" Twenty eight, twenty nine and thirty. That's the last of them. " Volgen said as the last of the crying children walked into the cargo bay holding cells.
The large door to PR1M3 closed slowly. The cries of the children grew louder until the door slammed shut. Years of doing this made him numb. The cries fell on deaf ears as he walked to the turbo lift to the ship. Walking in he looked through his visor to the surrounding area. No fires, no dead bodies, nothing. Just empty buildings that he cleared out. For what?
" Nothing but profit old bean. " An old Rutian Twi'lek said as he walked into the lift standing next to him.
" Give it a rest Gray. I don't want to hear it. I know why we do this... " The lift shot up. Getting off Volgen turned to his right and walked to the bridge. Gray followed as he gave orders to the crew.
The ships engines kicked as the ship slowly lifted off the ground. With one motion of his hand the ship blasted up into orbit.
" Nakara will be happy with this many yes? " Gray said as he tapped into the controls for warp speed.
" Nakara is never happy with any thing. He is happy when every thing is dead or dieing. " Volgen said taking out a small flask. He took a drink and motioned for Gray to carry on.
" Yes... To Nakara Industries it is. " (( By the by... where is that? ))

"Understood," Jakar said. He deactivated his lightsaber and bowed from habit, then parted the room and set his destination to the mentioned quarters.

Rook stood over the dead scientist, letting her rage cool to a simmer before turning away. She could understand the reasons behind a great many things, but men like these scientists she could never comprehend. There was honor in battle, something beautiful to be found amongst the horrors of war. But there was nothing here that she could look upon with anything but contempt.
As she started to exit the room, something slammed into her from behind, knocking her against the wall. She turned, and to her amazement, saw the scientist that she had just shot swinging at her, a gaping hole still in his chest. Taking advantage of her surprise, he knocked her weapon out of her hand and tried to claw at her throat. What little protection she had around her neck kept him from ripping out her throat, but it couldn't protect her for long.
Kira dodged to the side and rolled, coming up behind one of the medical tables. The scientist bared his teeth at her, showing two canines longer than the rest, like fangs. He leapt over the table, colliding into her and knocking them both to the ground...

Marie watched him leave, then motioned in the men waiting just outside the door. The new kid was kinda cute, and even quite talented, for one so young. She hoped he managed to stay alive long enough to put some of his skills to good use.
The men were some of her agents, men she fought with in days past and now worked with to bring a better future to the people of Lyra. They carried a message from Marr, and left the room after delivering it so that she could view it in privacy...

Pulling out of warp Volgen saw the planet he had seen so many times before. Iskalloni, the borgs. He didn't mind their company only because they were so like him.
" Send a comm message to... Oh just do your job Gray. I am going to get the cargo ready. " Volgen stood and cracked his back and walked out.
Before getting to the lift Gray stopped him.
" Some thing is troubling you old friend. Many a cycle I have known you and you don't just change in a day. " He walked into the lift with Volgen.
" ... Nakara. Its been a while since I have spoken with him. The only creature I have ever met with such power. Only creature I met that I feared. Not easy to get close to a man like that... and I am not talking about killing him. "
" You miss you father. " Gray said not making eye contact.
" ... No... Maybe. Forget it Gray. We will talk about this some other time. I have things to do. " Volgen huffed out of the lift as the door shut Gray shook his head.
" A Sith is not what you are young master... " The lift took him back to the bridge.

"You shouldn't give them more to repair than they have to, especially on a test flight like this," Ritt casually stated, coming behind his apprentice. "First rule of being a pilot is make sure the ground crew like you. Now come with me."
He pulled her alongside him with his arm, and nudged the poor girl to fall in step. He wasn't used to this, but there had to be stuff to be done. And he did have responsibilities too. It took him several strides to even look up and summon some breath, but he managed to get the topic going.
"This might sound odd, coming from me. But don't get too hasty out there and try to outdo more than you can handle. I like the fact you've got guts, but Behind the controls of a fighter, I can only do so much to help you. In time, you'll be able to fend for yourself, and you're a marvelous pilot. Just... don't scare us like that. Now, there's an important thing we have to debrief you about."
He led the way into the familiar room, holoprojector and all. Everyone was already gathered and ready.
"That, is to figure out what we'll call you."

Nubyl stared at the approaching ship as it made it's descent from orbit. The new batch had arrived. Fairly large too; the defel was starting to get good at sniffing the brats out.
"Prepare detaining protocols." she muttered, as she began preparing the coded report to Nakara.

“Eeep!” Aurora jumped as Ritt’s voice came over her shoulder. “Mast-leader.” She corrected herself quickly, spinning about to face him. She hadn’t felt his approach and that bothered her as she had been focusing on what she had done to the fighter.
“Yes leader, I was-eep!” She squeaked as he grabbed her up by her arm and started off towards the exit of the hanger bay. She looked up at him, trying to sort out the jumble of mixed emotions that were flooding out of him. She quickly fell into step, hurrying along to keep up with his longer strides as he spoke.
“Yes Ritt. No Ritt. Yes Ritt, I have on excuse for dinging up the fighter sir.” She apologized shaking and nodding her head as she followed him out of the hanger and down the hallway.
“Debrief me?” She asked as she entered the room and looked around the room, wondering how much trouble she was in. “Call me?” She looked up and saw the rest of the squadron already gathered, and then turned her red-eyed gaze up at Ritt, a little perplexed.

