But again, we were not acting under the banner of Injustice International. The only time we were was in tonight's incident, where I believe it was your side that initiated hostilities.

What hostilities, then, are there to discuss being halted? We don't intend to orchestrate any attacks on you, though the reverse can't be said truthfully.

Actually we have been attacked by Injustice League members, Luthor, Joker, Scarecrow, and Slade to name a few. Slade and Crane attacked my recruits not Shield Agents. You should know as the THUNDERBOLTS we part of the Initiative, you also know that I took responcibility for the actions of mt group[ that included you Norman.
I will call the Initiative in for a complete cease fire and move my office off of the Carrier, in return unless I order an attack against your people you will leave mine alone.
If Joker kills the hostage I can not be held accountable for what happens next.
SWORD and SHIELD I can not speak for as I do not authority with either team. The Avengers will be moved back to the Mansion as they are part of the Initiative. I will temporarily move the Initiative team to the mansion as well until a Base can be made there.

That said, I like the idea of loosening Stark's leash on the Initiative, and I'll be sure to tell my people not to attack your people if you follow through on your end. If they do indeed attack you, I still cannot be held responsible. What they do on their own time is not my business. But, as a team, we will leave you at peace. Unless Stark does follow through with his ill-advised war, and you assist him, in which case, the gloves are off.

Allright, so I think we should prepare for the possibility of Stark showing up tomorrow. He claims he won't, and maybe he's telling the truth. Who knows?
If he does, he's not just gonna lay over and die. He's gonna be guns blazing. So I want the emergency generators checked, I want an EMP readied and I want super-powered personnel watching the entrance way. Now! scream

Oh and Norman your gear was never destroyed the clothing yes. Send me the bill I'll take care of it, what is not destroyed my Pym-Bots will return them to you in the morning.

New plan.
I've been up all night in the labs, manufacturing some bullets... Adamantium shells, of course. Here's the beauty - on impact, this little bastards emit somewhat sizable electromagnetic pulses... Not so sizable as to decommission our building, but more than enough to take out Stark.
If Stark shows up and turns hostile, someone pump his insides full of these. Slade and Bullseye are our ideal choices if they're around.
