Masato sat back on his behind, leaning on his hands that were placed at a gradual angle that reclined him slightly. He was bruised. Not quite the damage that Karuto suffered, but he would definitely suffer from fractures in his rib cage as well as smaller fractures on his striking points of the limbs he fought with. As he relaxed, catching his breath, Taylor would approach. His question of Masato's religous knowledge was somewhat of a newer topic that the two had yet to brush yet. Masato would nod, agreeing to tell all he knew. He would leap to his feet without any upper body assistance, standing upright. His hands would come together in a sharp clap in the center of his chest. "Chakra." he began, preparing to explain what the Monk Anji had taught him at the ruined Ninshu temple in the forest. " Chakra is meant to connect all beings in understanding. It was made in order for self understanding, understanding of others, to end conflict." He paused, staring at his conjoined hands, signifying the unity of self. He seemed to be reflecting on his personal stance. " Fighting...is my nature. I cannot deny this. Death isn't what I desire from fighting. Its self enlightenment. Perfection of myself" He paused, smiling with his usual boisterous pride. " Gramps beat that lesson into my head a hundred times. It has taken too long to sink in." His disposition was completely contradictory to his behavior only a year or so prior to the time he became a genin. The boy had come far in leaps and bounds.

Taylor felt a little lost for words. Masato had an honest answer for him. His answer though, though enlightening, did cause Taylor to inquire a bit further. "You can gain self-enlightenment from fighting?" He asked meekly. In truth, Taylor felt as though he needed to gain some self-enlightening. At this moment in time, he felt a little lost. He had to become a true ninja in order to be of better use to himself and his village. At this moment, he has been lacking because of his self-destructive ways. In order to fix this, Taylor had to truly push beyond what he knew. First things first, however, he needed to take care of Masato. "You're wounded. We should go to the hospital before I ask my favor." He said. He wished to imply that he wanted to speak further, but at the moment there were more pressing matters. As he whistled, Horus appeared. The bird landed with mighty flaps of his wings as the thunderbird looked down at Masato. "You should get on his back. It'll be faster than trying to walk there." He said as the bird nodded. When the man agreed, Taylor helped him onto the bird and two took off.

Masato would arrive just behind the would be sonic child. As he stretched arms out he would prepare himself for the tasks ahead. " Right then, it'll be quicker if I split your training." With that statement, Masato would fold his index and middle finger over his opposite hand's identical appendages. With a plume of cosmetic smoke, Masato would appear side by side with himself.
" Right. " The original said. " I'll be teaching blondie how to move like he means it!" Then an almost unnoticed pause would pass between the original and shadow clone. " ...and I will teach Zippy to...hit....stuff." The two groups would break off as Masato A & B would begin teaching the two their own independent styles up to the fourth stage. Zhi would learn the Western Burning Fists, Taylor, the After Image style. Masato would merely demonstrate a technique once, enforcing their need to carefully watch. He would not pause to show the pair any technique more than once. Best learn it the first go round!

Taylor enjoyed the race. Zhi was always so spirited. Regardless, now the boy needed to learn how to move. He started by learning how to make an after image. As Taylor side stepped, an after image formed where he was. Interesting.
Taylor used the ghost strike. He created a partial after image. The image moved with his body. It seemed useful. (Stage One of After Image Learned)
Taylor learned how to Radical Split. As he moved one way after images moved other ways. This was fun. Taylor liked this style.
Taylor next practiced how to use the fake strike. He made an after image make the strike in his place. The afterimage was intangible. He could imagine how it could confuse people. (Stage Two learned)
Taylor learned how to use multistrike. He had multiple afterimages form behind him. They all struck when he did. This was fun.
Taylor practiced the delayed strike. He learned how to make it so that the afterimage carried the attack for him. This seemed extremely useful. He needed the power to push himself further.
Taylor next learned how to make multiple arms. He had afterimages form from his shoulders. This was similar to his armor technique. Because of this, he knew how to use this attack well. (Stage Three Learned)
Taylor learned the Rising Barrage. He created one uppercut and then had his clones follow through with the attacks. Well, not clones. It was afterimages.
Taylor finally learned how to use the cicada shell. He could turn afterimages into clones. The images then worked like his clone. That was unique. Taylor liked this mechanic. (Stage Four Learned)

