[Disarm Check: Roll [16] + Dex mod [1] + Disarming weapon bonus +8 = 25]
[25 VS 1d20+Str Mod Seeing as you can't beat it unless you got a nat 20 I'm gonna post as if I succeeded]

Akemi placed his hands in front of him, exclaiming "Whooooaa!!! Teammates shouldn't fight eachother, they should work together." Then he silently thought to himself, 'besides Batshit, I'd beat you to a pulp.' He stared at the kid and said, "You need to get your head checked if you even think pulling a weapon on your teammate is okay you ******** psycho. Your going to get somebody killed if you keep letting your rage consume you." He reached back and pulled the chain from his blade off his back, tossing it towards Batsu and yanking the kunai out of his hand. "And if you don't get help I'll teach you the way my father taught me." There was a long pause. "Meditation really helped me Batsu, maybe it can do the same for you. We can't have you become a liability before we even start." He looked away with a smug grin on his face.

He lifted his chain and pulled up the kunai. He smelled it like a flower. "Tell me Batsu, will fighting me humble your soul? I can withstand any punch you can throw at me if that will bring you peace my friend."
Akemi continued to look away from Batsu with a smug grin on his face.

((9 + (-1) = 8 vs 25 Fail))

Batsu stared Akemi down with a look of disdain. He TRULY hated the guy, but from the look of it, he was here to stay.... and for once Akemi was right. If the squad was gonna have a chance of survival, he would have to put his issues aside. The question is if the other would heed his own words and keep this charade going. Batsu knew who Akemi really was and unless the Hoshigaki had some type of personality disorder - which was looking like he did- then this type of behavior was unbecoming.

The boy crouched down a bit as he spoke to Akemi. ""It's funny how you just called me out on being a liability. Shinzu and I got along well. The only reason why I got upset was because you are and have always been a problem. ... and don't think for a second that I don't see past this little game you are playing. If you think for one second that you can play me like a toy then it will be game over for you. Try me, Chum Bucket." Batsu continued to keep a watchful eye on Akemi. One thing that would never change about him was his unpredictability.
PostPosted: Sat May 07, 2011 7:03 pm

Akemi let out a deep hardy laugh from the bellows of his soul, "Hahahahahahahahaha aaaaaaa ... Batsu batsu batsu ... Always so defensive. You younger lot amuse me in your pathetic ignorance, which is why I as the eldest shall be this teams leader in the absence of our squad leader and I shall lead you forward towards glory, AND VICTORY!" He turned back towards Batsu and pointed at him, "If you must prove how inferior you are to my elder wisdom Batsu, then I dare you to come at me. However, should you betray our close knit friendship with an attack I shall not forgive you, and will instead mercilessly pound your buttocks into the muddy ground where we stand, leaving you cold, dirty, and full of shame. Perhaps then you will know young one, that great men, such as myself, lead great lives, and everyone else shall fall to my wayside with their weak, fleshy, bodies." He looked at Batsu more seriously and said, "Besides, the air is moist and its a beautiful day. We wouldn't want to ruin that would we?" His mind remained locked on what his father had told him, this quarrel with Batsu made him weak, and anything that made Akemi weak needed to be removed. If Batsu couldn't keep his temper Akemi would have to remove Batsu.

He looked down at the fleshsack before him and said, "Your small game Batshit, and as fun as it is to swat at a mosquito like you, I have better ways to waste my time. I have a goal, and I won't let your pathetic jealousy weigh me down and keep me from my dream. Do you understand?" He pulled the sword off his back and inserted the bandaged wrapped blade into the mud. "This is your last chance, if you want to fight me, do it, but regardless of the outcome this is it. Your anger towards me is a danger to us as a team, and I'm trying not to let it come to this, but if a fight is what it will take to knock some sense into you so be it, OR ..." He pulled a crumpled piece of paper from his pocket and said, "We can work as a team and learn some more jutsu before we actually get a mission. Your choice, grow the ******** up, or keep acting like a kid. I made my decision, make yours." He just stood there in the mud, holding the crumpled paper and watching Batsu closely. If he decided he wanted a fight his blade was only an arms length away and there was an explosive tag ready to go in his right pants pocket. He added one last statement. "This isn't the academy any more. We are real ninja now and the time for play is over. I won't stop until the village allows me to wield the original Samehada. That is my goal, to be a great swordsman. What do you want from life Batsu?"

