Thankfully, due to the magic of this being a fictional world, Lisa's plate of bacon kept being filled up with more and more bacon as Lisa cooked up the several packs she had. They would get to Motterossa today, hopefully, so she didn't worry about having nothing to eat tomorrow. Lisa waved at all the newcomers, offering bacon to each of them, human and pokemon alike. She had little time to eat any herself, but she managed some how.

The green-haired girl was content with having people to travel with the rest of the way.
"Oyumi, did you want to stop by my hotel room with me and get a shower? After all the climbing yesterday I still need a deep-skin cleaning, and I washed up this morning. I figured you might be in a similar position."
Was that Carter?
"Carter!" Rhia called, now that the camp was beginning to stir to life. The sun was rising fast, and Rhia stood.
"I need to finish packing. Carter, are you riding with us again today?" She called before she headed back to wrap her sleeping roll and gather her bag. She smiled at Lisa and snagged a few pieces of bacon on her way. "Thank you!"

@Campfire Group Laughing as the pancake was pulled off her head, Meeka smiled. "Please to meet you! Name's Meeka!" Meeka chuckled again at Kayla and nodded her head, throwing two more into the pan. "Aha, more on the way than!" Turning towards Danny, Meeka nodded her head. "Sort of. I raise em' as they come and well . . . if they want to stay, they do. I guess that's just the life of a breeder, anyway. Hehe!"
In no time at all (as time waits for no person or unlucky prisoner), Meeka set out a large stack of pancakes. "Dig in. They might be a little tough but I think you guys can work around that~." Avella came soaring in from the left dropping a bag and canteen full of water and supplies as Terri ran in with another yawn. Hey, they wanted breakfast too.

There was a brief 'hmm?' as Oyumi paused her work, halfway through a bite of her granola bar. After a moment, she turned to look at Lumina and swallowed her mouthful.
"It's kind of a long story. I found him in the Saxukai Desert a while back. He'd passed out from dehydration. I kind of saved his life, and he's been with me ever since."
After a moment, she shifted to absently pat Fuutarou's leg, and the Pokemon shifted slightly into the touch.
"He's been a real lifesaver with helping me multitask."

"Stopping by your hotel room would be wonderful. I can rough it with the rest of them, but a shower is always good," Oyumi said to Rhia, absently motioning towards her hair. "I'd hate to end up with dusty hair, you know? It might stain or something."

Kitsune Mistress Nyoko @DHS, Rhia, & Anyone Who Wants To Lul At A Funny Sight:It wasn't much longer before Oyumi realized that now was probably the best time to eat a quick meal and put on some sunscreen. It was that thought that spurred her to dig through her pack long enough to drag out some spray-on sunscreen and a few granola bars.
Sure, it wasn't the healthiest breakfast, but it would work.
She went to work ripping one of the bars open with her teeth while spritzing some of the sunscreen onto the exposed portions of her arm. Seeing her struggle, Fuutarou came to her aid. The bar was opened psychically, leaving Oyumi's hands free to work the sunscreen into her pale skin. It was times like this she was grateful for the Mewtwo. Something as simple as keeping a granola bar hovering in front of her face so she could eat it and make sure she didn't fry in the sun went a long way with her.
But it certainly made for an amusing sight for everyone else.

Kiyo groggily rose from his sleeping bag still looking quite ready to be asleep. He wasn't exactly a morning person. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes, mumbled a few good mornings to the people around him and took a quick trip to behind a friendly tree to relieve himself. Around this time he was finally more awake than asleep so he was looking more cheerful.
"But man...Do I stink!" he muttered to himself, wrinkling his nose at the smell of his body. He still felt the dirt about his body, but he decided there'd be time for a shower when the group reached its destination. Until then, he settled with a wet wash cloth to clean about his neck and face. Once that was done, he headed off to see Claret.
"Hey girl!" he called out to the Ponyta. It neighed back looking happy.
"You hungry?" Kiyo asked. Claret nodded and without waiting, dug into Kiyo's coat pocket where all of his Pokeblocks were being held.
"Well, that's nice..." The magician glanced down at the hole where his pocket used to be. He looked back up at the Ponyta, his expression looking acerbic.
"For your sake, there had better be a seamstress or tailor in the town!"
Claret whinnied in what seemed to be a mocking way and continued chewing on her pokeblocks and piece of jacket.