__ Zhi spent a short while jumping in place and cheering for her glorious victory. She was still the fastest! Masato created a clone of himself, to which she honestly had no trouble knowing which was which even if they were perfectly identical. Actually, Zhi knew that awesome technique too! Following the clone Masato's instructions with all her genius-level learning curve, Zhi would proceed to learn about this hitting stuff... stuff. She also created a shadow clone to go through all the motions with throughout the process, and to learn it better from both giving and receiving perspectives.
Zhi took her closest hand to her clone and quickly threw a punch. She aimed for the clone's face. The fast technique did as designed to mostly be a shock or stun tactic. After several repetitions she realized that the attack only held any power at higher levels of effort. Zhi took the back side's hand and threw a powerful crossing punch for the clone's midsection. The powerful technique was clearly designed for heavy damage, designed to greatly injure the opponent. When done with greater effort it would effectively do so. Zhi twisted her hips allowing her fist to stay in perfect alignment with their elbow. The evasive, yet powerful and versatile technique could be performed from the front side or back side. Like Masato showed, it was meant to be thrown around an opponent's guarding limb. Zhi would press up with her legs for her next attack. While attacking with her arm, she used her entire body to generate a powerful uppercut. The strike was aimed for the clone's jaw. Next Zhi focused her chakra and wrapped her hands up with it. The chakra would protect her hands with like a miniature wall. Additionally, Zhi found that she could punch an incoming ninjutsu. However, it would take a lot of extra effort to do so and would negate her Full Metal Jacket in the process. Double Tap required Zhi to channel chakra through her arm and enhances the speed of their jab. This allowed her to perform two jabs in the time it would take them to perform one. The chakra used for this attack would enhance her Single Action technique for the jabbing attacks. The next technique she learned from Masato's clone was Mixing Rounds. Basically, it let her seamlessly combo any pair of other lower tier techniques she'd learned. With as fast as she could be, these attacks could easily wear down an enemy with any given pair of attacks. It was a little weird that Masato would wait so long to show her an actual fighting stance to use all these techniques from. Zhi and her clone entered a stance designed to maximize their punching potential at the cost of their ability to perform any lower body techniques. She could still manage a kick if she used it awhile later or sometime before trying to punch someone from this Shooter Stance. They both took a foot and stood naturally, putting one side of their body forward while keeping their hands up in front of their head to protect themselves. After learning all these attacks, she was finally learning more about how to defend. For the Ricochet technique, Zhi took her hand and move it inward, like a cat pawing at an object. This was to parry away an incoming upper body attack. Sadly, she wouldn't be able to use this particular defending skill to parry kicks or other lower body attacks like that. The next defensive technique was less about avoiding or parrying. Instead. she was expected to just pretend she could safely take the brunt of an attack. Like hell if she was actually EVER going to use this technique. For the next attack Zhi would shift her weight while throwing their hand over their head, like they are swimming. This developed into a powerful over hand punch by the end of the motion. Her clone had a hard time properly guarding against this at first. The last of this third tier of Western Burning Fist techniques was pretty neat. This was the kind of "dodge then attack" strategy she liked most. All Zhi had to do was dodge at the last possible moment and hit the opponent while they were in the midst of realizing they missed. Then Masato showed her and her clone the Loading technique. First you had to duck out of the way of an attack. Then you really quickly came back up to dish out your own. Zhi would practice the dodging motion a few times. The clone made a few practice swings at her. After awhile the clone started actually trying to hit Zhi to make sure she had the ducking part down. The clone also got to practice the ducking evasion for a bit. In time Zhi would start practicing the next step too. She'd aim one uppercut or some other kind of punch after dodging. It really was another clunky counterattack. The next skill was actually a really interesting one. At least, that's what Zhi and her clone felt after seeing Masato's demonstration. The Protective Vest had a limited area of defense. Apparently it could not only block weaker attacks, but also refresh the user by doing so. That meant that all she had to do was time the creation of this defense just right, and the enemy wouldn't really be able to do anything. Zhi and her clone took turns trying the Protective Vest technique out. First the clone got to attack a few times. Then Zhi would practice attacking to feel the effect for herself too. Masato decided to wrap things up with what was kinda like an individual study sort of skill. Still, Zhi trusted the muscle head to help her get really good at hitting stuff. All she and her clone had to do was practice punching. Eventually even Zhi was starting to feel impressed with her punching speed. The clone clearly shared her sentiments by the expression to be noticed. They were definitely getting closer to leveling up as ninja. Now she was in one heck of a learning groove. Putting her all into the final stretch of this training. Zhi would learn the fifth tier skills of the Western Burning Fist and up to the fifth tier of skills from the Jiyūgata Senpū style. With the help of more clones, this process was completed exponentially quicker by dividing the overall effort. Finally, all that was done and over with. Zhi proved that she was indeed a quick learner. None of it was necessarily refined, yet. However, given a little more time she would be using all these skills to overwhelm anyone who thought she was just a frail little child. Well... she still sorta was, but at least now she could hit them back! "Okay! Those were some pretty neat tricks! Now what?" She was rather curious to find out what the two boys were planning to do after working up a sweat like this. Zhi already felt like she should probably take another bath, but it could wait if they were going to play some more.

