Trey surveyed the desolate lands of Tython. There was nothing in site but ruins, yet he felt a strong connection to the place.
He meditated for a long while.
When he awoke, an archaic lightsaber sat in front of him.
He could have sworn it wasn't there before.

" Yes... Your ship is ready. And just to make the master happy...." Aron tapped his belt. A large JK droid slowly made its way in through the back from the dark. Its tenticals moved about, reaching for this and that.
" JK unit. You will guard this man. " Aron pointed to Cale.
" He will not be allowed to leave this area until i or Solms says other wise. Is that clear? "
The JK unit turned to Cale. Locking on his vitals it was not going any where. ****
The Arcane was still a ways off. Drako was busy with his... Play toys. The screams from his room filled the ship. The crew cringed as the ship made its way back.

Cale smirked at the JK droid. "So, know how to play Sabacc?" No response. "Trinsticks?" No response. "Dejarik?" No response. "Y'know this reminds me of the time me and my squad were camped out on the a** end of-" And so the space pirate began to ramble, and for over the next five hours he wouldnt shut up, five painful and agonizing hours that the JK was forced to listen to one stupid spacer story after another. And it's sanity began to deterriorate.

((If it had a sane mind to begin with.))
The palace guard began searching every nook and cranny. Masked and in uniform, they were too identical to recognise much. Every security station began waking up, looking for sliced ports, broken air vents, anything which could indicate a possible break-in.
The door opened up on Guri, as a guard walked in, rifle raised. She got ready to kill him, but the guard closed the door behind him, blaster rifle replaced with pistol.
"My name is Rook, and it appears I'm here to rescue you, mi'lady." Rook mocked, as he surveyed the screens.
"I had to pull out. this is all I could leave running that wasn't suspiscious. And what's that you are wearing?"
"Armor. Apparantly our good friends from Project Dark inherited enough from their predecessors to make it worthwhile. Not to mention, took enough usage from the Rebellion. Haven't worn this suit in years, though the helmet has been upgraded from the simple facemask."
Guri got a much better look at the rag-tag uniform consisting of belts, camoflague, and blasterpacks. She could even sworn he had a small shield generator.
"So how will you kill him?"
"With my sword at his neck," Rook replied, before tapping into the comm system.
"I managed to download this. Its a datadisk containing encrypted information on the rendezvous point for the DSA invasion fleets. I'm out of here." the assassin said, as she made way for the door.
"As you wish," Rook returned, accepting the disk. Any person she encountered along the way she easily could deal with. Her distraction should be more than enough for Rook to utilize.

(( Nice try Cale. ))
The JK powerful tentical moved swiftly around Cales mouth and shut him up. After a few seconds it made its point and let go.

One possibility did spring to Mordranna's mind. Geonosis? she thought. Well, it does seem logical, being his base of operations, and all. To be sure, she wasn't feeling too happy about returning to such a Force-forsaken world. But, then again, a one-time Sith now walking the light-side path seemed to have her back. "Angel." she hit the comm switch. "How do you feel about going to Geonosis?" "It will be dangerous, have no doubt." she added. "What with being the wacky one's main base and all. And, I have a familiarity with the detention center, allready," she continued. "You might even say that I have first-hand knowledge of it." she chuckled. "However, I can't say that Drako is the most gracious host, to be sure," she added, in a more grim, serious tone. "That said, let's see if this pirate is as good as his underlings like to boast,"
(( I don't know. Would it seem fair enough to have her come to such a conclusion? I can always fix later. ))

Cale's brow furrowed. "Ok pal, you want to play fine, I'll play. But I'm willing to bet you're not going to like it. I tend to play a little rough." Cale clenched his teeth and an audible crunch was heard as he crushed something between his back molars. Cale's eyes rolled back in his head and he fell to the floor with a thud.

Across the Stars and the vast distances of space, across the void of inky blackness, a predator awoke with a hungry roar. It tested its wings and then with a thunderclap hurled itself into the void, instinctively following a call that only it could hear....

" If that's where we need to go, then that's where we'll go. " Angel said. " I don't like the idea of going into Drako's main base areas anytime soon unless we're going in with an entire armada at our backs, but it appears we have little choice. "

Mordranna gave an uneasy chuckle in agreement. "At the very least, I'd feel a lot better with Rogue Squadron and the Lusankya in tow. But then, if this pirate kid is as good as they say he is, we should be able to manage,"
"Anyway, on my mark, let's boogie on down to Geonosis - nin nin!"

The JK unit looked down and poked the pirate. It scanned his vitals and saw he was ok. ****
The Arcane pulled out of hyperspace and made orbit. Scanning the surface it made its way down. The base lit up as the ship had come. All over droids and personal made things look their best and pulled up more droid teams.
The ship landed and Drakos personal guards walked out first. The best trained Mondos that Novara left behind. Drako walked down the plank. His skin was as gray as the ships hull and as hard and dry as it too. He walked with the guards into the base. Aron came stridding up.
" Master! SO good to see you. I have..."
" Is Cale here?! " Drako cut him off.
" Yes master.... He is in a highly guarded cell. I will take you to him master. " They walked down the dark halls. Coming to the door Drako pushed the doors open and strode to the cell.
Looking down and seeing Cale on the ground Drako slowly turned back to Aron. Aron stood his ground but shook slightly.
" Good work... Bounty hunter! " Drako looked back to the cell.
" Come here. "

Boots thudded on the cellblock floor as Kelrek Solms, accompanied by the droids someone had sent to watch him came up the hall. He spied the dark Lord and his cronies huddled around the cell of Darksun. Glancing inside he noted Cale facedown on the Floor. "About time you showed up. Wheres my pay?"

Drako turned to Solms and lifted an arm. Force choking him for a moment and letting go he grinned.
" Dont... You will get your pay... But dont act like you can say as you feel around me. Wake him. "
(( Sorry got to go. Ill be back. ))

The instant Solms felt the hands of the force compress around his neck he snapped his rifle up at the man. When it was released he shifted his aim slightly and burned Drako's minion, Aron, down, a smoking whole in the minion's head. "You clearly don't understand our working relationship." He said calmly. "I will say whatever the hell I want to say. As a courtesy, I extend to you the same freedom. But the only thing i'm going to take from you is your money. You try to command me like your bucket heads and you find yourself expendable." He motioned to the body on the floor. "This happened in your men's care. I brought him here alive and undamaged. I entrusted him to your men's care on the assumption that they could handle one Corellian pirate. What your men did to him is their fault and your concern."

Onboard the Everglow, Trey held that ancient lightsaber in his hands. It was so old, it still required a batterypack. And yet, it seemed like the shatterpoint to the whole deal. He placed it in his belt, swinging the battery pack into another pouch. He pulled out his commlink, and considered hitting 1 to call Angel. He hit 2 and established a line to Mordranna.