Snookie came barging in with a gleeful look on his face. "Booow~! (Breakfast!)" He crashed his bottom onto the ground and grabbed a 5 pancakes at once and started to stuff it in his mouth.
"SNOOKIE! Where are your manners?! Back at home?!" Kayla was mortified before attempting to help cook to replace those that Snookie takes.

Ezekiel started to make some coffee and some breakfast, yawning widely. His eyes seemed to close on him every few seconds, and right when he was about to fall asleep again, he startled and shook himself awake. "Cooooffeee...."
Velasco sat on ezekiel's shoulder, eyeing a piece of bacon on the frying pan but at the same being the alarm o'clock of the researcher. There wasn't much of an alarm, tho, he just pecked his head or bit his ear to keep him awake. The murkow will be happy when they were back home, where the coffee machine was set to already having hot coffee made by the time Zeke woke up.

Rhi: Carter rolled up his sleeping back and affixed it to the back of Owen's saddle, strapping it tightly with the bungee chords. He had begun whistling a small tune while packing up the remainder of his mess packet when a familiar voice reached his ears. He straightened up and grinned over at his friend. "Sure thing!" He called back.
Patting Owen he nudged the beast in the direction of Rhi and Oyumi, "Bacon?! Where'd you get that?" He had opted for a quick breakfast and just the sight of bacon was causing him to salivate slightly. "Man just my luck, I slept through a good breakfast."

 Kacen excused himself from Oyumi and Rhia's company, wandering back to his little camp spot with Gwend. Zippo was up and grazing a little now and he patted her on the side and he passed.
He bent and grabbed his hoodie, sliding into it and putting his hood up. He adjusted his outfit and then knelt to roll up his sleeping bag. Everything he clasped to his bag and tucked together, making it as compact and easy to carry as possible. Life was made easy when you could spare any trouble carrying your bag, as he'd learned long ago.
He hefted the pack onto his back and then walked back to Zippo to lead her to the wagons. He strapped her all up, made sure she was happy, and played games with her and Gwend, ready to be on his way. He was sure Rhia and Oyumi would be ready soon as well, and soon after that, the whole caravan would probably be prepared to be on it's way.
He blinked, watching Oyumi and Fuutarou, and couldn't help but crack up. There was nothing like floating breakfast and sunscreen to make the day complete.

After another quick sip, Corn was feeling fine again. With a hint of laughter in her voice, she assured the girl, "S'alright, s'alright. I'm fine. Startled me, was all." Clearing her throat one last time, she offered an hand to shake and introduced herself. "My name's Corn. Or Con, if you prefer. I've got a lot of nicknames."

"That's so sweet," Lumina purred, loving to hear the backstories, "Though, a desert? Can't say I've ever been to one. Doesn't sound terribly fun though." She gave a light laugh.

Turning back to the other trainer, "He's still asleep. I kept an eye over him throughout the night so the healers could get some rest, but he hasn't so much as twitched. Probably really out of it, seeing all that happened." Lumina sighed, "Hopefully we can get him to the hospital in town today. Worried about how he might do in the heat."

Lisa's attention was drawn from frying bacon to the genetic pokemon and its trainer. She shuddered unconsciously, but tried to appear as nonchalant as possible. The sunscreen application did remind her that she had to put her own on, but she was just so entranced by the Mewtwo that she just didn't move. If really crispy bacon was more your style, this next batch would be about perfect as it fried and sizzled, neglected by Lisa.