Taylor felt a force overwhelm his body. This chakra was unnatural, and it was affecting his movement. When the kunai flew at him he knew his body would not react well enough to dodge it. Therefore, his right arm moved to his belt and in one proper upward swing the kunai was deflected with a parry from the sickle. As Taylor unraveled his chain Horus, who was high within the air, locked onto Zhi. Since she was in the air she would be an easier target. His majestic wings flapped as electric sparks radiated from him. The sparks took the form of multiple hummingbirds which then flew toward the girl. They would descend upon her location as they threatened to give her a bit more than a tingle.

Masato's eyes would have shifted just as he initiated the challenge. His red hues would, surprisingly find it impossible to follow the hand signs of the girl before him. He would, however, visibly notice the ambient chakra that lie over the area now, suppressing their movements. He would move his arm, feeling its sluggish state, far from the average super human base. His eyes would fall on the girl, attempting to observe any tell-tale signs of what she may be doing. None. Her hand signs were lost to him, but at the minimum he could see what the effect was that targeted the area. 'It....isn't everywhere. I can't see the chakra effecting much further outside the dojo.'
Masato would merely watch and await what would come next. He adopted a Hidden Leaf Taijutsu stance.
__ Zhi was certainly glad that the kunai didn't actually hit Taylor. She could clearly detect Horus' position even if he was flying well out of the thirty meter range of her technique. The intent in the thunderbird's attempted ambush only further energized the hyperactive genin. Like before, hand seals were completed near-instantly after the kunai had left her hands. The thematically legitimate electrical birds flew down toward Zhi but she would zip away in a literal flash just before they'd all crash into her small frame. The bolt of lightning that was her flew off in a different direction than either of the tamer pair. Masato would have to decide how he wanted to respond to the raiton technique's advance. If by chance he was also unfamiliar with jutsu itself too then he might even wonder if it was a mere projectile attack or not.

The weighted end of Taylor's chain scythe spun in his left hand. He had a plan. Horus was above, and he was below. It was time to catch both of their opponent's off guard. Taylor began. He bent his knees and lowered himself to the ground as he threw the weighted end toward Masato's left foot. Since he would have his focus on the lightning transformation aimed at him, Taylor felt comfortable in getting in this subtle maneuver. Contrary to popular belief, the attack was not actually meant to hurt Masato. His intentions instead were to pull back on the leg so that Masato would fall on his back. This would cause Zhi as a lightning bolt to fly right over him. In one way, this maneuver was a mercy. It was all in lieu of the real trick, however. As Taylor's wrap moved parallel to the floor, Horus' wings flapped. A tornado of wind picked up around Masato and Zhi. The goal was that as Masato fell and Zhi continued forward, she would collide with the tornado trap and the two techniques would be cancelled out. That should completely trip up Zhi's momentum, and without her focus he could not imagine how she could keep any techniques active.

