Co-Ownership Agreement of Valdís

Leez0rz has the following rights:
Two of the Three breedings
OOC/IC RP

Hanging Gallow has the following rights:
One of the Three breedings
OOC/IC RP, as long as HG sends the RP link to Lee.

In the case that one of the owners disappears for more than three months without notice to the co-owner, then the co-owner may break the co-ownership and take over all rights to Valdís.

In the case of a lifemate, HG and Lee must discuss this prospect and agree 100% on the matter.

In the case of a third basket, the second co-owner is not entitled to a third basket unless both owners of the breeding agree to giving the third basket to the co-owner.

Malik's Rights

- Rights to have a say in the mate choosing process.

- Rights to annul the co-ownership
- Rights to have a say in any major plots

- Right to suggest possible mates/flings

- Rights to one basket from ONE breeding of her choice -This does include the instance if the breeding is with a fully owned member of her own herd- The ownership of the other breedings will be decided on as they come. Any third basket happenings will be voted on by both breeding owners on whether or not Storm will own the Third.

This is the co-ownership agreement for Lao Hu

I Wyntre IceBlade am co-owning Lao Hu with White Neko Chan the rules are as follows:

Breeding:
White Neko Chan will have rights to the first breeding
White Neko Chan will also have the ability to choose her Lifemate should there come a time for her to have one.
Wyntre will have rights to the second ((If there is no life mate I reserve the right to pick the Stallion))
If there is a third breeding it will be at my discretion on what happens with the baskets.
At any time we both have the right to relinquish breeding/basket rights.

Sig:
Both have Sig rights

RP:
White Neko Chan will have RP rights to Lao Hu.
White Neko Chan will have Teepee rights, and can roll her stats.
There was a discussion about personality however I fully trust her to make her come to life in the way she sees fit.

Notes:
I Wyntre IceBlade will have Teepee rights
Ability to disolve the co-ownership for any reason ((It is a very unlikely happening however)), or if there is no word from White Neko Chan in three months without prior warning.
Should Lao Hu be life mated I just ask to be told prior to it becoming final.

I Etherial Requiem am co-owning Chen Stormstout with YourxStarlessxEyes the rules are as follows:

Breeding:
- Chen will never lifemate at any time.

- Star will have rights to the first and third breeding and may choose whichever mare she wants for the breeding.

- Etherial will have rights to the second breeding and may choose whichever mare she wants for the breeding.

Sig:

Both have sig rights

RP:
- Star will have RP rights to Chen.

- Star will have Teepee rights, and can use his already existing stats in Etherial's Teepee.

- There was a discussion about personality that will need to be followed.

Notes:
I Etherial Requiem will have Teepee rights as well and the ability to disolve the co-ownership for any reason.