Batsu tried to stay as calm as possible, though Akemi was becoming more of a nuisance than anything. Apparently Akemi wasn't smart enough to realize that Batsu HATED him and the only thing that would change that was for the two to just stay away from each other. The boy raised an eyebrow at the fact that he became a self-appointed leader. As far as he was concerned, he rather follow a monkey than follow Akemi. At least he'd be happier that way.

The young male decided that Akemi was somewhat right in the sense that he had to at least somewhat tolerate everyone in order to be successful. On the other hand, Akemi forcing himself upon everyone was not the way to make Batsu like him. "Look, you are right. I do have to work on myself in order to be successful. But I do not accept you as a team leader, nor do I appreciate the fact that you are forcing me to like you. I don't want anything from you." He looked down at the pap;er in his hand signifying that he didn't care to now what the contents were. The boy then looked back up at Akemi and just stared. He refused to divulge anything about his personal life to the Hoshigaki. As far as he knew, it would be used against him later. Akemi was not to be trusted.

Akemi looked down at Batsu, "And what? You think your a better leader than me? You can't even see the forest through the trees you little piece of s**t. You have the self awareness of a flounders blindside. Quit acting all high and mighty and realize that it was a joke already. Honestly, I try to do you a favor and you spit in my face." He tossed the piece of paper at Batsu and let it fall to the ground. "Your an ungrateful brat. Come see me when you grow up, I'll be training." He grabbed his sword and pulled it from the ground, he flung the sword outwards, tossing the mud away from him and then mounting the blade on his back once more. "I swear to ******** god kid, your going to die alone." He exited the grove, leaving the paper behind with the words 'Genjutsu Release' written at the top.

Batsu didn't care what Akemi had to say about him.All he knew was that Akemi was pissed, which made him happy ina demented way. The boy knew how to push the other's buttons and it never failed. Batsu had the upper hand when it came to Akemi and it made him feel as though he was, in fact, better in a sense. Nevertheless, Batsu crouched down at the piece of paper and picked it up. He read the contents and come to find out, Akemi was trying to help out and Batsu's face turned up. The boy was feeling really bad for treating Akemi so bad.

The boy took the slip of paper and slid it in his bag. The boy then looked around frantically to see which way Akemi went. He didn't really pay attention to the other and kinda wished he had. Batsu had to go and apologize to him and try to make amends. The young male ran in the direction that he thought Akemi would go and he screamed out his name hoping to catch him.

"Akemi?!?! AKEEEEMIII!!!"

Raikane nearly stumbled over an uprooted tree as he first came into the grove. He continued walking a little ways into the grove further and further. He stopped just short of where he'd get lost if he went any farther. He looked around and found a suitable spot to open the scroll and lay it flat. He read the first jutsu; Bunshin no Jutsu. Rai focused on his chakra. He pictured everything in his head about himself. How he looked. His clothes. Everything. He made the handsigns and opened his eyes. Standing in front of him was an image of himself. He went to touch the projection and as his hand went through the image it shimmered until it was no more.

Rai shivered with delight as he watched the clone disperse. He felt odd though. It was missing something. Something he couldn't quite say what. A feeling pasted over him. It was a successful clone but something was off. It held a face of no emotion. It was just a picture come to life. A shiver of something else went through his body. He pushed the thought out of his head. "Do I always look that cold and harsh? . . . No. It was just a defect." He shook his head and clear the thoughts that began to arise once more. He focused and when he opened his eyes a clone was standing in front of him this one had a little more life to it and actually smiled. The cheeks were a little more red then the last. A touch of warmth he thought. He jumped into the air and went to kick the image expecting to hit something but his legs went through the image. He fell crashing onto the under growth that laid beneath his feet.

Rai felt the lush grass underneath his coat and pants. He slid his hands through the grass and plucked a hand full. He laughed as he slowly let the grass drift from his grasp. "That one had a little more attitude. As well as life look to it. No wonder why people assume that they are real. I suppose though that there is always a way to tell huh?" He slowly sat up and made the handsigns. He closed his eyes once more picturing everything. When he opened them they were fixed upon a mirror image of himself. He smiled and the clone smiled back. He was feeling a little weak but his spirits were high he went to high five the clone with all his might and remembered to late that it couldn't actually touch. He stumbled and tried to stay upright but his body went through the clone. He laughed once more as he fell rather softly on his butt, the grass providing a plush cushion.