Masato's eyes, which had been fixated on the blue haired speedster would widen as her hand signs would become invisible once more. The ambient chakra around her began to convert into active chakra as her form moved. Masato, anticipating the direct approach would begin to shift backwards. His all seeing vision would also catch a glimpse at Taylor's chain being cast towards him. Its trajectory, his muscle tension, everything about his posture said he was aiming to snare Masato's leg and drop him. " Perfect. " He murmured as he would begin weaving hand signs as he fell back, Taylor's chain scythe wrapping his left leg at the ankle and moving him safely out of the way. Wind began to pick up around Masato and Zhi, at this moment he would ignite a flame around his body. Normally, it would swirl around his figure, coating his arms and legs. However, due to the wind nature of the attack spiraling about, the flames would be drawn into the tornado trap. The tornado trap would ignite, sending a vortex of flames through the skies as Masato gripped the chain that was dragging him out of the inferno, unraveling it and climbing to his feet, continuing to roll towards Taylor.
Masato would pivot roughly ten feet from Taylor, addressing Zhi once again. It was clear she had to be dealt with first of the two. He would focus chakra into his hands, bringing them together in a might strength amplified clap. The clap would emit a powerful burst of air pressure. The air pressure would extinguish the flames Masato himself had forged, blowing everything in the direction of his clap backwards with tremendous force. This would prevent the flames from causing real damage and restrain the girl for a moment to get his baring. If she was successfully stricken, her eardrums would be affected, throwing off her equilibrium and hopefully slowing her to a manageable level. Still, Masato had to question how he would begin moving unhindered after this....
Technique Used: ○ [ C Rank ] Nenshou Tosshin [ Burning Rush ] A two-part technique that acts much like the Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu. With the same seal sequence as the aforementioned Jutsu, the dragon, ox and hare are added at the end and the technique changes from defensive to offensive. As the customary sphere surrounding the user appears to fade out, it instead sweeps back and wraps itself around the user in the elemental shape of flames at the arms and shoulders. At this, the user finds themselves temporarily invigorated. Note: This Jutsu is both defensive and offensive, both blocking attacks and acting as one itself. The secondary effect here is that the user's strength, speed, and reflexes are increased moderately for three [3] posts alongside the actual flame effects that obviously harm opponents upon contact. After three [3] posts their strength, speed, and reflexes will be decreased moderately, below their norm, for two [2] posts due to exhaustion. ○ [ B Rank ] Armageddon Clap Through heavy physical training, Masato's monstrous strength has granted him the ability to create pressure waves through a clapping motion paired with a burst of chakra. The results of the sheer impact create a pressure wave that results in a sonic boom. This pressure wave travels outward 10 feet per rank in an expanding wave motion from the clap's impact, spreading 5 feet in width per rank.This pressure wave carries the concussive force to blow an enemy back 10 feet for each rank applied, rupturing ear drums and causing hemorrhages within the ear cavities. __ Zhi's trajectory was set, but hardly restrictive. She could sense the way that Taylor's body moved, and Horus building up wind chakra with each flap of his wings. The next couple events happened almost all at once, but Zhi was confident in herself all the same. As she passed over Masato the Tornado Trap technique was set ablaze by the muscle-head's jutsu, pretty much giving her the go ahead to zap her way through the other side of the weakened fuuton technique. The lightning bolt flew out from the flames unabated only for her to abruptly end the transformation. Zhi somersaulted back to her feet and spun around to face the others in a Shooter Stance, all in one fluid motion. As she regained her composure she had been keeping tabs on Masato building up chakra before he'd clap in her direction. It wasn't a wind jutsu, but she could see the strong blast of air pressure sent her way. "Radical Good Speed..." It would throw what was left of the flames back at her with it. Jinton chakra flowed into her right arm just before it lashed out and back with a super fast jabbing motion, "Shell Bullet!!" An eight foot diameter blast of her own air pressure flew forth greatly faster than the speed of her own punching capability. It would bust a hole through the more widely spread air pressure wave to bulldoze the Uchiha, and the kusarigama wielder behind him if unavoided. Granted, the attack was more meant for close and mid range combat. The fired Shell Bullet wouldn't travel much further than where Taylor stood. It was just a matter of the two effectively blocking or evading this counterattack.
Of course, Zhi wasn't going to let off the pressure here. More Jinton chakra flowed through her as she finished the quick jabbing motion and then she was... gone in a blue blur. The girl would reappear slightly above to the left side of Taylor's body and immediately swung a kick with her left leg down onto his left shoulder while executing the running attack's motion, "Soreyaaaah!!" This Kickflip attack would translate her speed directly into an amplified amount of power, threatening to send Taylor into the ground off to his right. The Freestyle Whirlwind style was bound to become her defining means of close quarters combat, and it was because it had many momentum based attacks like this to add to her arsenal.

Taylor was torn as his chain scythe was grabbed upon by Masato. This wasn't going to be fun. Regardless, attacks were fired at them. First was the shell bullet. Taylor turned in the direction of the strike. By the way it moved it was going to go it was going to hit Masato first and then himself. He had a way to stop this, however. The first thing he did was leap over Masato. As he ascended over his mostly comrade he allowed his body to spin horizontally. With that horizontal spin he charged wind chakra into his leg and collided his kick with the shell bullet. The bullet was cancelled by the kick as Taylor landed. This attack not only worked in conjunction to stop the strike, but also allowed Taylor to wrap up Masato with one more layer of chain, since he wrapped himself up with the wrap and now he added an additional layer on top. Unfortunately, the amount of chain Taylor had was starting to severely dwindle. Meanwhile, without a chance to think, Zhi appeared to his side. The boy pushed off the ground to the right side in order to dodge the attack. The move was so fast that Taylor nearly missed it. He drifted a little bit as he landed, but held onto the chain as it kept him steady.

Masato would witness the girl that he had just taught how to strike throw several powerful strikes in response to Masato's clapping attack. The blonde child's defense had worked well. Still, Taylor, in an attempt to further ensnare Masato would attempt to spiral his chain around the man once more. Fortunately, Masato had acted just before Taylor had, causing the chain to simply twist about without an effect.
Masato would dart forward as Taylor turned his attention to dodging Zhi. Catching him on his right, the direction he had just moved to, Masato would strike. Masato would rise, four images of himself would strike Taylor upon the chin with devastating force. Each one would strike sequentially until Taylor would rocket skyward."Orrraaaahhhhhh!" The uppercut was executed with a boxer like execution, keeping his arms tucked tightly and dropping them back down against his chest once the strike would be completed. The burning effect of his fists that was still active would leave a slight singe on Taylor's chin should it have connected. Masato gritted his teeth, glaring at Taylor for the attempted chain ensnarement.
