Looks like SmashNess was right.
Negative Zone huh? This FS just got twenty times more useful. Apparently, the Luigiyuken is as powerful as the Puff's rest in Melee.

I'd like to take a moment to reinterate the Dojo post. From now on, no one disparages Luigi. Instead, do indeed go with stuff like "everyone’s favorite man in green". =P
Wow, are they really trying to sell Luigi as the poster boy for the Smash Bros. series?