(resting)
He watched as the last bits of the remaining images wavered out of place. He smiled feeling a tad bit weak. The sky seemed ever more inviting as he turned his gaze upward and laid back onto the grass. The trees covered most of the sky but the bits he did see were nice. He smiled and looked at the clear air. The mist never reached that deep into the grove so he considered it becoming his favorite place. He watched the trees and leaves above him. A single leaf slowly drifted down from the canopy high above. He watched float down gracefully with all its twists and bends. The leaf became closer and closer the more he watched it. He extended his arm and reached out his hand to grab it. His hand clutched around nothing as the leaf danced out of his grasp. He held his arm still as the leaf lightly drifted down onto his chest.

(rest)
Rai fingered the leaf on his chest a little. He pushed it from side to side. He lightly picked up the leaf and twirled it between his thumb and forefinger. He was rather at ease just looking at the leaf. He smiled as he spun it between his fingers once more. The sound it made almost made him burst out with laughter. Why? He had no idea. He rolled over on his side and looked around for anyone. No one in sight. He jolted up right to the sitting position. He looked around franticly, trying to remember which way he had taken to lead him here. The trees all looked alike. He had a moment of panic. He didn't know what to do. He heard a dull thump that slowly grew louder the more the blood rushed into his ears. His heart beat raced. He bit his lip not knowing what to do. He looked down at his hand and noticed the leaf. From there he was able to rewind and remember which way was which.

Rai placed the leaf on the inside of his neck band. He felt calm with that touching him. He remembered his training and continued. He pulled at the chakra within himself and made the hand signs. He closed his eyes and pictured everything about himself. His hair. His coat. All of his clothes. His emotions he put into it as well. When he opened his eyes a duplicate of himself was standing there before him. Raikane looked and circled the image to make sure it was as close as possible. This one he was truly proud of. "Well it will be better with practice. I still have not mastered the Jutsu yet but I will shortly. " He smiled at himself and the image smiled back. He almost laughed. Did he really look like that when he smiled? He held back his laughter and looked away. He sat on a stump and wiped the sweat that was beginning to glisten against his skin.

Rai felt too lazy to stand up for the next technique he had to do. He stifled a yawn the best he could behind his hand and stretched out. "No. . . I have to do this. I have to prove to that teacher person that he was wrong about me. I am not going to stop here. I only need a few more tries to master this jutsu." He focused all he could as he made the hand signs. He watched as a clone slide off of himself down onto the stump. He had never seen it before so he was rather shocked to see it. An image of himself pulling away from his body is not something he normally saw, or ever for that fact. His face broke into a grin as the other image smiled back. He held out his hand and the clone gave a high five as the contact shattered the clones reality as well as body. Rai watched the image fade away.

Raikane smiled and stood up. He thought that it was the second best clone he made. It was one of the most vivid and sharp clones hes made yet. He hoped all his training would be like this. He walked over to the other side of the stump and began to wound up the scroll he had placed there. He smiled at the scroll reading the last little bit. Bunshin no Jutsu. His smile grew as he wound it up fully and tied it close. He put the scroll into his pocket and began walking out of the grove. This time not tripping over every little rock and stick; or in his case an uprooted tree. He smiled and patted the tree as he walked passed it. He slid his hand along the bark as long as possible not wanting to let go of the fawn memory of human verses nature. He began to turn and walked backwards holding onto till the last possible moment. When his hand let go he spun around quickly and walked face first into another tree. He fell to the ground with a thump rubbing his nose and looked at the uprooted tree. "Well played tree. . . " He gathered himself up and headed back to town.

Batsu's left eye shot closed as the pain and shock was damn near unbearable. Who know that Akemi would be so weak mentally that he'd end up attacking. Batsu groaned and opened his eye back up. Okay, he'd HAVE to fight back or else he'd end up dead. Batsu, stared back into Akemi's eyes and muttered, "Magen... Narakumi no Jutsu" In that instant, Batsu shot a genjutsu attack at his now-foe. He was beyond mad... he was PISSED.
Quote:

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)

This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.
