to that point?"
Akemi stumbled over and picked up his sword. "No problem ma'am." He tied the scaley chain around his body and began to tell the tale. "So Batsu and I were each training out here, he says I smell, I made a your mom joke, then he asked about my mom because I told him to not even try to come back with another mom joke. I told him she was dead and that I didn't want him insulting her. He did anyways, so I pinned him to the tree over there and told him not to talk about her any more, but then the unicorns came and killed him, so I tried to avenge his death by killing the beast."
Natsumi tried not to laugh at the boys illogical fear of unicorns. "And before the unicorns ... did you see some leaves falling?"
Akemi nodded, "Yeah, alot of them, but I figured it was just nature being nature."
Natsumi nodded, realizing the truth of the situation. "Batsu used a genjutsu on you. He isn't dead, he just ran to the hospital because you thought he was a unicorn and you were trying to kill him."

Rai walks in and hears something about unicorns. . . "Did I... Didn't they just...." He shook his head and ignored it altogether walking in the complete opposite direction withing the grove. "Time to train..." He sat down on a stump and focused making a hand sign. He focused deep down inside himself. First he found nothing. Eventually all the sound blurred out as a glowing tube rushed all around his thoughts. He was there in that tube of faint glowing light. The tint of the light was blue and in a few places green. The tube had so many turns and points where it went off separate ways. He had no clue what was happening. Suddenly he got stopped so fast he almost lost his breath. "What is this place?" He thought to himself. In front of him stood a wide flame. It wasn't a flame Rai was used to seeing. He touched the flame and pulled back quickly. It didn't hurt really. It just blocked the way. He thought of everything he could to get that wall of flame down. Even the childish notion of peeing on it, it have VERY little effect if any... Masaruka entered the grove and walked up behind Natsumi, handing her the letter so that she could read for herself as the female Hoshigaki squared off with the male. "Akemi Hoshigaki. Your violence and poor choice of actions nearly killed a child whom was supposed to be your teammate. Records show that your Samehadamaku hit the kid twice and the elders have deemed it fitting that you suffer two strikes from the blade of somebody they find to be superior to you in swordsmanship. How do you plead?" She looked upon her cousin without remorse as her hand settled on the handle of her Nodachi.

Akemi looked at his cousin as she came out of the woods, a serious tone about her face. She was followed by Batsu and she was holding a letter with the clan seal on it ... this did not bode well. Once she gave her speech he said, "Ain't you suppose to be held up and crippled in the hospital? I doubt the elders would let you out just to do this."

"Whether you doubt it or not is not the issue, it is merely fact that matters now, and the facts are that you shall fall but my blade. Now stand at the ready to receive your punishment and I may show mercy." She drew her blade and readied it in an elegant fashion. turning the grip as she awaited her adversary's actions.

Akemi reached back for his sword. "I say ******** that. I ain't going down easy." But she had acted before his attack could even start.

Masaraku's blade carried upwards, slashing Akemi's armpit and shoulder before taking a sharp turn and cutting deep across her chest. Akemi then fell limp before her. She walked towards him and placed her fingers on his neck. "He is alive, but his chakra pool is completely depleted." She then plunged her Samehadamaku into his and watched as her sword opened up, revealing a large mouth that devoured Akemi's blade. "He won't be getting that back any time soon." Then she stared at his body for a moment before walking over to it and lifting the giant onto her shoulders and began to walk back towards the hospital. All evidence pointed to one fact. This was no ordinary girl.

Batsu walked as fast as he could behind Masaruka, and damn near saw nothing else but Akemi taking a dive. It was just that fast. Batsu was definitely impressed at the woman's power, and knew she was not too be ******** with. Batsu had no reason to keep his bow in hand since there was no need for him. So... the boy twirled the bow in a figure-eight pattern in front of himself and safely put the bow behind his back in a small harness. He then walked over to a tree and propped his shoulder against it, placing his weight against it. "Well jeez Masaruka, you could have at least let him have a chance to fight back. But the end result would have been the same. Good job kicking his a**."

She repositioned Akemi a bit. Heavy son of a b***h he was. "Yeah, I don't do mercy so well. The job was down as written, once he is back at the hospital I'm grabbing my bags and dumping him. Then I plan on learning the genjutsu release. Feel free to join me. The more we train together the better we can learn each others styles, that way we can work better together on missions. Thats all I care about in the end, success." She began to walk back towards the hospital. "I believe in three ideals, those being swiftness, scarceness, and solidity. Together they form success. Strike quick, never let the enemy know your there, and never falter from the goal. The second any of those things fails you risk losing. It doesn't matter if your weaker than your opponent, that first strike can determine the entire battle, thats why you make it count. In a perfect world all fights would go like that on just did. I downed him before he could draw his weapon because he wasn't fast enough. That huge sword of his doesn't allow for agility at all. Its a setback. My blade is one fifth as large as his and yet I can still down him like nothing. All because I got in the first blow."