"We can't just keep calling you eleven all the time. And I did say that after your first combat sortie the squadron gets to give you your call sign," Ritt responded.

Volgen sniffed at the cages. The children moved back from the side he sniffed at. They didn't differ much. A few different species but nothing out of the ordinary. He slapped the cage as they started screaming again.
" Yes... I know you sad. You feel the cage getting smaller. "
Nothing you can do about it you little mutt! Your father is dead now and we are going to make sure you and your family SUFFER...
The voices echoed in his mind. The pain made him twitch his head back. He let out a sickening cry and like a light turned off he stopped and was back to normal.
" Try and fight back... Please... " He said not really talking to any of the kids.
Moments later the ship slowly came to a large docking port.
" We are locked in master. " Gray said over the comms.
Volgen slammed his hand to the door lock and the door ramp slowly came down and with a boom it hit the loading bay. He looked around. No one yelling, no one trying to sell him crap, no one but borgs. All doing their jobs.
" That's what I like to see. " He said activating his helms interface. His eyes twitched several times and the cage with the kids lifted up and slowly followed him out. As he walked his only two Defel body guards attempted to follow. Volgen raised his hand and motioned them to go back. He was safe here, safe enough.
" Where is Nubyl? "

The whole not dead thing was going to be a nusance. Cene already could sense that. The beast took so much time reveling in his survival that Cene wasn't surprised when he charged, or even that he used the jetpack to charge. She was expecting it. She got the timing right and lept out of the way moments before he would hit her, letting his own momentum and the thrust of his jetpack carry him into an arena wall. Cooly and swiftly Cene reloaded and fired another burst of energy at the monster, running through her combat options if the creature got close. It survived a fragmentation grenade. That wasnt good. Other force might need to be applied. "I see Jaing didn't teach you much, chakaar. But of course he wouldn't teach anything useful to aruetii like you."

“A-a call sign sir?” She blinked bright eyes, shifting her gaze from Ritt to the rest of the squadron. “I had forgotten all about it with everything else going on.” She admitted bashfully.

"Increasing decibels does not improve efficiency here. It only registers louder on our audio receptors," Beta 119-03A stated. He was the current emissary for Nubyl, who remained up in the control tower to observe the landing. While on her way outside, Beta was there to provide the illogical form of ediquitte. The cyborg was less than expressionless.
"Nubyl will arrive in 3.29 minutes. We shall proceed to transfer the cargo to the processing center," Beta announced, eyeing the ship up like a hungry jawa. The issues regarding Lord Nakara were known to all though, and nobody was to touch anything of his. The large influx of slaves to store biowaste in was more than compensatory for them to leave a couple ships and special creatures alone. In this batch alone, two of the children would be donated to iskalloni research, to see if there was any advantage to using force sensitives in their own cyborgization. Soon enough, a repulsorcraft arrived with Nubyl riding.
"Get in, Vogon. The orders from Nakara have been altered."

Durge slammed into the wall, before the blasts pummeled him in the back. So going insane probably wasn't the smartest move, and now his quarry was onto the fact that he now was a lot better than let on. His options ran low. Grabing a magna-bolo from his leg, he hurled it as he spun around to face the female, hoping that she wouldn't notice it until too late. She would pay for insulting his master, if it was the last thing he did...
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Yes a call sign. Consider it the offical induction into the 510th," Ritt said with a smile. "Plus, the rest of us go by silly names, no reason you can't too. Now, to make this as completely fair to the rest of us as we can, we'll determine it after you tell us your most embarassing moment! That's how all of us got our first call sign, so now you can join the tradition."
“Tradition? Embracing moment?” She blinked a few times. “Well, I’ve been taught to guard my emotions but if you really want an example I’d have to say that bouncing off that chunk of ice definitely one of those times.” She grinned sheepishly.
Cene swiftly dealt with the attack by tossing her carbine in the path of the magna bolas, forcing them to wrap around it instead of her. Both items dropped into the water while Cene reached to grab the leather wrapped handle at her side. "Thats right, Durge." Cene said as she drew her Mythosaur axe, the blade folding out as she gripped it. "You don't have any real skills. Jaing only wanted a meat shield, not a pupil. Even in exhile he wouldn't teach an aruetii like you the true killing arts of the Mandalorians. You're a pawn, and you always will be."
" Hrmm. I should have guessed that. " Said as Volgen said as his eye twitched and the bay to PR1M3 closed. The ship detached and flew up into orbit. He knew some thing was off.
" Maybe paranoid but that's life... " He said before Nubyl came.
Getting in Volgen tapped his comm. Gray knew to listen in.
" So whats the change... I got things to do. "
