[So how would I use this tire that Eevee apparently has?]

As Six and Snover were walking by in the forest, he felt a slight shift of wieght from his belt.

He looked down and saw a pokeball missing. It was literally floating fight passed them. One thing that he saw was a red zig-zag line.

The pokeball soon turned facing toward them with the button facing them. There was something familiar about that one pokeball.....!!! It was Snover's!!!

"What the..?!"

"Is it just me or do you see it too Snover?"

Snover was staring at the floating pokebal. It was odd how it would float on it's own, but then there was that red wave of zigzags. Hmmm....surely it was a pokemon, obviously, but which one would have...

Before Snover could finish his thought, the button was clicked on the pokeball recalling Snover.

"What?!?! Snover!!! Who are you!? Show yourself!!"

Six noticed that the vicinity around him was changing color. The sky, the ground, He then noticed the appearence taking color. It was a Kecleon.

This wasn't no ordinary Kecleon. No, this one was larger, the spikes on his head were sharper, and his claws were longer than most of an average Kecleon.

On the upside, he did obtain a second pokemon. Now would be the time to use him. He never thought it would reserve to this. Now would be the time to use his Eevee. Now would be the time to test his new pokemon.

He took out the other pokeball with the Eevee in it. He tossed it up in the air and called out the cute fox-like pokemon.

"All right Eevee, time to show me what you can do!"

Along with the Eevee came a surprise. The Kecleon would surely recieve a blow to his head from a tire that came out with the Eevee, knocking the Kecleon back.

Now how am I suppose to coordinate with this damn tire in the way? Six thought.

Carmine would be sent tumbling back, the first time she had hurt him and it left quite the dent...and he had a feeling that he had only felt but a drop of her abilities. Mew wasn't a legend for no reason...they were strong pokemon - Rare, small, but strong. And thus, he couldn't afford to take any more risks like that...

But...as she came at him once more, it was almost the perfect chance. He brought his foot back as he moved to the side at the same time, though he had yet to sweep. No, he would wait for her and her bubble to hit the ground, and then he would land his kick.

Back when he was younger, he and some other forest children sometimes played kickball. Well, a modified version of course, using the biggest and roundest Aspear berry they could find. They'd hollow it out and stuff it with grass, and that was a ball. And this bubble, it was just like that, just bigger...and bigger meant it was easier to kick!

He aimed to kick the Mew away, or even burst that bubble, as he prepared to counter with his Low Kick!

He had been sitting and singing atop a log, and the girl thought he was unique, so after Impromptu beat him up a bit she was able to catch him with ease. ((Oh, darn, got so excited I didn't look at the other rolls... <_< ))

((And I can't recall her either ><))

((Alrighty...))

[Oh no you don't you miserable little pincushion!!] Lindbergh yelled aloud as she saw the thing coming... her fangs beginning to smoke as she yelled!

No... not smoke. Vapors. Ice vapors! Gathering in her teeth, she couldn't have lunged at the bug... but now, as the Joltik leader leapt right at her, she could use her maw, her fangs... as she would lean out, wide open, biting down, she hoped to give something the bug COULDN'T swap out of, as her fangs would gnarl down, and look to inject the bug with a whole full doage of her Ice Fang!

She might not be able to freeze the bug, but to certainly give him something to think about attacking again!

And Burnout... he looked to the other Spinarak... neither would back away... [We were told you would only be safe by catching this Joltik!]

[If you're going to stand there, you'll get in the way, you need to get back!]

He thought... then finally, fired his Heatwave... but not directly at the Spinarak, at the ground, he hoped to make a barrier between them all, stop the two from getting in the way and seperate them all instead of a simple head on attack!

He could only hope he aimed right and not right at them!

((I'll be honest with you. The Tire doesn't actually do anything. ))

The Tire would knock the Kecleon back, more due to the shear surprise of seeing a tire in this place then anything else. Where did the kid even find such a thing!?

Snapping his beak like mouth rather sharply in annoyance, the Kecleon's form would shift, the colours rapidly blending to match the surroundings. Again the Pokemon was invisible...all save for the red-stripe running along it's stomach and the Pokeball held in one claw.

It was the standard defense for one of his race. You couldn't properly hit what you couldn't entirely see.

[So then I wouldn't be able to use it to my advantage in battle, because of it being useless?]

The Eevee would shake his head flapping his ears. He was ready for his first battle, a very challenging battle.

"Ready for your first battle Eevee? Im going to need your help in getting back Snover's pokeball."

>"Okie dokie. Let's do this!!!"<

"Focus on the red zigzags as your target. It can't completely camouflage itself."

"Let's start out with a Tackle attack."

The Eevee would dart off with it's hind legs and charge at the Kecleon. Hopefully, this battle would turn out well.

((Not to your actual advantage no. You could post using the tire for various things, but it wouldn't better or lesson your odds of anything.))

Miraculously the Eevee would miss. Of all the odds, it would miss the Kecleon entirely, passing between the Normal-Type's legs as he made the faintest hop into the air. It was a simple defense; but simple movements were enough when you were invisible.

Twisting around, the Kecleon's would come back into plain sight, lunging at the exposed back of the Eevee with his sharp claws. He would make sure to give the adorable little Pokemon a good Scratch!

The Purrloin sneezed mid-air, his claws missing the Deerling entirely as he struck the ground ">And who said I was?<" The cat retorted. He'd started this battle with underhanded tricks, and he wasn't about to fight without them. Nice guys always finished last, and in this place that meant death. First was the only option, by any means necessary!

