I can't believe you can't see it... it's right there hanging on every word you say when you say that the seals have no loop holes. I can't ruin the big surprise, but you can find the loop hole that's too late to close.
Oh, and I believe I have a legit jutsu that can negate your remote control over the jutsu, it wouldn't do anything to stop you if you were there with the person, but it would keep you from activating from long distance... not gonna tell you that either, but I'm fairly certain you can put the pieces together eventually.
As for the long distances well you can try, but you will fail because you still dont know all there is to these seals. Till I actually use this no one will either. Cept a certain individual.I can guarantee that you have over looked something huge, and that I can stop you from communicating directly with the seals over a long distance. Guarantee! But... you can just sit here and think that your seals are fool proof instead of finding the two loop holes that I and Ciara have already found. They are actually extremely simple, they involve something that no seal is immune to and something that only guys like Kirama can manage. Spanglish: Tu es muy crazy

and Jazz you do realize the seal was based off of the way lust was sealed in you correct? The fact that it is double sealed was mentioned anyways in your office to Ciara. So that takes care of many of the possible loopholes with in it. But then again you still havn't seen this jutsu just yet anyways. But soon you shall. DUN DUN DUN!!!