Batsu slid his hands into the pockets of his shorts and started walking towards the hospital. "Well, I must say, you are definitely smarter than Akemi is. I'll give you that.I guess you aren't like the stereotypical Hoshigaki clan member, which is refreshing. I've encountered two of them in the academy and they were both asses. You're different than them from what I've seen. So, I see that you stand by the whole, 'don't compare me with them thing' you said earlier.. The boy then turned around and starting walking backwards towards the hospital. "Oh, by the way, I am Batsu Watanabe. Long-distance fighting is my style and I specialize in medicines and poisons. Since you are quite handy with a sword, I've been thinking of ways to assist you, so this shouldn't be too bad of a team. I just have to get used to the fact that your boob may pop out any second." Batsu chuckled a bit and looked back over his shoulder so that he wouldn't hit anyone.

Batsu made his way to the grove on the east side. The boy stopped running and started walking through the forest. The boy went in for the primary purpose of finding this Shinzu guy, but he had a side mission of his own. Plantains and aloe grew in the grove. A few of each and he'd be able to make some painkillers. It wasn't an absolute necessity, but it was better to have them and not need them than to need them and be s**t out of luck. The boy grabbed a kunai knife out of his bag and started wandering through the wooded area.

Batsu stopped and started thinking. Painkillers weren't really that important, and a little pain never killed anyone.If anything, he needed to find some type of poisonous plant or animal. However, there was no such animal in the grove. It kinda pissed him off though. One would think that it was possible to find SOMETHING of value, but it was not so. The poor boy only had five ryo to his name, so purchasing toxins was completely out of the question. Batsu let out a heavy sigh and walked into the deeper into the wooded area. He then started yelling for this Shinzu guy. He made sure to scream out the person's name periodically. "SHINZU?!?! HELLLLLOOOOO?!"

Shinzu sat up in a tree, picking his teeth clean with what had been bbq pork on a stick, well he was using the stick part to clean his teeth of the bbq pork half. He heard his name and soon saw a young boy approach, quickly grabbing the stick, and twisting it around, he threw done. It landed just in front of the boy's feet, and not moments after it left his hand, Shinzu had ahold of his Fuma shuriruken, and threw it into a tree trunk a yard in front of the boy. Shinzu jumped down from his tree, and landed on top of the Large Shuriken, his arms crossed across his chest and a crazy serious look on his face. He lean menicingly forward to the boy. "How can I help you?" He said smiling happily in one of the most anti-climatic moments, ever.
(Since I wasn't actually attacking you, I didn't see the need to mess with doing rolls lol.)

The stick landed in front of Batsu and he just casually glanced at it. The male then looked up, following the angle at which it was thrown. When he saw the source of the throw, a large shuriken came down in front of him. It was a good distance away, but Batsu didn't flinch at all. In fact he continued to stare at the boy even after he dropped down from the tree. Batsu was completely unfazed and unimpressed. The only thing that changed was his thought process. Clearly Shinzu was a hyper guy. Hopefully he wasn't TOO hyper.
Batsu linked and the hairs over his right eye moved a bit as a result. He then began speaking. "I am Batsu Watanabe, and you are a member of my team. My specialty is medical ninjutsu and archery." The boy tilted his body a little bit to show off his wooden bow and bag of arrows strapped to his back.He then tilted back to his original stance and resumed talking. "We also have a third member, Masaraka Hoshigaki." Batsu then looked off to the side and his voice hinted towards a bit off aggravation. "Bossy one she is..."

A young gypsy boy aged about 11 prowled about the grove, searching for his targets. He never usually visited the main island, having spent his entire life in the witch market, but Andou-san had asked his cousin to do a favour which naturally had been shunted onto this poor kid. Not even his younger brother who spent all of his time playing with his girl friend and not even helping around the house. Making a unnecessarily covert, insulting hand sign at a nearby bush, he stilled as he heard voices in the distance. No doubt they had heard his walking around too. Not wanting to waste any more time as he had his own things to do, the boy stepped out to meet them.
"Are you Team Natsumi? Andou-san wants to meet you because you have a mission." He naturally assumed that the genins would know Andou, because who didn't? Everyone he'd grown up around knew the guy after all.