">Lets see how good your aim is in the dark little lady<" The Pokemon purred, sweeping his tail through the dirt and kicking up an all encompassing cloud. He couldn't see her, nor would she able to see him. Scent would get one no more then a nose full of dirt. Unfortunately for the herbivore, this particular predator knew the forest like the back of his paw!

Darting left, the feline made his way into the bushes with hardly a sound. Stealth was a Purrloin's best friend. It was all about what you could do before they even noticed you were there, and then distracting them from it once they had.

[19 - 16 ] + [8 - 7 ] = 4 Damage

[10 - 4 ] = 6 Hp Left

>Even though I'm not familiar in this forest... it doesn't mean that I'm completely useless< The Deerling closed her eyes. Maybe if she dug deep into concentration... she might, just might hear a noise or a sign from the Purrloin.

Carefully listening to the atmosphere, Ami charged forward. There were many bushes, but one of them had to have the feline hiding behind it! And if she chose correctly, whether by instinct or by sense, she would hit him with a Tackle attack once more!

So far the battle didn't start out quite right. The Tackle missed completely. Well what did Six expect, to majorly damage the invisible creature in one blow?

Well that would be nice, just like how Snover did with the Vullby. Thinking about the past wouldn't sincerely change anything that's happening right now. Right now he would had to focus.

After the attack, Eevee got Scratched by the Kecleon's large claws. This Kecleon was no joke. Just look at it. Well technically you couldn't, but this Kecleon was not normal. It was rather large than a usual Kecleon.

"Come on Eevee! I know you have it in you!! We can take this Kecleon down! Just focus!!"

"Try again! Use Tackle!"

Eevee recovered from the attack quickly. He then once again focused on the red wave of zigzags and charged once more at the Kecleon hopefully doing some damage this time.

(19 - 16) + (8 - 7) = 4 DMG

Purrloin HP:
6

Again the Deerling would successfully plow into the Purrloin's side. This was starting to seem like a little more then just poor luck on his part.

With the Deerling so close, the Purrloin would fall back on instinct at this point. Claws slipping out of his paws, he would begin to flail about and scratch at the fawn in the hopes of doing even the smallest bit of damage!

((I've warned you a half-dozen times about you not being ready for a counter...and now you're going to pay the price for ignoring that again.))

(10 - 7) + (13 - 11) = 5 x 2 (Failed-Counter) = 10 DMG

Eevee HP:
9

The boy had made a fatal mistake then, an act of of recklessness which would cost him dearly. The Kecleon's claws had not yet found purchase, his attack had scarcely begun. So it would be the Trainer had jumped the gun on his command, and as the Kecleon's claws came down they would bite deep into the Eevee's flesh, easily and without resistance. By calling another attack so soon, the boy had robbed his own Pokemon of a proper defense against the assault.

His claws wet with the Eevee's blood, the Kecleon would retreat, disappearing as he had before.

[Counter-Attack]

[When a Pokemon attacks during their defense turn, it is called a Counter-Attack. Countering gives the Pokemon the opportunity to deal additional damage against the opponent, but should it fail the Pokemon will have no defense set up to resist their opponents blow.]

[A failed Counter-Attack results in x2 the normal damage. Additionally if used twice or more in a row, the Pokemon will take 2 DMG out of exhaustion.]

Luck is in fact a skill... it wasn't just the the physical strength that counted the most. >Are you getting tired? I can stop if you want< She neighed. And as she said that, Ami started to swerve from side to side to avoid the sharp claws that hadn't managed to land a blow yet...

Perhaps Mei would consider adding him to the team they have yet to start building...

The Purrloin would hiss loudly in annoyance. This little girl had the luck of the devil, and no outlaw with half a brain danced with the devil if they could help it. One seldom lived through the experience.

Claws digging into the dirt, the Purrloin would dart backward, scrambling up the trunk of a tree and into the branches above. She couldn't hit him from up here right? Not unless she did something crazy like running into the tree itself...he was pretty sure a Deerling couldn't climb at least...

With deep consideration and thought, Mei took the idea of catching this Purrloin. Perhaps he would prove to be a strong pokemon after some training... and also leave behind his ways of stealing from others.

She nodded her head in acceptance of this idea and pulled out a pokeball. Focusing her eyes on the feline, she quickly changed positions. She would have to throw it far and high in order for the pokeball to even touch the Purrloin...

And with a quick twirl of her fingers, she threw the pokeball towards the Purrloin with as much strength and power she could possibly muster inside of her left arm. "Go pokeball!"

The ball would rather promptly bop the Purrloin directly in the nose, drawing the purple furred feline deep within the sphere's confines. Rolling out of the tree, the ball would strike the ground. Once there it would shake back and forth as the cat fought violently to free himself.

Back and forth the ball would rock, the button at it's center blinking red.

Finally the ball would cease it's movement. Mei had succeeded, she'd gone and caught her first Pokemon!

(12 - 2 + 8 - 11 = 7dmg)

The attack would hit, and not only did it hit ...it would actually cause the pokemon to flinch. The move stopping the Joltik in it's trap ....as the female Spinarak's attack would miss with the distraction of those flames coming up before her. Though the Gligar would hit, and when she hit something strange would happen on the field ...the Joltik would flinch. The male wouldn't make another move to attack as he went still, and his limbs shivered from the cold and the pain of the bite.

It was the first time every that he had flinched or seem capable of it as the female Spinarak would quickly get back in front of him. Of course, Burnout's intentions were pure, but, he hadn't spoke in their language had he?

The Spinarak that he was asking the aid from never understood him as they both rushed to defenses of the leader once more. Covering him in his own defense ...even as the Heatwave died down. The move not touching either one since that was his desire, but for the moment keeping them from stopping the what the gliscor had plan.

They were so close now, but close wasn't going to be enough.
